"The room itself was OK. However they could work a little better on customer service. One dat I had to actually call housekeeping to see if they were going to service my room that day. This is after leaving the floor for an hour to give them time to do so when there was a maid in the room next door to mine. When I returned to the floor there wasn't a maid on the floor and my room still wasn't done. That's when I called housekeeping. When the maid did show up I asked for an extra coffee for the room and was told if I wanted extra coffee I would need to call room service. I asked another maid for an extra coffee and she gave it to me with a smile. I also noticed hair in the tub and opn the bathroom floor that wasn't mine."

"I stayed in Silver Legacy some time ago, but this time it looks like rooms were upgraded. Everything looked new and and was very clean. Beds are very comfortable, we had good rest.
One little problem, we needed to rooms and front desk told me that they were together just one door down, actually they were on the opposite sides from the elevator....long walk.

"The staff were very friendly. They sent up a complementary bottle of champagne since it was my big brother's birthday. Our clean room was on the 31st floor, which gave us a great view of eastern Reno out of a huge window. The only issue I had, and it was a very small one, was that the pool was tiny. It's obviously meant for families with children. It went from 3 feet in depth to 3 and a half feet. I suppose the hotel/casino owners assume that adults will be spending all their time in the casino. But since it was in the upper 90's all weekend, it would have been nice to have a big, relaxing, deep pool to play in. Other than that, our stay was fantastic."
