"Certainly this is the nicest casino hotel/resort in Reno. I wish I had more time to explore the spa and the pool area, it was a prefect (in terms of weather) weekend, but did not have ANY time to play! The rooms were very nice and comfortable and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. "

"Cons. Heater and neighbors are noisy (heard everything since we were on 2nd floor. Bed was uneven (1side higher than other).
Pros. Clean and price is fair.
Will not recommend Northwing section to anyone. However, I may try main tower next time."
