My mom & I stayed here for her 60th birthday, and we were pleased with our stay! After reading some of the terrible reviews, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of our room. It was really spacious, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. We loved the "New York City" street and building facades in the casino, and there were some little cafes and stores, and a piano bar as well. We got a great deal, and while it's not a luxury hotel, we would definitely stay here again on our next trip... Read more

I have stayed at NY NY twice. This last visit in September, we stayed in a suite. The room was clean, but VERY outdated. Outdated to the point I wouldn't stay again. With that said, it's my favorite hotel for fun! I'm not a gambler, but love the NYNY Casino atmosphere! The bar in the middle and the piano bar are so much fun!!!! The dining and food options are good and Callaghers Steakhouse is phenomenal! If you want a great pool to hang out at, try the Mirage! If you want updated rooms,... Read more

We usually come here for dinner before a show at the MGM. We love Gallagher's and Il Fornio. Tonight was no exception, dinner was great. But This was our first time coming here for a show at T Mobile and it will be our last. Waiting in long lines to pay for parking followed by another half hour just to drive out of the parking garage makes it not worth the effort. As locals we will be very particular on what we do on the strip now.

To check in we had to stay in a line for 30 minutes...to actually be in the check in counter took also way too long time. The receptionist said they had so slow systems...I think I was at the counter for about 15 minutes. So it was a total of 45 minutes to check in. It was not much better to check out. The room was Clean and an ok bed, but no more. Nothing special. An average hotel on the strip. Close to the monorail. Just walk through the MGM and you are there.

Booked a room here, going to the T-Mobile arena to see a show. Hotel is in walking distance. I booked early check it, when I called customer service about it, they asked about what time would I be arriving, said around noon time. They assured me a room would be ready by then and no need to pay for early check in. Arrived there, and no rooms were ready. Had to wait a few hours before getting the room I booked, Deluxe Madison Ave Strip View with King Bed. Had lunch, played slots, no text or ... Read more

Nice hotel opposite the MGM Grand. Rooms were tidy, if a little dated. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. The complex has some very good places to eat including Shake Shack and Bruxie. We stayed with our 5 year old who loved the pool and the games arcade.

This casio is all about nickel and diming you to death. They really treat their "guests" as opportunities to drive incremental revenue, not as guests AND the casino floor is way to smoky! Pay for parking, add a resort fee (not show on room rate on search sites), no coffee in the rooms. Every time you turn around they want more cash for services that should be included. There are better places to stay in Las Vegas. Consumers shouldn't put up with those policies - search around.

This hotel casino has a lot to offer. There are many restaurants to eat at and the casino is a decent size. We ate at a couple of the restaurants there and they were all good. The room we were in was also nice. The halls are long but it was easy to find our room.

We stayed here for a couple of nights at the end of the trip and we really enjoyed ourselves! The rooms are a little (and I mean a little) dated but it really fits in with the theme. Food and drinks are great - a little expensive but what should you expect from the Strip!? We had a great evening in the two pianos bar and enjoyed a few Hershey's cocktails. We didn't get down to the pool unfortunately but it did look nice and it seemed that it even got a bit of sun! The location is great - al... Read more

Maybe itâ??s because I am from NY, or maybe itâ??s just the vibe or familiarity with the hotel. My only complaint on this trip, and to no fault of the hotel, is that in November, the sun leaves the pool area around 2pm, so there is no laying out anymore, although you can still swim for hours more. This time I stayed in the Chrysler bldg., which was nice. The rooms are older than the other building but room newness was not high on my priority list. The staff behind the desk was very nice. The hot... Read more
