The corporate people are out to fleece you anyway they cam Resort charge $28.00 per day to use there pool and internet!!!! $5.00 for a cup of coffee. Its not just Trump, but every hotel on the strip. If they can't get your money in the casino they will get in there service charges. Probably my last trip!!!!
They could be more explicit about the mandatory fees over and above the room charge.

"I recently stayed at Trump and have to say I loved most of it. My only set back was that our room seemed a little noisy to the street and train noises below. Big room, HUGE tub and shower. Great suite set up. The TV system could definitely use a face lift. It took a long time to change channels and there were only about 15-20 channels to choose from. It was also way to easy to order a movie by accident. LOVED the complementary shuttles to and from the Wynn and Caesars. I will definitely be staying here again."

"II thought this would be a fabulous experience for my 76 year old mom and had high expectations because of the Trump name. Overall it wasn't a bad stay (several minor issues), but the train going by at 6:30am woke me which is not what you want on vacation! Bathroom was lovely, but the lighting was terrible. Mom was afraid of slipping in the marble tile shower, no bath mat or seating in the shower. Their high-speed internet was slow, slow, slow. The staff was excellent, room very clean."

"Ok so upon arrival in Vegas the golden towers are not hard to spot so locating the Trump towers is no problem, the valet and bell help was on the spot and very friendly and helpful, not having ever used valet parking before this was at first kina nice, the desk staff was also fast, friendly and courteous I didn't haft to wait in a line. But whoa "RESORT FEES...? $25 dollars a day? So what resort? It's a hotel not a resort!
The foyer was large clean and luxurious, I never did make it into the lounge or restaurant thou I checked out the menu and prices I found the restaurant had nothing I cared to eat and prices I won't pay.
But no packing the luggage to the room that's for the bell hope, he arrived at the room shortly after we did he was very helpful and wanted to put it all away but I am not like that, but he tried.
We was very impressed with the room you first enter a foyer area shared with one other room which helped in not hearing the hallway noise, the room was large and spacious, clean and neat, like a studio apartment it had a sink, fridge and stove some utensils and dishes, a ironing board, iron, safe large dressed and lots of lighted closets, table, chairs love seat slash hide-a-bed and a king size bed, the bath was very large and roomy with large jetted garden tube, double sink, full wall mirror with TV inside it a separated privacy glass toilet stall and an oversized separated privacy glass shower stall, all done up in earth tone tile. All in all a luxury style room.
I am on a vacation so I didn't feel inclined to work out in the exercise room but it did appear to have everything for cardio etc. the pool looked to be nice, a heated roof top pool surrounded by bushes and trees lots of lounging areas and courteous attendants, towel boys or whatever they are called we talked for some time mostly about the weather and why I didn't want to get in under the white caps that were breaking over the side "the weather isn't the hotels fault but it kept me out....
The hotel sits on the north end of the strip off to the west side about two blocks a fer piece to walk too any casinos but they do have a van service to casers' palace and another resort on the north, there is the Fashion mall a crossed the street to spend your time if that's why you are there,
The parking is all valet parking with no self parking my biggest complaint! With nothing to do close to or in the hotel it's inevitable that you will need to drive "unless walking from the hotel or Casers will fit your need.... So a $5 dollar tip every time you want to go or come starts to get a bit spendy, one day between ceremonies, banquets and wardrobe changes I spent $80.00 bucks on tips just at the valet,
"Do I over tip?...And if they are busy the wait for your car can take 10 to 15 minutes! NOT COOL!
Overall hotel review it is a very nice hotel your treated special and pampered in luxury at probably a low price for what you get "if you find a special going on like I did... depending on your agenda this place could be the greatest, but for me being in town for a week of Monster Jam world finals events I found that the self parking issues and lack of things to do when I was back at the hotel left me felling bored and wanting the bezel and hubbub of a casino type environment or at least an options availability arena.
I have stayed off strip before many times and not had the same anxiety, antsy or exiled feelings but not had as nice of rooms I am sure this is mostly due to the casino, bars, shops theaters, bowling alleys etc. found in the others.
Having said that the choice is yours to make do you want the quiet in room luxury hours of tube soaking quiet TV pool relaxing, leave me alone type vacation or the fast pace action packed, stress and party stay out of the room type.
On a 1 to 10 rating I would give the hotel an 8 mostly for its no self parking I am too independent to pay someone to fetch my ride.

