"The hotel is fantastic, rooms are unblieveable, so plush, the surrounding are brilliant, eat in luxury or also economical. Unfortunately we had our worst night sleep in a hotel for the past 25yrs. We were unfortunate to have a bunch of people in the next room who found it exceptable to scream and shout, run up and down the halls ALL NIGHT we called security twice but nothing changed. We paid a lot of money to stay in this hotel and it was like living in a college dorm, when we checked out the next morning I did relay this to the manager who said thank you for telling us!!!!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Wynn in Las Vegas...I can't think of one thing I wished would have been different. It was just perfection! Beginning with the room, we upgraded to a Parlor Suite and was so happy we did. We traveled to Vegas just before Christmas and the Wynn was ready to discount rooms! The Parlor Suite was just beautiful, large, comfortable and very plush. We stayed for four days so we were really able to enjoy the larger room upgrade. The staff was very attentive to all of our needs while we were there. From housekeeping to concierge...we used them all! And, the buffet was delicious, too. We would not hesitate to stay at the Wynn, Las Vegas, again. Highly recommend!"

"WYNNS RESORT %u2013 Las Vegas
Our stay at the Wynn was fabulous. This was our first trip to Las Vegas so our take on it is maybe one of being overwhelmed. The room was fantastic as was the décor throughout the entire resort. We spent most of the time in the hotel gawking at the wonderful flower decorations and admiring the entire experience. The water show "Le Reve... was incredible. It's hard to believe people can do such things and the scenery was just unbelievable. We stayed on the 55th floor and asked for the strip view as opposed to the golf course view. The view at night was one of the best things we enjoyed of the trip. The receptionist at check-in tried to upgrade us but we had already upgraded online when we booked and we very happy with the room we had picked. Maybe the next time if we plan to spend more time in the room, we will upgrade but we don't see much point in it unless you plan to spend more time there than sightseeing.
Our only complaints about our stay are the lack of places to put towels in the room and the lack of complimentary coffee. COFFEE!! The next trip we'll be looking to see who offers it. Complimentary coffee is a standard. Even rooms for $89.95 a night offer complimentary coffee. Don't be cheapskate here. We'd rather do without the TV and phone in the bathroom than no coffee without ordering it via room service or having to go out search for it - the same for the towel racks. There was plenty of space to put them in the spacious bathroom.
I know this will fall on deaf ears but can't you offer a smoke-free area for non-smokes to walk to the elevators. Maybe have the fresh air blow out in the main corridor down the center of the gambling floor. The return ducts could be centered overhead the gambling areas.
That's it. A great place to visit and enjoy. You can visit the shopping mall across the street or make the trip down the boulevard easily without much trouble. FANTASTIC!"
