We'll be back. Imagine a condo on the strip! We love this place. We were on the 15tth floor overlooking the Go Pool. We rented a car from the airport car rental center for the week and used valet parking at the Hilton (highly recommended) for just $10 per day plus tips. We shopped at a nearby Albertsons for a week of healthy meals. My wife loved the full kitchen, complete with a range/oven, full size fridge and a dishwasher! The room was vey nice with excellent flat screen TVs and cable. We ... Read more

We stayed 3 nights at the HGVC Flamingo which has been recently remodeled with clean colors and updated materials in the units. The check-in process was smooth, but how confusing it is to get there with the car and figure out where the parking is located (very little signs). The pedestrian sidewalk (non-existent) is also not friendly from the front to go anywhere toward the LINQ or Flamingo Rd. The concierge is a little pushy trying to schedule you with a timeshare presentation (now called Owner... Read more

Room was comfortable and clean. No complaints with the room. Low rating is due to very poor customer service. It took over a month for us to resolve a customer service complaint that was clearly the fault of the hotel.

I stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations at the Flamingo when coming to Vegas for a conference. I didn't want to pay the high prices to stay at Cesars, so I stayed here and walked every day (10 min walk). Their is not any gambling or extravagance at this hotel, no noise, no smoke in the lobby, no loooong walk back to your room. The rooms are big with a little kitchenette. The hotel is a 2 min walk to the Flamingo hotel and a 3 minute walk to the large ferris wheel and a street full of bars, re... Read more

Stayed here 3 nights for college reunion- 5 women. We had two suites which shared a common entryway, then another door to each suite. The larger of the two suites had a fully separated bedroom with king bed, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a shared bathroom and a complete kitchen. The smaller suite had a bed and sleeper sofa, an efficiency small kitchenette and bathroom. This is a decent, clean place, but its proximity to the Flamingo Hotel pool and Casino detracts. The room was greatly decorated, the amenities .....etc The restaurants were fantastic offering a lot of choice at very reasonable prices .. I have really nothing negative to say about this hotel! We stayed here for 4 nights. We had a beautiful split 2 bedroom. It was wonderfully decorated and big. Hilton Flamingo has their own pool which only guests can stay at. It is small, but nice and has a bar and food. The Flamingo pool, which is viewable from the Hilton is a 21 and over huge party pool. The music blasts all day, so much that we could hear the beat in our room and I wouldn't be able to take a nap. The techno and rap music made the Hilton pool less relaxing. The Flamingo pool... Center strip, conveniently on the tram with access to the fun and wild Flamingo pool and the shops and restaurants at Linq. The Hilton pool is great for a more relaxing time and the pool bar drinks are delicious and strong. We use the little market in the hotel a lot, as well as the convenience store just around the corner off the strip (cheap liquor). The staff is friendly and always helpful. As a group of girls, we really liked the extra bathroom sink.

The location is central on the strip. The buildings and rooms are older and need to have another round of renovations as they are not up to par with the other Hilton Grand Vacation club properties in Las Vegas. Sometimes the pool is scheduled for private events and is closed to other guests. Guests have access to the Flamingo hotel pool area.

This is probably one of the best ones I've staid in. Their service was top notch. We stayed here in a one bedroom suite which was well laid out. The big plus for me was that the unit has it's own laundry (washing machine and dryer). The suite was well laid out, clean, tidy and beds were comfortable. I found a couple of minor problems on the first night. We stayed in the One Bedroom suite and it was huge with Washing machine, kitchen, dryer etc. It shares the ground with The Flamingo and has most the comfort of a Las Vegas hotel without the noise and crowd. Its also within 10 minutes walk from the big casino's. There is also the flamingo boulevard next to the hotel with many bars and restaurants. All in all a good place to stay.

I thought it was so centrally located and perfect. The bellmen are awesome so tip them good. Free evian water daily. The food downstairs is fresh and priced better than fair. Travelled with family, two 10yo daughters and spouse. The suite was great. The staff were great. Everything as expected for a HGVCLUB property. It was even easy to ignore the invitation to "upgrade", i.e. The dreaded 1hr sales pitch. However, one of the main reasons we chose to stay here while in Vegas was the pool. Pics online made it look so fun for our kids only to find out when we got here that the fun pool with slides and waterfalls was 21 and over only. Not cool.

I wasn't the biggest fan of Vegas itself so will only comment on the rooms themselves. The hotel itself was fine and the pool was great, as were the beds. What got to me was the bathrooms and the leaks, which were essentially running tap water! Those really need fixing because a) it's super loud for the customer and b) it's a ridiculous waste of water (though if we're honest of course in the grand scheme of things in Vegas that may not make a huge difference). The HGVC/Flamingo is in an excellent location, near the strip, and next to so much activity. But it is not a Casino, and not the norm hotel with service every day, so the rooms are more private. It has its own secluded pool with bar, and a small deli/convenience store, with good lunches, etc. It's definitely a good location for families.

The Flamingo is a great hotel and resort for the middle of the strip! It is a great deal for the location. If I were single or still in college, it would have been great. The pool during the day was a giant party, family pools were separate from the adult pool. The adult pool was huge, full of floatable flamingos and music blaring from 8:30 to 6. The HGV pool was heated and stayed open at 11 while the other pools closed down at 6pm.

The resort is very nice, the location is awesome (directly across from Caesars Palace) and the staff was tremendously helpful and graceful. Unfortunately, the resort lacks a quality kid program. Furthermore, the largest drawback for families to stay here is that the "large Flamingo pool" is off limits if the guest are under 21. However, the Resort does accommodate the family pool requirements with a standard hotel pool.

Good hotel for families as the suites have a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. It's got all the amenities for a good stay and the rooms are mostly modern and decently clean. The internet is a tad slow for anything more than checking your email. It's a tiny bit off strip but it's close enough if you don't mind a little walking. The maids are loud and rude; we keep the do not disturb sign out and they try to enter the room without invitation every single day of the stay. But they get the job done. ... Read more

The $25 resort fee is highway robbery. This Hilton was not a resort. Air conditioner noisy, dark "kitchen", uncomfortable chairs. Called for pizza room service at 9:00pm, was told it is unavailable-too late. We told them the menu said until 9:30pm. Ok, they said and they delivered in 20 minutes. The pizza exceeded our expectations.

Normally, a place like this with a resort fee would automatically be bumped down to a maximum of 4 in my overall TripAdvisor rating, but I am going to make an exception and give this place a 4.5 and round up to 5 because the base rate of $89 that I was able to book was so fantastic that it made the $25 resort fee tolerable, even though I still think it is highway robbery, especially for those with Gold or Diamond status like us. Fantastic hotel and staff, took care of us immensely, and very close to most of Las Vegas actions. Beddings and pillow very comfortable, jacuzzi, indoor store, rental dvd, very very nice. WiFi connection was very stable

HGVC Flamingo is a great location - mid-strip and easy to get to anywhere quickly. Nice to have a separate living room with kitchen and dinette and to enjoy my cup of coffee in the morning. Once we even had a poker game on the dining table. Personnel is friendly and helpful. Wanted a taxi and had one within 2 minutes. Bed was so comfortable - need to find out mattress they use!