"I booked a 'King suite for four' thinking that it would be plenty of room for me and my three friends to enjoy a nice long weekend in Vegas. What we got was a surprise at the check-in desk when we actually learned how small the room was and were forced to upgrade for an additonal $50 per night. Just because a room has a small counter with a microwave doesn't make it a suite. I gave a 1 rating for value because we were duped even though the hotel was nice."

"My bf and I tried hard to took days off from busy work and finally found our trip was ruined because the unpleasant stay in this hotel.
Bathroom hadn't cleaned;TV didn't work at first night when we checked in around 10pm. When we called them, they said will send people come to clean soon, but after we came back at mid-night, they still didn't come to clean and fix. We have to call them again and waited for another 20 minutes. A night later, we found the sheets has disguising bloody stains. The stove didn't work. We called them and waited for 1 hour and half, they didn't send anybody to come. We had to call them again, and they only send a house keeper to change the sheet. Bathroom supplies have not been refilled properly, Supplied newspaper only for one night. My bf tried to talk to one of their managers, and he didn't seem care what we complained.
We have come to Vegas pretty much every year and never had such horrible experience like this time, not to mention this is 5 star hotel. I don't understand how this hotel has superior rating when they treat customers like this???!!!
I have never wrote any bad review about any established business except this time, you can tell I am really upset about this hotel."

"The Trump Towers is located just off the strip close to the Wynn Hotel. The lobby is beautiful with gold and crystal. The check-in was quick and we upgraded from a studio to a 1 bedroom suite. The double doors to the room are an added security that I liked. The suite was very large with tasteful decorations and the bathroom was to die for as it is the largest bathroom I've had in a hotel and I really enjoyed the double shower heads and extra large jacuzzi tub. We stayed on the 50th floor and the elevators are very fast! It was nice having a kitchenette and a nice sized living room. It felt like an apartment instead of a hotel room. The bed was so comfy! We have a beautiful view of the mountains rather than the strip view, which at first, I thought I would prefer a strip view but it was great seeing the outskirts of Vegas and we could see the Stratosphere which is ~ 1-2 miles away. Also, with no gaming in this hotel, it was quiet and peaceful, which is nice to come back to after being on the strip. Loved the Trump and will stay there again."

"I don't normally leave comments but felt to in the case of my stay at Trump. I have stayed at all the 5-star resorts on the Strip and this was one of the last one's i have experienced but have to say it was one of the best especially when taking into consideration their amazing rates. Truly a 5-star experience from the Bell Man greeting to the warming and welcoming check in. I absolutely loved the pool. I loved the more intimate setting, the drink servers were very attentive and the cocktails and food was amazing. The room is what i loved the most though, i stayed in a 1 bedroom suite which is a minimal upgrade from the studios but well worth it with the jacuzzi tub and a bathroom you could do cartwheels in, so much space! Was also really nice to have my own full service kitchen and made good use of the refrigerator with the left overs brought home. Location is great too, you can nip across the road and you are in the fashion show mall for all kinds of restaurant selections from fine to casual dining which opens up onto the Strip. This place does have a resort fee but so do all the other hotels on the strip these days. I didn't mind paying this one at all as you get a $25 spa credit to the spa which i used and unlimited wifi so it actually ended up saving me money. . overall a trump stay, this place is a winner. ps: didn't have a car so i can't speak for the valet service as mentioned in the previous review!"

