Great place to gamble and relax, and they have their own beach on the river. Easy access to the water taxi. Great seafood buffet on Fridays and Guy Fieri's El Burro Burracho was fantastic!! We always stay at Harrah's in Laughlin for the great service!

Not like it was a couple of years ago. Not clean, tacky furniture, spotty wifi. Staff was not responsive to the wifi request. Long lines at check in, and when I finally got to the desk the staff was disorganized. Multiple tour busses only added to the long lines everywhere, especially at elevators.

In Harrahs quest for profits they have reduced the payouts on the slot machines to the point where there is no hope of a jackpot, or any other big payout. The buffet, which I gave a 10 on our last trip last year was a 3 this trip, the food was really bad. Casino was full most days with bus customers and we found some of them to be very rude. Won't be back.

I find Harrahs Laughlin a very friendly place to gamble and visit.Staff are friendly and they send very good comps to their loyal customers. A good alternative to Las Vegas.Their suites are very cozy and the Range is a great place to eat with a view of the river.I am planning to spent more time their then Vegas in the future.

Forget Las Vegas, Forget Atlantic City if you want to have a great time and meet great people go to LAUGHLIN. They have it all Shows,Table games, Slot machines and Excellent Service. I had the opportunity to visit three great Casino's and also got to see one incredible show. And that was all in 3 days. But Harrahs is where I had the most fun Great service, very pleasant employees. They could not do enough for me.

Check in always takes forever. Even if there's a small line, expect to wait over 20 minutes or more. Front desk clerks are slow and incompetent. Other than that, rooms are typically clean, if sparse. Housekeeping is very friendly and it's a safe place. Good atmosphere and like the beach access.

I rented a suite and was very excited with great expectations, upon arriving at front desk everything was going fine but as soon as I arrive to the suite I started to get disappointed due to a lack of attention to details. I found cleaning issues very visible and easy to find as well as some cosmetic details that could have been really easy fix. I would expect a really clean suite and a great experience but it was not that good.

Very nice. Friendly people. Associates very helpful and courteous. Good restaurants. Lots of table games and slots to choose from. Very much like a throwback to old Vegas. After visiting all other Casino's on the river, Harrah's seemed to be the nicest.

We usually stay here as when we go to Laughlin. This trip we brought the kids and had three rooms with five adults and five children. There was no coffee maker or refrigerator in the rooms of the tower three, which is the kids tower. The adults tower has a lot more amenities so be prepared to be underwhelmed if you stay in tower three. Overall it was still a good vacation and I would recommend it to anybody staying there since they are the only hotel in Laughlin with a nice beach access to the... Read more

This was our first time in Laughlin. Harrahs sent us a free trip for 4 nights. It was over fathers day weekend plus there was a concert so it was also a busy weekend. Casino was large good variety of machines. Also had $5 tables. If your going to casino hop, use the water taxis. $4/person each way. Plus being on the water was cool. It was 117-124 when we were there! Our room was in the "adult" tower facing the river. Great view. Room was a little dated. But very clean. The weirdest thing was in ... Read more

Hotel is well located with easy access to the beach. Room was clean, well stocked and quiet. Gaming floor was clean and has a good variety of machines. All the staff were friendly, helpful, up-beat and professional. Beach Cafe is open 24 hours and has a good variety of items from breakfast to dinner. Prices were good and the portions were large. Food was hot and served by a very friendly and helpful staff, with even the F&B supervisor chipping in to ensure our meal was enjoyed.

We enjoyed the Guy Fieri restaurant and comfy beds. The room could have been cleaner. The Curtains in our room were torn. The A/C did not cool the room enough and we had it on the highest setting. We did not sleep well because it was too hot. Kids liked the Arcade and Cinnabon breakfast. The beach access looked cool but crowded. We didn't stay long enough to check it out as we were just passing through.

Harrah's is located at the VERY end of the Laughlin Strip. The property overall is decent but you are completely isolated from everything. The last time I stayed there I had MAJOR issues with door keys not working (approximately 5 tiimes). Sure they gave me new keys (some that didn't work) and did nothing to compensate me for my trouble. They do have one of the best steak houses in Laughlin but you will pay dearly to eat there. In summary, if you don't mind being "away" from what's going on... Read more

We visited Harrah's on a comped charter invitation and the cost for the trip itself was only $60 (resort fees?). However, the slots and video poker machines were so tight, I don't think anyone from our charter came home with any significant winnings. Harrah's has been my go to spot in Laughlin for about 20 years. It had been going downhill over the years but I stuck with it out of loyalty and nostalgia. I'm done. This place just sucks, and I need to accept that. Here's what especially sucked last time: 1. One person in line in front of me. Over one hour to get checked in. 2. Room smelled like sewage. 3. Window so filthy that I did not know I had a river view until I cleaned it. 4. Shower did not drain. 5. Party people next door kept until 3... Read more

We are not gamblers but we're looking for a hotel for the night. The room is huge, North Tower and king bed, but except for the desk chair there is only the bed to sit on, with a lot of extra empty space where another chair/s could be placed. The casino is a casino, what can you say. I wish there were less kids running through the casino. They have no boundaries here. I got hit with an intertube that was wet and sandy by some kid that ran right next to my machine. Seems like Harrah's developed a leaping case of corporate greed. The Diamond Lounge was recently renovated and new rules were posted just inside the door. BIG changes. I've added a photo of them. Read 'em and weep... This particular property consistently makes poor decisions and, in turn, runs the risk of turning away their Diamond member base. This one did it for me. I won't be back.

