I give this place 5 stars just for the pools! Great pool area with wave pool and lazy river! The only thing about the Mandalay Bay is this place is towards the beginning of the strip so you must taxi everywhere especially on those hot summer days! The rooms are a bit outdated but you probably won't spend too much time in you room

I like this Hotel, having previously stayed at many on and off the strip I find it more hospitable, less busy and more professionally run when compared to the Bellagio and the MGM. Good rooms, great wifi and nice staff, would have been a 5 rating but too many queues at check-in and the long distance call charges are really too high. They were good enough to allow me to use the VIP lounge, great service team in that facility ! Will return.

Great hotel for conventions. Wish it had more than one Starbucks. Convention center is huge. Three levels. Great rooms but you will pay for them and they know they can charge a lot more when conventions are in town so check the hotel sites before you book. Stocked fridge.

Checked in with no hassle and the receptionist was polite and helpful. We only had a couple of dollars in cash on us, but the guy who brought our bags up to the room was respectful of this and was kind enough NOT to comment on the $2 tip we gave because that's all we had on us at the time. We got the room for £84 (original cost was £484 but that's not the guide price) We didn't ask for a player's card, which monitors your spend at the tables/machines etc. as we're not gamblers but did win $50.

It's a nice resort don't get me wrong...but for 3 nights I'm forking over $1000 and all I get out of it is a comfy bed and a view of the airport. The bathrooms are large and so is the bed. But if I want to brew a cup of coffee in the morning I have to shell out $4.50? Seriously? I drop a thousand bucks and I can't get a free cup of coffee? The mini fridge is packed with $4 cans of Pepsi, the same stuff that's 50 cents from a vending machine. An omelet at one of the attached restaurants was $1... Read more

Stayed for 4 nights at our annual convention and it was my second stay at Mandalay. The hotel is definitely one of the better business luxury hotels in Vegas. The casino is big, and so's the hotel, but it's very spacious so if you're not into gambling it doesn't impose on you. Good range of restaurants on the compound! Drawback: making coffee in your room should be catered for! Not just one or two servings, unlimited.

We stayed at the Mandalay Bay Halloween 2016 weekend. My husbands work paid for the Bellagio the first night and our travel package gave us basically almost a free room at Mandalay Bay so this was the reason we picked Mandalay Bay. We didn't expect much because it is at the end of the strip next to the airport, but when we go back I would actually stay here again. The pool is amazing! We had so much fun! The room was very modern and clean. We didn't have any problems at all during our stay. Usua... Read more

My second vusit at Mandaly because of a congress. The hotel is well located and very closed to the airport. Was there because of a large international meeting. It is not the type of Hotel I normally look for however it is perfect for my business and will rerun also in 2017. The property is very big and spread out like most of the hotels in Vegas but they are still able to grant a very good service.

Plus, it's huge and can take on the largest convention. Downsides. Food court, limited choices and VERY limited seating given the size of conventions there! You go at lunch you would love to sit and eat. Good luck finding an open seat. Than the prices. OK yes it's Vegas, yes its a convention center. A bottle of water and a crappy turkey sandwich on whole wheat loaf bread $18.00. Ready for this, 12 OZ water and a granola bar $11.50! Come on you have to mark it up about 15 times yo... Read more

The hotel was nice. It was clean but a little smokey. I guess they all are in Vegas. The only thing was it was absolutely huge. It could take ten or fifteen minuets to go from one side to the other. The upside was they had a lot of selection of things to do, see, buy and eat.