up to 30 MIN to get your car from the valet parking.
room was not as clean as you would expect from a hotel of this quality.
we turned the green light on to have cleaned @ 8:30AM and returned from our day trip @ 4:30PM and the room was the same as we left it......not good!
They also charge for extra people in the suite....so if you plan on getting a large suite and share it with another couple or perents they will charge an extra $25.00/ night/ person and don't forget they also charge $25.00/day resort fee on top of everything.
the staff need training on what customer service is expected at this level of hotel.....
so the room you think is a fair deal ends up costing much more $$$$$$
will not be back....sorry Mr. Trump"

"It was our first trip to Vegas and the Trump was amazing!!! the staff was excellent. It was my birthday,so upon arrival we got a free room upgrade of the strip view on the 48th floor. They always knew who we were and acknowledged us by our last name. I love it here. We went March 2012 for spring break and just booked a trip again for in a few weeks again!!! I wanted to try another hotel, but could not get past the Trump. The service is just excellent and the room was beautiful. Loved it!!!"

"My wife and I were very impressed with the Trump Hotel. The staff were friendly and made the extra effort to make sure you were taken care of. We had a studio suite which had a complete kitchen, jacuzzi bathtub and a shower you could easily fit 6 people in. Our room could have easily housed another 2 to 3 people. The only complaint was that the shuttle they offer only takes you to the shops at Ceasars and it would have been nice if they could have taken you a little farther down the strip. However, we will definately be staying here whenever our next trip to vegas will be."

"Staff couldn't have been nicer...located a little off the beaten path, the shuttle to Caesars Palace was lovely...placed us in the middle of the strip. Room large and super bathroom with electric mirror...ie a tv embedded in the mirror. When we had to call for a wake up call to get up terribly early to get to the airport the operator suggested we might like breakfast at 4:30 in the morning...it was a breakfast worthy of the queen...it helped immensely at that hour...with white linens and the works. I DID NOT WANT TO HAVE TO WALK THROUGH A SMOKEY CASINO EVERY TIME I LEFT THE HOTEL. THE FEW GLITCHS WE EXPERIENCED WERE QUICKLY WORKED OUT AND TO OUR SATISFACTON. WE LOVED HAVING THE FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE WYNN AND THE FORUM SHOPS. AND THE FACT THAT THE HOTEL WAS 'PET FRIENDLY' MEANT WE COULD TAKE OUR LITTLE 3# CHIHUAHUA WITH US...AN ADDED BONUS. HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE BIG COFFEE DRINKERS IN THE MORNING, EVENING OR BOTH PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE COFFEE MAKER IN THE ROOM IS A SINGLE CUP BREW AND THEY ONLY SUPPLY 2 PACKETS ( WHICH MAKE 1 CUP EACH) OF COFFEE. THAT NECESSITATED ORDERING THE LARGE CARAFE OF COFFEE DELIVERED TO OUR ROOM A COUPLE TIMES A DAY. JUST WISHED FOR A FULL SIZED COFFEE MAKER! "Overall our stay @ the Trump was 5-Star - staff is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a large suite with great views, kitchenette, convenience of a second bathroom for our guest. Food was good and reasonably priced; however, kitchen preparation for our dinner for 7 people was extremely slow even though there were no other diners in the restaurant at the time causing us to rush what should have been a relaxing dining experience (we had informed them of our schedule and had allowed ample time for dining ). The servers and wait staff were efficient. I cannot say the same for our experiences in the bar area - the cocktail waitress was more interested in talking with the bartender than she was in servicing hotel guests - it was necessary for me to go to the bar to place our order and do the same to get her attention to sign the bar tab. Housekeeping was also slow to respond to our request for additional glassware, coffee cups, etc. In spite of these service issues, we enjoyed our stay - especially appreciating the Non-smoking environment as well as the relief from the noise of a bustling casino. The shuttle service to the Wynn & to the Forum Shops is an added perk. "

"We will definatley stay here again on our next visit. The hotel was great, the staff was great, the restaurant was great, everything was great. When we had an issue it was dealt with very promptly. Nothing is ever perfect, but they came darn close. We had a rental car and the only inconvience was the valet service. They were prompt, but everyone had to wait for their car. We parked over in the mall lot a few times which made up for that. Great visit and great stay. See you next year."

