"We asked for a non smoking room with a king bed and was pleased with the choice. The room was clean with adequate space. While a coffee machine was available we chose not to use their one cup system. But no complaints about the room or service. We liked being downtown where we could walk to the local eateries and shops.We would chose this hotel again and would check their hotels in other cities."

"Room was not clean there was hair on the pillows and bedding it was definitely not changed just made up. The tables and counters and nightstands were all dusty,The window rattled from the wind was hard to sleep with the rattle the window needs new seal, The toilet lever to flush didn't work properly you had to push on it 3 to 4 times before it would flush. The t.v. would buzz and the picture would go sideways randomly every 5 minutes or so. The coffee maker didn't work at all i called to have one replaced they brought another one but it still didn't work right. Ended up going down to restauraunt to get coffee it was a real nightmare!!!. I never experienced such a bad room anywhere even motel 6 is better than this hands down. I come there all the time and never had problems like this? Also i valet my vehicle and we (4) of us wanted to leave at 10 to get some late dinner. There was no valet person around i went inside to the front desk the lady she finally paged him after i went back to her twice waiting 10 minutes still no one came that was 18 minutes total. We were hungry so we had to walk in the cold outside 6 blocks to our restaurant. I was very angry at this point, I had no choice but to valet because my tahoe with my cargo carrier on the roof will not fit in their parking garage so there is no other choice. I did find out that they use the 1 valet person in the evening as a bell boy therefore the valet service is awfull! Not blameing the valet worker but the Hotel for being Cheap!!! I always tip the valet as i know thats how they make their money i used to do it myself when i was younger. To sum it up my trip was awfull as far as the room and valet concerned i did try to play roulette put $5 doll on 13 a 5 doll bill and the dealer said to me he doesn't take money on the table? I was surprised? He said he won't take it i said why? Then he said no more bets and the ball landed on 13 i would have won 175 dollars i was steaming angry at this point! I then did not play or do anything . I guess they have too many customers and is to rich and doesn't want people to play?Would i return maybe if i was given a normal room and better service with valet and a better roullete dealer without an attitude? Ya maybe i would!! If they comp me a free room i think i deserve at least that much since i do go there all the time."
