"Overall our stay was very pleasant, the staff and concierge were all very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was beautiful and our room in the Augustus tower was amazing, very spacious and gorgeous bathroom! My only complaint is that room service quoted 45 minutes for coffee and danish each morning and I didn't want to wait that long. They charge you $6 for a coffee pod from the mini bar but the fridge didn't stock fresh milk, and since I didn't want to wait 45 minutes for fresh milk, every morning I'd make the trek down through the lobby and across the casino to the little cafe. I understand the prices will be high, both in Vegas and in a luxury hotel, however I felt charging for coffee and non-dairy creamer in the rooms was kind of insulting.
The main reason to go to Caesars in my opinion is the spa! Its $45 for an all day pass access to the baths, steam rooms, tea lounge, and cold room, which looked amazing in the pictures. It was supposed to snow in the cold room, but the snow device was broken and every few minutes you'd just get a big lump of foamy bubbles that would fall on the floor in a sad clump. It was like going to a really pathetic foam party! But all in all, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed the hotel."

I flight to Europe, South America and all the hotel the Wifi Internet are free, except in USA, Why? Special the hotel in Las Vegas must be have Internet Free in the room, Cesar Palace is expensive, but if we have free in internet Next year I be Back!!

"My wife & I stayed in Caesars Palace between 2 Jan- 5 Jan 2012.
The hotel is fantastic and great. However, the room did not have tea/coffee facility nor bar fridge. So we pretty unhappy with this so least we could have cold water to drink or tea/coffee to drink while in the room. Plus the room stayed without cleaning service between 2 Jan & 4 Jan 2012. The save box in the room was not working even after we waited 2 hours for the service person to fix it. So we had to take our passports and personal wallets etccc with us where ever we went adding more pressure on us and worries.

"My trip was better that I could have imagined. Caesars Palace was breath taking and check-in was fast and we received an upgrade without even asking. The room was magnificent. We received a coupon book and saved money on shows and entertainment. Shopping was awesome in the casino forums. We got our rewards card and purchased the 24hr buffet. That deal allows you to dine at many of the casinos' buffets and enjoy all the different foods any time of the day. What a deal that was. The shuttle service was also great with no hassle. Picked up at the airport on arrival and shuttled back to airport on departure. Looking forward to my next trip."
