Great hotel. Very clean, and professional employees. There were no issues, and I had a very pleasant stay. I had asked to stay on a lower floor, and they put me on the sixth floor, which was really good because there are 26 or more floors.

bring earplugs or headphones to sleep. The AC unit is so loud it is difficult to sleep. Staff is great and food options are great. But being tired and grouchy is not good when you are trying to have a good time.

I enjoy Circus Circus, it is affordable and in the downtown area. The rooms have always been nice and the staff excellent. Parking is also easy to access and plentiful. My wife and I have stayed here our last few trips to Reno after trying other more expensive places but we agree Circus Circus gives us the most for our money.

we went with some friends for a short road trip to Reno/Tahoe. The weather was nice, and traffic going there went very smoothly. I had booked rooms at Circus circus Hotel, our rooms where the main building. The rooms where large and clean and for the price surprisingly nice . We enjoyed the fact that there are three properties connected , so we also went to the Silver Legacy and the El dorado,to play and eat. We enjoyed our trip and our time in Reno. Circus circus is set up for families, with games... Read more

As with most of the better hotels located near the National Bowling Center Circus Circus is an older hotel. I ended up there because I forgot to make reservations, something my wife the gambler handles. I used an online service since there were no rooms available. I got beat up (150.00 a day) by the service. I guess I can't blame Circus Circus and it was an ok stay

the hotel feels tired and out of date. the location is great because it is close to UNR. we were attending the redo and has a blast there. the rooms need to be updated and I would prefer to stay in another hotel with nicer rooms and a pool.

The room we stayed in could have been cleaned better. The room was really outdated. If you stay here I recommend the north tower not the sky tower. You have to take a tram or walk quite a ways to get ti the rooms.

Very depressing atmosphere. Everything appears outdated. No pool, no fridge, no microwave! And they charge a $10 resort fee. $49 rooms really cost $72 after taxes! You can get lost in the confusing outlay maze of towers over and over. If it's 'value' you are looking for, you found the right place. Don't kid yourself.

Good Service. Room was ok, but quiet... Slots are playable. Food at the steak house is priced right and very good!!! Service was excellent. Would recommend as on of the better places to eat in Reno! We would stay there again. If you have kids there are lots of games for them.

This was a great hotel, great price, wonderful staff. We were able to book online and when we checked in, there were no issues. The room was very clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioner worked very well.

Hair in the sink and floor of the bathroom. Soda bottle from previous occupant in room under bed. Rude at front desk didn't smile or give proper direction to our room. Slots were so tight I did nothing but lose lose lose. Not to mention the damage to my parked vehicle and nothing being done to find the person responsible.

It was ok. Check is line was too long. Valet staff was great! The kids had fun in the circus/arcade area playing the games to win prizes. The casino was good to us. The Sky Tower rooms needs updating, the wallpaper in the bathrooms were peeling off. I stayed at Circus Circus about 6 years ago but it wasn't in the sky tower.

Been going there for years. Love to gamble there seem to have good luck, but the rooms leave something to be desired. I went to a friends room at another place, she paid 1/2 the price and I almost fell over at how nice, clean and good smelling the room was.

Went to the Bowling tournament over the July 4th weekend and stayed at this Hotel. I was very surprised to get a early check in and found my room to be very clean and at a reasonable price. I was traveling solo and felt safe there, the maid service was prompt and she took the time to find out if my room was clean and to my satisfaction. I walked a lot, but I was able to sleep soundly with my four pillows surrounding me in comfort and had plenty of hot water and bonus was the little coffee pot... Read more

Charging resort fee for everyone is not reasonable. If customer don't want to use your service (Valley etc.,) covered by Resort fee then don't charge them. This is like monopoly of business. If possible pass this message to management.

It wasnt the best. I wouldnt say it was the worst experience Ive had at hotel before. You definetely are getting what you pay for. Read what it is you will getting with the room. i.e I was surprised my room did not have a mini frig. But it was nice there were plenty of places to eat and nice the casinos are connected.

Great stay for the price. I love coming here because of the historical fun my family and I have because we aren't gamblers. We're right on the strip and in a great location for shopping. Steaks and shakes is a great value for fun food. Sparks has a great outlet for shopping.

The rooms are simple and clean, definitely a bargain for the price. Having circus acts and the midway gives more value to the experience. The breakfast at the Americana Cafe was better than expected. I loved their biscuits and gravy.

I stayed here for 4 days and it was a good stay. The only problem is it is more designed for families than single people like myself. There is Carnival games and shows for the kids. The casino itself is smaller then some other casinos. The rooms are spacious and comfy, but you may end up staying like me at a tower on the other side of the garage. Then it is a hike with several steps up and down just to get to the main area. The restaurants are good and various.

Enjoyed the stay. Great food, great experience. The room was spacious and very clean. There were plenty of slot machines to play. We had prime rib for dinner..$20! It was the best prime rib I have had in a long time, and the Steakhouse service was impeccable. I will definately com back.

The check-in/registration lines are long. The cleanliness of the rooms are below average. The hotel could use an update. They only provide free WiFi for 2 devices per day (which includes cell phones). As a guest I would expect free WiFi for all my devices. A pool would be nice to have without having to pay to use the neighboring hotels pool. This was my second time staying at Circus Circus-Reno and I won't do it again.

The visit itself was OK . the cafe we ate at for breakfast was not very good. Utensils were sticky and the food we ordered wasn't very good.as far as the casino I lost 500 dollars the very first day which was fine. My only complaint are the machines being too tight.casino waitresses pick who they want to serve.

Room, staff, kennel all very good. The only thing I would change is the room taxes and Reno taxes added on each day ran up the bill ( has nothing to do with circus circus itself ). The location was excellent and I liked the way it was connected to silver legacy. I also really like the cameras in the kennel and the feature that we could watch our pets, that feature alone will bring me back.

Good place to stay. Have things to do for all ages. Parking was easy and location was good. It was connected to 2 other casino so you didn't need to go outside to access them, which was awesome. Buffet was on the high side for just average food and selection. We ate more outside the casino because of this. Overall, good place to stay.
