As a Hilton Timeshare facility, this place is just fine. Just remember, it is between the heart of the strip and downtown. The only easy walk is to CVS and Circus Circus. And remember, "Owner update" = try to sell you more timeshare

This hotel is located convenient to the strip, yet with an adequate distance, for the comfort of less noise from street crowds and traffic. The hotel is so comfortable and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub was very relaxing in the hot Las Vegas climate. The rooms are clean, spacious and well decorated. We stayed on 25th floor which offered great views. We will definitely stay here again in our next trip to Las Vegas.

Excellent hotel and friendly staff. The hotel has a great location on the strip. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The bus makes stops every 15 minutes and takes you to the strip. The hotel had a nice pool area and a small cafe. The cafe is reasonably priced. I would stay there again.

Our group got an upgraded suite that included a queen bed and a sofa bed. The room was spacious with two large tvs, a jucuzzi tub in the bedroom, and large bathroom. It was nice to have a full kitchen even if we didn't we use it for much. However, the carpet, tiles, and furniture were a bit dated. From beginning to end of our three day trip, every staff member we encountered was courteous and helpful. The hotel is near the Stratosphere Hotel (hence its at the other end of the strip). Overall, the hotel is excellent. It does not have a casino (which is a plus) and the rooms are well equip. My only issue was the bed-----it sunk in the middle which is a sure sign of its age.

Succinctly, I was traveling to Vegas for a convention for 6 nights so my wonderful wife joined me. * I booked a 1 bedroom suite through the Hilton Diamond desk. * When we arrived they said we had a standard room (but actually smaller). We called it a closet. *I checked back for 3 days seeing if there was something that could be done. The only response continued to be "sorry". * They clearly knew I was not happy (but most respectful). What I find so odd is that no manager ever conta... Read more

Me and my husband loved our stay here, very clean and spacious room with pretty much everything you could think of available. If you want to stay in Vegas and not have to deal with walking through a smoky casino to get to your room this is the perfect choice. Plus the bus stop is maybe ten feet.... perfect!

I frequent Las Vegas for business several times a year and try to stay at new places. I've come to expect a certain level of quality for the room rates my company is willing to pay (government per diem). Pulling up to check-in I was informed by the valet to parking across the parking lot and walk back to check-in. I've never been to a hotel where you didn't park right out front to check-in. When I got to my room the bedspread had a two inch ripped right in the middle. Once that was replaced... Read more

My husband and I stood here for 4 days and 3 nights with our 2 young children. We had the one bedroom suite and everything was so homey and perfect! Extremely clean and professional all around. There is no casino at this hotel so it doesn't smell like dirty carpet and cigarette. The pools are awesome. A very fun place to stay at with your family.

Great property! If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again. Very secure. This property is further down the strip from the center of all of the action but, there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel for $8 a day you can ride the whole strip. Loved having a 1 bedroom suite with a full kitchen and washer & dryer. Very fast elevators.

This is a family hotel resort with amenities to satisfy the kids (swimming pool, recreation room with ping pong and pool tables, and no gambling) and pleasant for adults like us who prefer non-smoking facilities. If you want to gamble, this hotel has easy access to hotels south down the Strip, or to the downtown LV hotels along Fremont Street (and the Experience). Also, it is a short distance from the I-15 freeway so to get to hotels farther south like South Point. Because it's at the north e... Read more

Very abrupt and rude valet. When pulling up to check in the attendants ask you if you want valet or self parking. If you say self parking they treat you rudely and tell you to move your car immediately. Poor 1st impression. Usually you can check in and then move your car, there was plenty of room and check in was less than 5 minutes. This hotel met all of my needs and exceeded my expectations by far! Due to a planning error a night before my trip, I needed a hotel in Las Vegas quickly in order to attend an event at UNLV the next day. Since I am under 21, this hotel was my only reasonable option. I'm almost thankful for the planning error I had because this hotel turned a boring, solo trip into a wonderful one! HUGE rooms for the price, great staff, and reliable wifi. This is not a casino type hotel with a lot of bars, restaurants, and gaming. They have 1.5 bars, a shop, food offerings, and nice rooms. Think of it as a regular Hilton with a lot of extras. I hear the pool is amazing though I didn't get to see it. The bartender (Greg) at the Tower 2 bar was great. Made great drinks and was super friendly. I have to admit that I had no clue as to where to stay for a quick trip to Vegas. I didn't have any concept of where things were or how far they are apart. The Vegas strip is BIG! A block in Vegas is 1/2 a mile long! And it's hot! Ok, now that I'm done whining, I asked for help from AAA as to where to stay. Had a great experience at this hotel. The wife and I loved the service, decorum, ammenties, etc... Room was clean, nice, and very comfortable. We loved the idea of being able to fully cook in the room or go out to eat. I believe our only concern was, the hotel needs to have a shuttle to the LV Strip, especially since they have properties on the strip. Paying Uber everyday to go to the strip is annoying on the pockets. Other than that, we love it...

This is our favorite place to stay in Las Vegas. It does take a while to get down the strip - the taxi isn't cheap, the bus is full and slow. But the quiet, non-casino, spa-like atmosphere is exactly what I look for. We stay here when attending basketball tournaments - having the washer right in the room is heaven - no more stinky uniforms! No more rushing out early for breakfast - we can fix it right in the room. The staff is always polite and helpful. The pool area is luxurious. The on-si... Read more

We had a very nice suite that included washer and dryer. Nice layout, clean rooms. The property does not have a restaurant and is not within walking distance to the strip. We paid a daily resort fee that included free wifi , but the wifi was pretty much non existent. I reported this upon arrival, but nothing was done. I would have expected a refund of the resort fee as I did not receive internet service. The hotel could be outstanding if they upped their game with better services.

Complete with the amenities for a true family vacation venue i.e. It feels safe because without the card key, one cannot operate the elevator to go up to the rooms. The room was very clean and the communication with the front desk is very easy since you can do it by text messaging. The poolside bartenders were less than friendly and not very good at preparing drinks. Example 1. Michelada is prepared with lime, not lemon. I had to repeatedly tell them this. Example 2. This is a decent hotel, but nothing really special in a city of special hotels. There is no casino. This may be a plus or minus depending on you. It is nice that when coming in, you do not need to walk through a casino to get to the elevator to your hotel. It is really only a convenient walk to new SLS hotel which is nice and CircusCircus which is forgettable. You will need transportation to anything else.

Wow, the room was incredible. The decorating and amenities were just great. The walk in glass shower was amazing with 3 extra body Jets. Had a washer and dryer, full kitchen, garden tub. Bed was comfy and house keeping were awesome. The staff were great, enjoyed the pool, pool bar and pool lunch. The Orange Cadillac Margarita got me pretty mellow pretty quick. My boyfriend and I recently went to Las Vegas for a quick getaway. We spent 3 nights at the Hilton Grand vacations on the boulevard. Upon our arrival into our room, which was a "suite". I immediately look around to make sure everything is clean. However, in the "jet-tub", hair was on the sides, the bottom and near the jets. It looked like it had not been scrubbed. While I can't necessarily fault the property itself for this, the reservation system for these properties is really wonky. First, this is the one and only reservation system that charges you the higher price for all nights, even if one night is a lower price. The two most important things to know about this property are that it is a bit too far north on the strip, and that it is a smoke free hotel.
