Good location towards the centre of the strip. We stayed in a king room with a view which was spacious. Check in staff member was polite. However note for future guests calls from the room phone are excessively charged, we made a 1 minute call to California and were charged around $30!

This is the second time I have stayed at the Mirage. It's a good pick. Central on the strip and great amenities. I always enjoy the restaurants. We saw two of the shows at this hotel and really enjoyed them. Saw the Secret Garden and I would pass on that. It's really a mini zoo. The only disappointment was that the Chinese Restaurant was not open while we were here and I had been looking forward to a meal there. Would I return? Most likely.

This was our first stay at the Mirage. I believe we will be back. The Mirage has a casual elegance. Meaning that it is not too high brow or low brow. It manages to find the right balance. The service was great, everyone treated you with respect and we were comfortable at all times. We stayed in tower king and had a great view of the strip. The room was comfortable and clean. No complaints. We booked a day at the oasis pool--well worth the money. This a a semi private pool--you buy the ... Read more

I've just come back from vegas after staying at the Mirage with friends for the last week and had a great time. The Mirage is a nice hotel with lots of facilities, a great pool and the room was very clean. ( one room was issued to our party without being cleaned but the issue was resolved quickly by the staff ) The lava show is also impressive. The downside to it is that having visited most of the other hotels and casino's on the strip during my visit the Mirage was the only casino I could walk ... Read more

3 of us (from Australia & NZ) stayed at The Mirage for 5 nights in May. We have stayed on previous occasions and once again found it an excellent choice. Our room was spacious and clean overlooking the pool and we couldn't complain about anything. Will most certainly be returning on our next visit.

I will always stay at the Mirage, great location on the strip, beautiful hotel and pool, friendly staff. Cravings buffets had more choices then I could imagine food was very fresh and full of flavor. So many other great restaurants breakfast at the pantry was wonderful as well. Carnies has the best sandwiches and cheese cake. The pool is amazing. I would definitely recommend getting a room with the strip view.

Well located, walking distance to lots of attractions. Booked tour of Grand Canyon, a great experience. Asked hotel for kettle in room, not available without a charge. Would have been nice to have had breakfast included.

The sheets were stained, the in room safe didn't work, the mini fridge didn't work, the vending machine on our floor didn't work, and the lady at the front desk was very rude and did not tell us what room we were in so we had to find our way to the elevators and back to the front desk twice before we could get to our room. The view was ok. I would recommend NYNY or Excalibur over Mirage.

We visited several other hotels while on the strip and The Mirage was cleaner and had a nicer decor that any of the others we saw. It was also less smokey. The staff was friendly, and the room was quite nice and reasonably priced. We would stay there again.

The Mirage is a solid choice in terms of price, location and service for the Strip. Loved the location, right in the middle of everything. The service at the hotel was good. The swimming pool was large, clean and not loud or overcrowded like its next door neighbor. The facilities are dated and the rooms are small so if you are somebody who plan to spend time indoor that might not work for you. We used the rooms just as a crash pad so it was not a concern for us. A couple of notes: - The regul... Read more

I always enjoy staying at the Mirage but it really needs an update. Bathroom needs recaulked/tub drain was rusty. Sports Bar - for heaven's sakes - clean the keyboard. It's filthy. Or replace. Service personnel are always superior.

The Mirage is in a good location on the strip, and is close or in walking distance to quite a bit. The pool was nice, and fun. The room was nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. The check in line was very long, but went fast. Beautiful landscaping around the resort.

** Walk Through Review ** The Mirage was one of the casinos that we had the least amount of time to explore. We were trying to make it on time to their Cirque Du Soliel show 'The Beatles - Love' and just didn't have as much time to look around. Our short walk through the casino didn't do anything to pull me back or interest me into coming back for a second look. The casino has a Polynesian style and theme but there wasn't anything crazy obvious to give the impression that was the style they we... Read more

Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to stay. We hit a truck that turned over which delayed us on our arrival day. We would love to come back for our 31st Anniversary (September 8th). We definitely would stay a day or 2 longer, but we have to watch our finances.

I stayed at the Mirage to attend a conference. Beware of long check in lines. The rooms are nicely appointed but are clearly re-dos over older infrastructure. My room was 19119. Which is far from the elevator (my preference). The view was the roof and far away the pools (could see the Bare pool but too far away to really "see" anything). Bottom line the place is fine but there are better hotels in Vegas.

We had one buffet in Vegas at the Mirage and it was an excellent choice - fantastic food and great choice. Felt fresh and well made, and lots of choice of different cuisine. I would definitely recommend and we felt this was good value - especially with alcohol included. House white white was too sweet but the red wine was acceptable.

None of the hotels on the LV strip charged for parking until MGM Resorts executives decided they weren't rich enough and should charge for parking on top of the $33 resort fee. Whatever happened to one charge for everything so people can compare the true price. I was charged an extra $40 for a four night stay that I had no idea I was going to be charged. We live in a very greedy country, I think Southwest is just about the only company left that treats the customer great.

I chose to go back to the Mirage for my first trip to Vegas in four years. The last time I stayed at the Mirage and was so happy.with the whole experience. Our flight was diverted to Phoenix due to the thunderstorms on June 30th which was my bday so we were four hours late arriving. I was so exhausted from all the plane riding. The check-in girl could have been a little nicer. Last time we stayed we got complimentary tickets to the dolphin habitat for our daughter's birthday. She just gave me a ... Read more

We stayed in a volcano view room for one night. Thankfully it was only one night. The view was nice, the window opens which I thought was interesting. I sprayed us down with sunscreen for the pool. The floor was slippery from the sunscreen so I wiped it up and the white towel was now a nice shade of brown. Ewe. I chose the Mirage for the hype of their waterfall pool. I was super excited to finally see it in person. My boyfriend forgot his hat, a replacement was $40 and it said the Mirage on it... Read more

Our room, with 2 queen beds faced the back of the hotel, with views across to the desert. Our large room had enough space, plenty of tabletop space, and our retreat from the sun. Be... Read more

This was the first time I'd stayed at The Mirage, although I'd wandered in on previous Vegas trips. I have to say I'm impressed and would definitely recommend it and consider repeat visits for myself. The rooms are clean, the property has plenty of activities onsite, and really it could be a destination all on its own. I was here for a conference being held in the event center onsite, and other than scheduled activities at other properties, I had no desire to even leave the property. It has ever... Read more

Was a nice place 25 years ago. Sad part: they now charge $10/day parking and $30/day resort fee AND they can't get the parking payment machines to work. You insert your key but it still won't open until you find an attendant to open it. One time when returning, I inserted the room key and the machine kept the room key. An attendant came over, but didn't know how to open it. He called for another attendant who eventually showed up with a key. After 15 - 20 minutes, we were finally able to g... Read more

I stayed here during a trade show and was not happy about the valet charge of $18 for guests. If you want to charge visitors, I'm okay with that, but when you're staying at the hotel and already getting zapped for resort fees, which I also think are ridiculous, then you add the valet fee your room goes up over $50 per night! I'm not happy about it and even though I've stayed here for years, I'm going to find somewhere else to go.
