"Check in was fast and easy. Hotel employees always had a smile and were willing to help. I felt safe and protected by having security make sure everyone who got on elevator had a room key. We did not read the courtesy fridge information that was on the door of the fridge and moved the drinks to make room for my husbands diabetic medications and the cold drinks were charged to our account. A quick trip to reception and they removed the charges and even sent up a portable refridgerator for our use! It was great. I loved the El dorado Hotel! "

The rooms were clean and neat, and the staff was great. Will be back in February, and again in April and October."

From the Reno-Tahoe International Airport:
1) Take Interstate 395 north to the I-80 exit.
2) Exit on I-80 West exit. Drive on I-80 west until Downtown Reno/Virginia Street exit.
3) Exit on Downtown Reno/Virginia Street.
4) Cross Virginia street.
5) Turn left on Sierra Street.
6) Follow Sierra Street until you cross Fourth Street.
7) Arrive at the Eldorado Hotel Casino.