The odor upon opening the door was unpleasant. If I can't sleep due to a poorly functioning air conditioning system I don't get my sleep or enjoy my stay. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Filtration system not working as well as other hotels that allow smoking. Overall staff were helpful. I would recommend this hotel to Friends and family. Restaurant re ants were great.

Nice hotel especially for an adults only experience. The only hotel with a real beach on the river. A little slow finding a drink person but the bar is great. Service and friendliness abounds. I will stay here next time.

Nice place. Great employees and activities. Remote from other casinos, but water taxi nice. Will go again. Really nice beach. Lots of eating venues and good prices. Somewhat smoky, but most casinos are.

Don't stay here!!!! When we arrived on Sunday afternoon we were greeted by a long line for check in, 1hour & 45 minutes to wait to check in!! People sitting all over the floor of their "so-called" lobby NO seating. When we finally got checked in we had to wait in yet another line to get on the elevator!! Ridiculous!!! We stayed in the North Tower, rooms are large but nothing great. Bring your own pillow, pillows are bad. The mattress will give you a backache if you didn't already have one p... Read more

The hotel is fine. Sure it's a little old and the river crowd stay there but the rooms are nice with the exception of one thing. I was never able to cool the room off like I wanted. It was 121 degrees the day we got there. The in room air conditioning has two setting that actually work for cooling. Off and low. It has a high setting but it is no different than low. It never got into the 70s on the room. I've read this complaint a lot in reviews. I think Harrahs should fix this because we ar... Read more

Not knowing what to expect for our first time to Laughlin Nevada and Harrah's hotel but can only walk away stating a great getaway. From the airport to flight to transfer to bag delivery to gaming and 45 degree weather and back was one of our best travels. Minor hiccups with 2 queen beds instead of 1 king was our biggest complaint other than that table dealers friendly and social than LV. Do it again

Had this been my first trip to Harrah's Laughlin, I would definitely say I would NEVER return. Unfortunately, this was my husband's first trip for his birthday celebration. What I hoped would be a relaxing and fun time was a complete let down. We were put in tower 3 -- the family tower. There was a constant line for the elevators with possibly only two of them operational. There were kids running and screaming down the hallways at all hours of the night. When we arrived to our room after our lug... Read more

If you want a very comfortable vacation at a hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms stay at Harrah's. The staff are very professional and friendly with excellent customer service. The casino at Harrah's has varied slot machines and has extensive table games. There are an excellent selection of restaurants with excellent menu selections.

Nice looking hotel located directly on the river. Large rooms with ample space and quite in the South 'Adults only' tower. Excellent room service for breakfast. Stayed two nights on road trip from Flagstaff, AZ to California. Liked the non-smoking casino, which is hard to find in NV.

Harrah's needs some updating. The rooms are really showing their age. I know there was new carpeting, but the bathrooms need a full remodel. I hope Caesar's Entertainment puts some money towards this hotel. Love the friendly atmosphere. We will always come back because of the service!

Fun trip - more laid back than Vegas as well as less expensive - good trip for the price! Hotel is older but clean - employees are very helpful and I like the variety of slot machines in the casino. It's a good time.

Friendly, clean and helpful with my pet....although the pet fee was high ($75). Needs a better dog run and space near the beach where you can take your pet and still be around the river. Of course, being a good pet owner!

I am only commenting on the restaurant since I did not stay at this hotel. It is a bit out of the way from the other hotels but you can easily take the water taxi there or just drive yourself. Every time we visit Laughlin we go to Guy Fieri's restaurant and the food and service never dissapoints! I had the sweet pork tacos and they were amazing. If you like spicy try there habanero sauce it will set your mouth on fire but it has great flavor.

Got to check in and there was a massive line which is normal and expected. You had 2 people working the check in then one up and leaves and there is still 20 people in line. Even the employee who was still working was wondering where the other one went. I understand your employees need breaks and lunches, but someone should have been available to cover instead of leaving one employee at check in with a line. Other than that, great stay. Bar employees were awesome. Kevin and John I believe are th... Read more

Our room smelled funny, no coffee pot, and the AC didn't work. The family pool was over crowded, smelled, and I guess it's ok for families to bring in karaoke machines and drive people nuts! The beach is worth most of the disappointments and the staff overall was great. It's a long walk to the restrooms from the beach which was hard on our 3 year old grandson and the elevators for the pool/beach are incredibly slow. We liked seeing some of the older slot machines, but mainly we liked the beach. ... Read more

We were very disappointed with the hotel this time. 3 out of the 5 elevators didn't work, causing lines of people waiting 30 minutes to go up or down from their rooms. The bed was awful- we could feel the springs all night long. It should have been replaced a long time ago. The bathroom sink got clogged up-had to call maintenance to come fix it. Later black gunk came up & was disgusting. Harrah's is getting old & desperately needs to be renovated!

The AC in the room did not work. Engineering told us to keep the thermostat at 60. It is still didn''t work. Housekeeping did a terrible job. Housekeeper stole $50 from us. Actually they helped themselves to a very generous tip is what management told us. The shower curtain smelled. Overall experience was not good.

We love Harrahs hotels but this one is dirty there was hair balls on the carpet not just one but a few the shower still had hair on the walls from the previous guest. Carpet has many stains. Not clean at all you would think that the basics of the room would be up to par but it was far from that. I felt dirty just showering in the room =( The room had a great view of the river that was a plus!
