I live in Los Angeles and I took my boys to visit their grandparents who were vacationing here from Florida. We stayed 2 nights. I will say I was pleasantly surprised by this little resort down the street from the famous Las Vegas Strip. The facilities were clean and well kept, the staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the smaller lock out room. The room was average but there was a separate bedroom from a little sitting area with a pull out sofa bed and a kitchenette. The accommodat... Read more

This place has everything we were looking for for a one night stay in Vegas. We sat by the lazy river and had a late lunch. The food and drinks by the river were very pricey for what we got but it hit the spot while we were relaxing. The rooms were large, clean and well equipped. The wifi is fast. They have a shuttle to take you to two stops on the Strip that run every half hour which stop around mid night. They also have laundry machines for $1.75 each. I would stay here again. The restaurant d... Read more

I am an owner at Tahiti Village, but I have only managed to stay there twice. This was my third visit, and my friend and I really enjoyed ourselves. When we were younger and partied hard, staying on the Strip was obviously the way to go. But, we wanted something a little more relaxing this time around. Tahiti Village is on Las Vegas Blvd. but it's well away from all the hustle and noise associated with the other hotels. The grounds are well kept and there are two restaurants on site if you don't... Stayed as a timeshare exchange. Have stayed at other resorts thru out US. We find that the big difference is the staff. The staff at the Tahiti Village was a credit to their resort. We will recommend all our friends to stay there when in Las Vegas. Great location. Great rooms. Great amenities. But the best was the staff.

Had a wonderful stay. The room was fantastic. Balcony overlooked the swimming pool. Short walk to lazy river. We ranged in age from 21 to 60 plus. We all enjoyed the lazy river. Shuttle to the strip was very prompt and there was always plenty of room. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again.

An oasis just away from the main strip but their shuttle makes the Vegas nightlife easy to get to, and back from. The last couple trips staying up on the strip we encountered the expected late night early morning party people, making a ruckus. This happen to work out well at Tahiti Village as we were finishing a Grand Canyon rim to rim hike and wanted more pool time relaxing in the water. Wow, I'm telling you this was exactly what we needed. The pool was a bit warm for my liking but then again... Read more

This hotel is great for families. No casino on site so this this great for us. Kids enjoy the little beach, lazy river and the best pizza by the pool. We had a great time in Vegas. We visited 2 time in summer of 2015. Fun family hotel.

Myself and 3 friends stayed from May 26 to May 30th 2016 for a girls get away. Our accommodations were great, we rented the one bedroom that slept four and was plenty of space. All the staff were very accommodating from front desk to the pool staff. The lazy river is the best place to relax and while there we ordered food and drinks from the Tiki Bar which we found quite reasonable and we also ate at Denny's which is on the Tahiti property. The outlet mall is about 500 meters from the resort... Read more

If you are coming as a couple you would probably prefer to stay on the strip but if you are coming with young kids there cannot be many better options. Clean and Spacious fully self contained apartment. Huge pool area and lazy pool to keep kids entertained for hours on end. Outlet malls for shopping across street. Easy access to the strip via courtesy bus. We came for 4 nights. Ended up staying 5!

Tahiti village is the best family oriented in Las Vegas... Friendly staff, great service, nice and clean hotel... The best part is the Swimming Pool and Lazy river.. Kids had so much fun with activities everyday! They had coloring, crafts, free ice cream, movie nights, pool, air hockey, the gym is really nice. Las Vegas Premium Outlets is just right across the street with lots of restaurants on the other side. Las Vegas strip located just a couple miles from the hotel and the best part is Tahiti... All around fantastic hotel but quite a distance from the Strip (you won't be walking unless you want to start your day with a 1 hour walk in the heat to get there). There were shuttles to the strip but they were often full, so you must get there early to get in line. The hotel itself was great (we had a one bdrm with full kitchen) and the children at the pool seemed to really have fun. The water in June was not heated so pretty chilly but with 39 degrees celsius heat it warms by noon. I'd recomm... Read more

We spent three nights here. It is located near the airport (no airplane noise however) and just off the I15 at the south end of the strip. I was dreading checking in after reading some of the previous reviews however our checkin was quick and efficient. We arrived a little before checkin time on a Tuesday afternoon. Our place was a one bedroom on the third floor in building 5 which is close to the lazy river and the pool. Upon entering you walk into the living room with the hide a way bed an... Read more

We had a full kitchen one bedroom suite. It was nicely appointed with a steam shower. The pool area with a sand beach and lazy river are great amenities for all to enjoy. There is a Denny's on the premises along with a bar/lounge. Shuttle service is available to parts of the strip, etc.

The pool and lazy river are great for hours of relaxing and entertainment. The lazy river was the big hit but the kids really liked the sandy beach and pool volleyball. For the parents there's poolside bars or you can bring your own. The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. Get the full kitchen if you are staying more than a couple days, the grocery store is just a couple miles south.

