"The staff was not firendly. They were more rude to eachother than guests, though. The bathroom was so small I nearly had to to step into the bathtub to close the door, and I'm only a size 6. Lord help anyone with a wieght problem. This had to be one of the smallest casinos with the most outdated machines I've been to.There is no valet and a large portion of the customers looked like they were tweekers. I will never stay here again."

"This was my 1st trip to Vegas ever & my husband hadn't been for 48 yrs! We weren't expecting anything like you would get on 'The Strip', but a bar fridge would be nice. Oh, & I wish I would've seen the previous review (Nov/12) about the WiFi. They were right. They DID want to charge for it, but my husband complained about it & they said it hadn't been working right anyways & took it off our bill. The staff was NOT FRIENDLY at all! The only thing good about the room was at least the bed was comfortable. But that was it. I wouldn't stay here again if I got the room for $30 bucks never mind the $65 we did pay."

"I can tell you I had a GREAT time at Terrible's. Did not know what to expect upon arrival so it was a nice surprise to find a cheap and above average restaurant (although Sunday breakfast buffet price is not worth the value). My girl loves Texas Hold'em and they had $20 buy-ins that were awesome fun and an entertaining time waste. The pool was clean and also above average the jams they pump on the speakers were good too. We stayed elsewhere the rest of our trip. Terrible's is a fantastic place to stay on the weekends to avoid the higher priced strip venues. We thought we left something in the room after checkout and when we called about it the staff was on point and effective."

"booked and paid for 2 nights. after sightseeing second day went to room but card wouldnt work. after long wait at front desk i was informed i was booked for 1 night. after another long wait while front desk booked other guests they realized their mistake. i can understand mistakes being made, but i cant understand no apology for locking a guest out of their paid for room."

"I had eaten at the cafe before but hadn't noticed that the service was so slow. Don't order the steaks. I guess you can't expect the best at the low prices they charge but you shouldn't have to send it back twice because its way overcooked. Ended up eating the third one because too embarrassed to send it back again and the waiter refused to pass along our unhappiness to the chef because it wouldn't do any good and he didn't want to be yelledf at. I still would go again but just wouldn't order steak."

"We paid for a upgraded tower room and ended up with a standard. None were available when we checked in. Never had a coffee maker in room. The bed was very comfortable and the maid staff was very good. The desk people were pretty good. They told us they would call us about the upgrade and said they tried but were unable to locate us about the room problem. We never received a refund on the room difference. I believe they never called us. The next day we could of went to the other room, but we didn't want to pack and move all our things again, after all I am on vacation. I would stay there again, as it is a nice place."

"For me, good customer service is best and is the determining factor to my returning. There were spotted attentiveness. The Gift shop visit (as I went in at least 4 different occasions for sundries, etc. was appalling. The service rep yesterday was so RUDE. I purchased my item and he handed it to me with my chance in my hand without looking up.. Neither did he (black hair, cauc male around 30 something) Never said anything. Not a good day, not a thank you, nothing. With all the things right, this experience soured it!!! The front desk was fair but the food was incredible, the rooms are large and clean.. Just don't expect Customer service in dealing with some of the staff! ,"

"I went to Vegas for a wedding, needed a cheap place to lay my head, so Terrible's was the perfect place. The rooms were clean and quiet and it was a short walk from the strip (15 min). The entire wedding party stayed at the Flamingo and hey had nothing but complaints.

Be warned, the walk gets a little shady after 11:00pm. "
