"The exterior of the Hotel looks great and the location is awesome. Right in the middle of everything. The customer service by the personnel in the casino was great but there is always a but. Front Desk customer service they do not value their customers and the rooms are in pretty bad conditions. Check in time was 4pm and I got there about 11am so I had to paid $25.00 for early checking which I did not mind. When I got to the room the crown molding on the walls were in pretty bad conditions they were cracks all over. Big ones. I guess that they were also working on the TV and they move the TV furniture to the side and never put it ack to the original place and you were a le to see all the lines on the carpet and the carpet had a black stain about 24x24. All the cables from the TV, Cable, fridge were having out because the furniture was about 3 feet from been in the right place. Bathroom was in pretty bad condition it was like motel bathroom plus the smell was bad. We decided to complaint because because the condition of the rooms were BAD. We waited on line for a long time because there was a lot if people checking in. When it was our turn to speak to the front desk agent. she told us that she was not a le to help us because she was not the one that originally gave us the room. So we had to wait for lady that helped us earlier. They gave us a bigger room with partial view to the strip when we got upstairs they were still working on the room so we had to wait. The bathroom was in pretty bad condition the water was very smelly so bad that we had to spray the bathroom every time we went in. The sink was broken so every time that we opened to wash our hands the water was liking all over. Those room from the Paris Hotel are a disaster. Great Location for Pictures but one of the worst Hotel to stay in. When you go on vacation you want to feel that you are on vacation and this hotel made us feel like we were just passing by to go to our final destination. I would not pay more than $25.00 to stay in that hotel. Remember they will charge you another $20.00 per night a hotel fee. I have been to Las Vegas about 6 times and this one was one of my worst experience when it comes to the rooms. The Trump had a deal for $10.00 more per night and we did not take it because was not on the strip. They are about a block away from strip. Please stay in a different hotel and just go there to take pictures."

Paris Las Vegas stay overall was very good. The value was excellent, though next time we'll probably stay at the Caesars: too much carpeting produced a bit dampening smell, and even in gambling area the smell sometimes was like in a basement after a flooding... Also, choice of eating spots inside the hotel was pretty limited.

"This was our second stay at the hotel. We arrived early and there was an option to pay a fee to check in before 12, which we took since we had been working all night. The hotel was as before very good, a little tired on the decor but clean, comfortable and everything I expected. we had a good deal on the cost of the room which makes it easier to overlook some tired walls/carpets etc
We ate at the Cafe (breakfast and free wi-fi) also the Sugar Factory and the Cafe Ile de Paris for dinner. Reasonable value for money.
The best thing about this hotel is the location right on the middle of the strip.
Ask for a room at the back of the hotel if you don't want to be disturbed by the Bellagio fountains or the strip at night. The view is often of the parking lot and the mountains but worth it for the quietness!"

"I was a bit put off when I was informed that our room was not ready and that they could not accomodate our request for a king bed ( as I stated when I booked it). and that the ' view rooms in vegas ( extra $ ) were not for my kind of room, and that they only had a fourth floor room with a view of a storage yard!!!! BUT for $60.00 more per night I could have a beautiful room and a great view, Im thinking this should be disclosed at time of viewing hotel amenities. So I paid the xtra money per night, was afraid if I took the other room available i might of had a view of a brick wall!!!!! Talk about book and switch!!!!!! I observed them trying to get people to pay for better seats at Their shows ( Jersey Boys ) They had women walking through the crowd hawking the seats. Doesnt Paris make enough on their amenities without pressuring people to spend more??? 2 unhappy campers!!!!!"

I was disappointed when I asked about an upgrade because it was my husband's birthday and our first time in Vegas and their response was,' sure for $55 more per night. ' I've stayed in other lower scale hotels and they did not have a problem upgrading for free. But it was beautiful inside and the staff was friendly."

"well to start things off, when we checked in they had a hard time confirming that I paid for the whole week. It just showed that I had paid for the first night so the lady had to go talk to the manager about it that took about 15 min. When she did return it was confirmed. When we checked out they said we stayed an extra day and again she had to go talk to the manager and when she came back it was all sorted out. Now for the room. When we entered the room it smelled like sewer. When getting out of the bed I got shocked from the springs sticking out of the mattress. There was long black hair in the shower and the clock had to be unplugged cuz it keep making static sounds and the couch was broke when sat on. When I said all this to the front desk they said they could move us to another room. I asked what about an upgrade and they said sure for $45 dollars a night. So we just took a different room with a worse view. So to sum it up the hotel was just the opposite experience I wanted for my wife being there for the first time. We will never stay here again."

"The room was not what I expected and was the quality you would find at a Hamilton Inn or The Westin at best. The bed was as hard as a rock and the pillows were starchy and hard. It made it hard to be comfortable in the room and there was little room to put our things. The bathroom only had one sink which also made it difficult when getting ready. I have paid less money to stay at other hotels in Vegas and have had way nicer rooms with a full kitchen and pillow top beds that feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. This was embarrassing and I will never stay here again. At least the service and staff was good."

"Great location--easy to walk everywhere. But, the room walls are paper thin-could hear EVERYTHING being said by the neighbors--especially when you are trying to sleep. The 2 purse pet dogs were left unattended at 2am and would not stop barking. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were pathetic. The bathtub was dirty. The old minibar was empty and left as a 'refrigerator' for use which was handy. Mon Ami Gabi is located at the front of the Paris and is a reasonable and an excellent restaurant for brunch and watching the Bellagio water show across the street. The parking garage was always busy, garbage cans overflowing, and poorly organized. We were happy to be home and get a good night's sleep."

"We had 14 family members meet and stay at Paris Oct. 27-30 to celebrate my mom and Uncle Vern's 82nd birthdays. We loved meeting for breakfast or drinks. We won a little money gambling. The coupons got us some very good deals. We went to the top of the Eiffel Tower. All the staff was polite and wanted us to have a great time--WE DID! MERCI"

"The Paris in Las Vegas is Lovely! When you walk in it's like walking through Paris at dusk. Very pretty. We loved the restaurant Le Burger. The food was great and drinks were buy one get one free between 4 and 7. I was disappointed in the bakery foods. With a name like Paris, the pastries should have been fresh and wonderful. That wasn't always the case (including in the a.m.) though with the Sugar Factory in the Hotel you can just get a great breakfast with pastry there!
Our room was clean and neat, but a bit out dated. It really didn't matter to us. We didn't want to watch tv or hang out in our room overly much. A clean bed, nice bathroom with working shower was all I needed!
One thing I wish we had noticed was a buffet deal, at the time it was $45 for 5 days and you could use several differnt Hotels buffets in the deal. It would have been worth it.
We had a great time and I can't wait to go back!"
