This was our second stay at the Palazzo and it did not disappoint. The King suite on the 42nd floor was spacious and spotless. Resort fee includes wifi (which can be spotty), gym and newspaper. Staff was attentive, pleasant and very accommodating. The property is huge and can be confusing at times until you get used to the layout. The Palazzo side is much quieter than it's sister the Venetian. There was a convention during my stay so we did see many business people throughout the hotel and ... Read more

We had initially booked to stay at the Venetian, which we were told was fully booked upon check-in. I was initially dismayed - but they waived 2 nights of resort fee for us to stay at the Palazzo. We were very pleased with our room on the 3rd floor with a balcony. The balcony has its own private fireplace, which we enjoyed in our plush robes when the temperature dipped. The room was clean, and very quiet. We enjoyed the pool/resort facilities that was all interconnected with the Venetian. I woul... Read more

The hotel and suites are beautiful but, for the cost of this resort, the experience was enough to ensure I'll stay elsewhere next time. Our room was not available until almost 5 pm which put a major crimp in out first day of vacation. Then, after bragging about how beautiful the pool area is in this resort and how I loved that I didn't have to walk 5 miles to get to it - like some other resorts - on the second day of my trip I was told the pool is closed for the next 2 days (my entire trip ti... From time to time I find myself in Las Vegas for work - mostly during the week. LV is a party town so finding a place that gives you privacy, access to good restaurants and a great room is not difficult but finding a place that is truly comfortable can be a challenge. This is my second stay at the Palazzo and it meets all of the criteria I outlined above. It's on The Strip and part of the Venetian/Palazzo complex - which is massive. 2 hotel towers, 2 casinos, numerous restaurants - the plac... Read more

Review is mostly just about the room, as I used very little of the actual facilities. Check in looked pretty daunting when I walked in; there was a long line with a lot of people both checking and checking out. It was a Friday, no doubt compounding this. But the line moved amazingly fast, and although my room was not ready I received my keys and they later (right at 3pm) sent me my room number. My bag had already been delivered without me having to call. I declined any sort of upgrade, an... Read more

The staff is excellent and there to take care of your needs. Both The Palazzo and The Venetian are connect together, giving you the experience of being in Italy. This was our second visit here within a year and we weren't disappointed one bit. At check in our non smoking king wasn't available but staff quickly made amends and by the next day we switched to our requested room with a complimentary view of the strip. Everything about the hotel is classy and elegant. Very clean and not so young and party crowd. Great place for adults!

After a long flight from the East Coast, we checked in with Andrea who was extremely pleasant and gave us a beautiful suite with a nice view of the Strip. What I like about Palazzo was the service, the rooms are spacious, nice, and chic. It has an easy access to the rooms and a nice mall with all the nicest shops, is connected to the casino. We didn't have time to use the gym, and pools, I didn't love the breakfast but it was ok. I would definitely go again if I get a good deal, and I do recommend this hotel.

From the moment you walk through the door, it's obvious the Palazzo is a luxury resort. The customer service is amazing, the restaurant selection is amazing, the 11 pools are amazing, but, the beds are so hard. It's like sleeping on a board. Everything else can be perfect, but if you can't get a good night's sleep, it doesn't matter because you can't enjoy it as much.

I recently stayed at the Palazzo for the second time in three years and both times I was impressed and satisfied with all the casino and resort has to offer. On both occasions my husband was working a conference at the attached Sands Convention center and we had a standard room with a king sized bed. First, the bathroom is SO spacious and allows you to relax and maintain your own space; plus the toilet is private from the shower and bath. There is also a nice wraparound couch that could easil... My partner and I stayed here twice on our first trip to America. We arrived quite late in the evening and were checked in by Jorge. He was very friendly and asked us what type of room we would like. We requested a view of the strip due to never staying in Las Vegas or America before. He went away and came back a few minutes later and said unfortunately we cannot give you a view of the strip, however, instead we will upgrade you to a bigger room on the 47th floor for no extra charge. I was so g... Read more

Great room, staff and everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Not be be missed when in town. Loved the sunken living room and the great shower. The casino was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay!

Yes it's self evident that nearly all of Vegas is not for families which is fine but I find it disappointing when hotels pretend otherwise. The Palazzo is so big that from the moment you check in (usually after months of email spam) it's not a personal affair. As we were given some vouchers as we checked in we were told they were fairly standard and not of much use, at least she was honest and right. The rooms are spacious, no doubt. However on both nights we had to call security because of the... Read more

Stayed for five nights with my husband. Check-in was seamless and the room was spotless. The pools were nice but you have to get there early to get a spot and there is little shade by noon. The location is at the north end of the strip but so easy to get anywhere on foot or by bus. There are drug stores close by where you can by refreshments. You can't move anything in he mini fridge in the room or you will be charged so we filled one of the bathroom sinks with ice and voila! The concierge wa... Read more

Palazzo has been reviewed extensively here, so I won't be repetitive. This review primarily focuses on the hotel from the perspective of someone traveling with family/children. Over the years, I've stayed at virtually every 5-star hotel in Las Vegas. Along with The Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental, The Palazzo is one of my favorite hotels in Las Vegas, especially if you're traveling with family and young children. I visited Palazzo in July with my family (including two young children) and ... Read more

We have stayed here many times & it remains to be in our top 3 for Vegas hotels. Their rooms are awesome & their rewards program is very generous. It's a hotel that I always recommend when friends ask where should they stay in Vegas. There are great restaurants & many options for shopping.

The hotel has it all! Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and very nice accommodations. My family and I have stayed here twice and the service has been excellent both times. The restaurants are great- with a large variety that will suit everyone in the family. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and style.

I love Palazzo and like all hotels in Vegas, it's lovely and grand. But like the Venetian, the rooms have very little natural light so you need the lights on most of the time. Having said that, they were immaculate and spacy and for a room party, it nicely accommodated 11 of us with no issue and plenty of space. Staff are all so friendly and helpful too. Recommend it but not stayed in a bad Vegas hotel yet ;-) Don't forget concierge can help with guest list and entry into the Tao nightclub at Ve... Read more

Where do I begin.....upon check in - we were offered to upgrade to a lounge package and toom above 23rd floor. We are so glad we chose to upgrade. The rooms are absolutely amazing. We eloped in Vegas and I had my hair and makeup done at Canyon Ranch Day spa - who were absolutely amazing!!! I also had my flowers arranged by the in house florist - soooo last minute (as in same day - which just happened to be Thanksgiving) nothing was a problem. We had such a great time here. The shopping at canels... Read more

Beautiful hotel. The room was exquisite. There were many amenities and things to do. I only have 2 complaints. 1. The food was good but over priced and 2. There are no signs for a business center. It took nearly 30 minutes for me to find it and we also had to pay for printing.

What a SPECTACULAR show! Saw a very small article for it, needed a plan. It was so entertaining! The acting, the music, the stage, the story were so wonderful. We gambled and it was ok, machines had glare from the lights, and were hard to see. Parking was ok

No complimentary coffee in room. All hotels do this. Room was spacious with tv in washroom. Very upscale Good connection to Venetian. And centrally located on the strip. Staff extremely helpful at registration time. Concierge staff particularly good.

Beautiful hotel suites which are huge, bathrooms are so spacious with lovely toiletries etc. When we arrived there was a queue for check in but we didn't have to wait too long, very pleasant receptionist who was friendly and informative.
