"My husband and I enjoyed staying at the Paris Las Vegas. The room was spacious and clean. The view was not the greatest but it was ok. I was disappointed when I asked about an upgrade because it was my husband's birthday and our first time in Vegas and their response was,' sure for $55 more per night. ' I've stayed in other lower scale hotels and they did not have a problem upgrading for free. But it was beautiful inside and the staff was friendly."

"well to start things off, when we checked in they had a hard time confirming that I paid for the whole week. It just showed that I had paid for the first night so the lady had to go talk to the manager about it that took about 15 min. When she did return it was confirmed. When we checked out they said we stayed an extra day and again she had to go talk to the manager and when she came back it was all sorted out. Now for the room. When we entered the room it smelled like sewer. When getting out of the bed I got shocked from the springs sticking out of the mattress. There was long black hair in the shower and the clock had to be unplugged cuz it keep making static sounds and the couch was broke when sat on. When I said all this to the front desk they said they could move us to another room. I asked what about an upgrade and they said sure for $45 dollars a night. So we just took a different room with a worse view. So to sum it up the hotel was just the opposite experience I wanted for my wife being there for the first time. We will never stay here again."

"The room was not what I expected and was the quality you would find at a Hamilton Inn or The Westin at best. The bed was as hard as a rock and the pillows were starchy and hard. It made it hard to be comfortable in the room and there was little room to put our things. The bathroom only had one sink which also made it difficult when getting ready. I have paid less money to stay at other hotels in Vegas and have had way nicer rooms with a full kitchen and pillow top beds that feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. This was embarrassing and I will never stay here again. At least the service and staff was good."
