"The propertry is amazing. There are a lot of places to stay on the strip, but only 4/5 meet my standards. I'm used to staying in places like a Westin, or a little better. Very clean. VERY spacious. Location is on the top of the strip. So if you are trying to walk to the MGM Grand or somewhere close to it,, you have a trek in front of you. I would say, there is only three places like it, or better on the strip. It's worth every dime, Good amount of resturants, and things to do. Book this one, and you won't be sorry."

"Overall, our trip was excellent. We had very few complaints. However, if you want to hit the pool to get some sun in the morning before it gets too hot, The Palazzo isn't for you. The pool is shaded until the early afternoon. During our trip, it was around 102 degrees by that time.

Also, make sure you have your do-not-disturb sign on your door every night, including the day you are checking out. Otherwise housekeeping knocks and immediately attempts to enter your room around 8:30am every day."

"Even though the suite was not ready when we checked in (around 10 pm), one phone call resulted in an identical suite being given to us within just a few minutes; excellent response on the part of the front desk. Reception was courteous, professional, gave all information, vouchers, everything we needed quickly and efficiently.

Suites were luxurious, well-appointed, fabulous views...could not ask for more. Concierge clerk went above and beyond helping us with our airline reservations for our return flight; the other concierge agents were less than helpful, and in some cases very patronizing. Be careful what you ask for."
