"I do not typically write reviews so just to make it easy I will bullet point my comments: %u2022 When we first checked in they put us in a room that had two queen beds when I specific asked for a single king because it was a romantic get away with my wife. They switched our units but it took a while because they told me at first that they were sold out of all other types of units. %u2022 The toilet ran for a majority of the night until I actually got up and fixed it. %u2022 During the night we had moths roaming around the room. After I killed the first one and I got back into bed to go to sleep another came out and I noticed 2 others. It was in the middle of the night and my wife was asleep so I did not call down to the front desk but when I told the guests services in the morning they said ok thanks for telling us and said nothing more. I figured they would be surprised about this but they acted like it was no big deal which makes me think they have heard about it quite a few times. %u2022 Bell staff was very nice, but never met this butler they talked about when I ordered the room. The hotel was astatically pleasing but the things I went through when staying here makes me positive I would not be willing to go back."
