Could not control heat in room. room stayed at 83-85 even with a window open. was told heat level was set centrally and I could not control it or turn it off. Poorly maintained throughout. door had issues. leaky shower. loose kitchen faucet.

My room had no air conditioning and the iron was missing. The room was very nice though. Love the full kitchen. The indoor pool was awesome for the kids. We also took advantage of the game room. Not even a continental breakfast kind of sucks and had to pay a resort fee when I got there.

Staff went out if there way to make my requests happen. Will stay here again. I had fraud on my credit card before check in and management allowed me to leave a cash deposit to accommodate my check in.

One of the best in comparison to the rooms at the nearby casinos. It's spacious and the nighty rate is very reasonable. Booked a room here without looking at pictures so I did not know what to expect. Wasn't a fan of it when I first pulled into the parking garage but was surprised how clean and nice the rooms were. Great for larger families. I plan on returning.

Room was smaller than I realized. With the full size sofabed there was about 6 inches room to get by to reach the bathroom. Hot water ran out each time the sink or shoerr wete run. Parking on the property was tight at best.

Location is great- only about 3 blocks to the casinos and Reno arch. the style is dated, however the grounds and rooms are very well maintained and clean. Mark, one of the guys, went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and were comfortable! The kitchenette was a pleasant surprise, the bed super comfy and the in room safe- a very welcome perk! this resort has a nice pool room and fitness center, and secured free parking. There are also several common areas which include a wonderfu... Read more

We stayed two weeks, through an RCI related program. We enjoyed a third floor room with two queen beds and a separate kitchen/living room with a balcony that ran the length of the unit. This property is aged, but is making significant improvements and updates. It's very close to the islands of the Truckee River. They have a walking park and a nice recreational area on both sides of the river. We had all we needed, a kitchenette with a dorm sized fridge, microwave, and conventional electric oven ... Read more

We recently stayed there for one of our grandsonā??s wedding. Our party had a total of four rooms. At first, prior to our arrival, it was exasperating to find that another in our group had received their room at a lower rate and they were unwilling to adjust our rate. Then, on our arrival, I was annoyed to find that thereā??s a hidden $3.99/night fee, which was not declared prior to me booking these rooms. Also, the shower was moldy, the toilet valve was out of adjustment, and the water was ... Read more

Nice and cozy but the kitchen was very small and the air-conditioned didn't work one day.Would I stay there again. NO / It was close to town which made it very nice. The staff was very friendly and the place was cleaned. the walls were very thin. You could here people on all size moving around.

We recently booked a stay at the Legacy Vacation Resorts- Reno through an RCI exchange. Unfortunately, I didn't read any reviews before agreeing to the exchange (we were under a time pressure.) I was apprehensive before we arrived after checking out the pictures on TripAdvisor, but decided to give it a chance. We were supposed to stay a week but left 5 minutes after checking in. This property does not deserve to be an RCI exchange. It looks like a converted Travelodge. To get to the second... Read more

This is a cute spot, right in the middle of downtown and adjacent to most local activities. That being said... I have never encountered a more deliberately obtuse staff. We we're PUNISHED for using priceline. Let me explain; We had uber ourselves to the front lobby, and upon arrival we were told that if we did not have any reservations we could book and be given a room immediately through the office. We had booked a room with priceline 2 days prior, and we were told that SINCE, we booked throu... Read more

Upon arrival we found our air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air. We tried to call the front desk from the phone in the room. It didn't work either. I called from my cell phone and reported both problems. They said they would send Maintenance. He came to the room and said the compressor just wasn't engaged. He re-set it and said it will be cold in a while and to call him when if we had any more problems. We went to dinner and a movie. Upon returning it was still hot in the room. Called ... Read more

We stayed here the week of July 17th. Very happy with our stay. I had read all kinds of reviews beforehand and was a little worried about having a crap stay. We'd had a week stay timeshare given to us by my mom so we were just gonna go with whatever since it was free for us. A couple things to be aware of.... This is a TIMESHARE and they rent empty rooms when available. You will not find a continental breakfast here. There is not daily housekeeping like a regular hotel. It's set up for you to ...