"This hotel is opulence at it's best. From the moment you arrive and the valet parks your car and takes care of your luggage you feel like you are the only guests they have. The lobby is beautiful. The best part of all is the no smoking hotel and NO CASINO! The casinos are all very close and they even provide a shuttle to some. The room was awesome. From the Italian marble floor to the walk in shower and jetted tub we felt like royalty. There's even a full kitchen with a blender, toaster, subzero refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare a meal should you choose to. If not, the Donald J Trump restaurant was awesome. For $30 we got a fabulous steak in a 3 course meal. The coupons on Bookit gave us $25 off the meal, free drinks at the pool, and half price show tickets. We couldn't have asked for more. This is definately a 5 star hotel. "

"Our stay at the Trump hotel in Vegas was enjoyable; the lobby, public areas and rooms were well-appointed and tastefully decorated, the staff pleasant and helpful. I especially enjoyed the workout facilities, which were located at the pool level and had nice floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool/cabana areas (in contrast to most hotels-- which exile their workout facilities to the netherworlds of the lower floors--which can feel isolating and unpleasant). A nice touch was the water dispenser with lemon water, which is what I usually drink while working out. When we checked in we were offered a room with one queen and a foldaway bed, which seemed ok at the time. My friend took the queen bed, I took the foldaway, expecting it to be of good quality. It turned out to have a thin, lumpy mattress in which you could actually feel the inner springs. I only agreed to sleep on the sofa bed because all the other amenities in the hote were high quality, so I (reasonably) expected the sofa bed to be of high (or at the very least, average) quality as well. One would think at a hotel of this caliber a little more care would be exercised in providing a sofabed with a quality mattress, but that was not the case. I had a poor night's sleep as a result."

"I took my 30 year old twin daughters to Vegas for their birthday. The Trump was the perfect place to stay; close to everything, non-smoking, no casino. It was quiet with a great view. The free shuttles were wonderful. Coffee in the room was a bonus as well as the 4 pm check out. The staff were all very helpful and we felt at home and comforable. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Hotel was nice- definitely a good value for the price. Wasn't wowed by the hotel though, which one would expect from a 5 star hotel. Pull out couch was terrible, even though the staff promised beforehand that it was excellent. Our room was not cleaned one of the days. Overall, an average experience. Would not recommend to friends/"

"I love what has been done with the place. If I had to describe this place with 3 words it would be - class class class. Make sure to go out to the pool where even on colder days tends to be 10 degrees warmer. We will definitely make our way back to Trump International."

"our stay at trump was fabulous. we checked in, only to find our room had been given away. but tat was ok, we automatically were upgraded to a one bedroom suite. i was blown away when we stepped inside. livingroom, kitchen area, huge bedroom (master size) with jacuzzi tub, separate shower. tv's in the mirros. just absolutely amazing. more than home away from home. all we were missing was the food to put in the cabinets. 500$ for round trip tickets and 4 nights......I WOULD PAY IT AGAIN. OVER AND OVER AND OVER."

"The hotel is very ornate and plush but we were very dissapointed for several reasons. we were not happy to find out that there was no casino, no shuttle to and from the airport and there is no easy way to walk to the strip. We were also very upset to find out that there were extra charges that we were forced to pay for that amounted to over $100 for our 3 night stay. The service at the pool was very slow and we had to call one evening at 7pm because housekeeping had still not come and cleaned the room. The shuttle that they have to go between the hotels and was so small that we had to wait 3 trips to be able to get on it becasue it only holds 8 people and there were at least 20 people waiting to get on it. I would not recommend this hotel."