The check in was easy and accommodating, we were given a room in tower 5 but when I asked if we could get anything closer to the front of resort they gave us several other choices. We had a very nice 1 bedroom on 5th floor overlooking pool area, had all the comforts of home including the wonderful steam shower. Great clean hotel! Loved the pool and lazy river. This was our first trip to Vegas and we wanted a place to stay that was clean and away from the Strip. The shuttle service is great and on site restaurant had great pizzas after a long day of sight seeing. Bar at the pool had great drinks that seemed reasonably priced for a resort! If we ever have to travel thru vegas again on our way to a national park will definitely stay there again!

We stayed here the last week of June. The property is about 10 years old and has been updated and added to. They have a really nice pool area and a lazy river. The units really needed to be kept cleaner. When we arrived the halls needed vacuuming and our unit was not very clean with dust on surfaces and a bathroom that need some detailing. They pool area could be kept cleaner. I noticed some garbage in the flower beds all week. With a little attention this place could be awesome.

If you are looking for a place off the strip that is quiet, easy access to shopping and restaurants, but still close enough to the fun, this is a good choice. It definitely has a family feel. Like the room we had, but would prefer the bigger one with a balcony next trip. The pool is really nice, good deals for drinks, and the lazy river is awesome. Would return!

My husband and children came for a week. The condo is perfect sized and clean. The pool needs attention, it was filled with tree debris and the pool deck was filthy, when we walked in bare feet our feet were nearly black. We ended up paying to go to other casinos to use their pools that were clean. The noise was horrible. I was woken every night by screaming kids and yelling parents. It didn't make for a restful week of sleep.

The staff are always welcoming providing the guest with any and all the assistance in shuttle and entertainment information. It's a joy to stay at this property.

I cannot believe we were in vegas. The whole resort felt like we were in a tropical island. My daughter says to me that she thought "Las Vegas" is like Hawaii. We had a great time at the pool and the lazy river. This is a great place for families with young kids. There is no smoking in the facility, which is great. Once you're on the property, you don't need to really drive anywhere at all. They have a shuttle to take you to the strip, outlet, and grocery store. Very relaxing.

We have stayed a dozen times in resorts in Las Vegas and always wondered why Tahiti Village costs so much and has so little vacancy so we grabbed a week in June 2016 for myself, husband and 9 yr old grandson. The pros are the grounds are lovely, has a onsite restaurant ( very slow service) but pleasant, has bars at the pool and lazy river ( hours should be expanded), has lifeguards while many other resorts do not ( extremely inattentive the week I watched),has dispensers of ice water poolside w... So Tahiti Village (I will abbreviate Tahiti Village with a TV from now on) is a mixed bag to me. First off, let me say that we did a condo exchange for TV, so it's not like we paid a nightly fee. TV has so many pros and cons: First, I thought the location was fine - on the strip, just down (quite) a ways, but when we go to Vegas we always rent a car and drive (and park) at the different hotels on the strip. Also, TV offers a free shuttle with 2 different stops along the strip which is a grea... Read more

I brought my wife & 2 little girls here in March. The Royal Suite is huge - 2 full bedrooms, huge living area, 1.5 kitchens! The suite was great, but the amenities were amazing! We love anything tropical & this property did not disappoint! From the minute you walk in, you are greeted by island tunes & the Tahitian atmosphere. We stayed in a Moorea unit which was perfect for our family of 4. The lazy river & pool were amazing especially with the 120 degree heat. Those young at heart even have a beach area to play in & make any creation your heart desires. We didn't eat at the 17 degree restaurant or the Sandbox but did utilize the Denny's for a late lunch. Stayed here last April and its a perfect location for family stay. Close to the grocery store and the Las Vegas Outlet is next door! The rooms are clean and very spacious, we had the 2 adjoining rooms. There's lots of space for barbecue and they always clean the area. The shuttle bus is on time all the time. Just 15 minutes and you are already in the Strip. Avoid taking the last shuttle from the Mirage back to the resort!

Very nice place but almost too kid friendly. If you want an all adult place, do not stay there. They also rip you off and charge you $5.00 to use the internet and $1.00 a page to print. Shuttle service was good. Ran well and timely.

This is the second time I have stayed at this resort. I believe they are celebrating their 10th anniversary. It's a perfect location for me; I DON'T want to be in the midst of the hustle/bustle of the Strip. For me this works because if you do want to venture out to the Strip for a night out, their shuttle runs continuously every 30 minutes. But when you want to be away from the noise, you can have that too. (We stayed 7 nights and only ventured to the Strip twice.) I can't tell you how ha... Read more

A bit further from the main strip area, you needed to shuttle from the resort to one of three areas (free).... We were treated well and the entire premises was kept neat and full of beautiful gardens. Our 1 bedroom unit was well equipped and extremely comfortable. Wanting to get a tour of the Hoover Dam, I asked the concierge and they gave us the particulars and booked our tour for the following day. I would definitely return to The Tahiti Village.
