"Fantastic stay, absolute bargain. Great restaurants, wicked service, beautiful rooms, spacious and luxurious.True what they say, there is a bit of a walk from the front desk to find the elevators and a little maze to find your room up in the Venezia but honestly I didn't mind. I loved my stay and if only I could have stayed longer then I would have had more time to take advantage of all the amenities on offer - I never went the spa or used any other pool than the one just out of the elevators, I never went to see the Phantom or the Blue Man Group, both which are on here, I didn't have time to eat at more of the restaurants or try a gondola ride. Next time though...!"

"I was satisfied with all of the hotels accomodations and its location. I was surprised that out hotel room did not have a coffee maker and our safe in our room did not work. We had joining rooms with another family member, so we used their safe. Walking to our room became exhausting by the second day (we had to get on two elevators each time)but i believe most hotels are about the same. The breakfast buffet did not have a large selection, but good. This is the second time we stay here, will be a third....."
