"The number of flight changes was tiring. Plus having to go thru multiple security screenings 'DUE TO' connecting flights and airport configurations was not enjoyed at all. For example - changing airlines took 2.5 hours. car rental - didn't have a clue their fees were going to be over 200% of the actual price to rent the car - big disapointment!!! Hotel - I thought I had paid extra to get a room with a view of the strip - they were out. We were stuck on the back side of the building."

"This was mine and my wife's first trip to Vegas. She wanted to stay here so I booked the trip as a surprise. Oh... what a surprise. To sum our stay up in one word 'disillusioned'. Where to begin? At check in we were charged an additional $20.00 dollars for arriving early. I know it's Vegas but come on. Next, the pool was closed and while arrangements were made with other hotels to use their pools it would have been nice to know this during booking because walking to other hotels was by no means convenient. Housekeeping was less the stellar. Our room was cleaned twice in our 5 day stay. We left our room before 9:00am and returned well after 3:00pm each day and found our room not made up. There was usually a knock at the about an hour after we got back asking if we wanted the room cleaned, but who wants to leave room again or stand in the hallway while it's cleaned. Finally, on the day we were checking out we received a message from the hotel that a TV show was being recorded at the hotel from 11:00am until 5:00pm we didn't think much of it until we went to meet the airport shuttle and we were told by security that roads around the hotel were being closed to all traffic. When asked where we could catch the shuttle security told us to walk to another hotel with our luggage and catch a shuttle there and then he peddled off. I spoke with someone at the Bell Desk and he wasn't aware that there was filiming occurring. His supervisor appeared and I relayed the story about the road closure and asked what the hotel's plan was for moving guests back and forth out of the hotel. His reply was 'I just found out about the filming'. We continued our conversation and I told him my conversation with security and he asked how many bags did we have and did I already pay for the shuttle? It seemed glaringly obvious that there was no communicatin between staff and certainly no consideration for the guests whatsoever. Fortunately, our shuttle arrived just as the barriers were being placed so we managed to dodge that bullet. Vegas was a fantastic time but I wll never spend another night at this place and I strongly discourage anyone else from staying there."

"we booked 2 rooms for 4 nights and the package deal was 2 complementary tickets for each room. When we got there to pick up our tickets, they tried to charge us for 2 of them (but they did get this resolved with us not paying) Very very upset that we were not told that the pool was under construction and had no pool, the bell hop told us we could use any pool from hotels listed on back of our card, when we tried to use the pool across the street, we were told we couldn't because we did not have 'THEIR' key card~!~ so being 95 degrees outside and NO POOL.....NOT HAPPY!!!!!! we would have booked somewhere else had we known of the pool situation. We weren't compensated at all for any of this hassel. upon check out come to find they have resort fees that are not figured into your cost and are not told of them...you are charged $18 per person regardless if you use anything or not.....I do not feel we should have been charged this fee when we did not use internet or THEIR POOL!!!!!!!!!! We had very good service of drinks when on machines. As long as you tip them they come back quickly....."

"Hotel was amazing and I did love the Casino and the theme. The restuarants although pricey as expected were all very good quality food and large portions. That being said: Down sides - Forever wait for drinks at both Center Bar and on the Casino Floor. Because there are no refridgerators in the rooms you can not store any leftovers so the food is wasted. Advise: Share entrees!!!"
