Perfect location, perfect accommodating staff and restaurant best of any Hilton-chain hotel I've stayed in ALL respects! Building clean as a whistle everywhere. Mattress perfect, coffee in room...take list is endless! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again and soon! This hotel's manager is obviously the best in every respect!

We enjoyed our stay. Service was excellent. Front desk personnel offered to run the shuttle for us to Mandalay Bay when we misunderstood how often it runs. Though we changed our minds and opted not to go, we appreciated their willingness to go the "extra mile" for us. They loaded all our luggage into our car for us, which we especially appreciated since we are elderly and limited as to strength. Location is an easy on/off from the main road and the freeway. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. I love that it is close to the airport & the strip. The beds and pillows are heavenly! The beds have adjustable firmness and there are different types of pillows too. I slept so well and there were no rowdy crazy people like at the casino hotels. Dinner at the restaurant was good, I had a made to order breakfast & saw lots of variety at the buffet. Perfect hotel for business travelers.

The staff is very friendly, inviting and helpful with questions of the area. The place is well kept and clean from your room, to the lobby and the pool area. Does have a small bar area that is well stocked and the bartender is a very friendly lady willing to keep your drink filled. Exercise room is complete with well maintained equipment. There is a shuttle to and from the strip for convince and ample parking, even if you have a large vehicle. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Thought I would get better service for the price I paid for this king suite. I stayed for a week so I have a pretty encapsulating review for you. The location of the room was near the garbage and loading area so everyday from 4-6 am there were LOUD trucks outside. The whirlpool tub in my room was broken and the front panel was held on by a thin strip of caulk. The shower head was clogged and needed to be cleaned. How could house keeping overlook this? I stayed at the hotel for two nights while attending a Trade Show. It was a typical Hilton Garden, nice room, well maintained building, Unlike another review I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, and ready to assist in any way possible. The show I was attending was at Mandalay Bay, the hotel offered free shuttle service both ways. The "star" rating I gave is base on this level of hotel. I'm not comparing to a world class luxury resort. It's a fairly typical Hilton Garden Inn and that's not a bad thing for budgetary and logistical reasons. It is located quite a way south of the main part of the La Vegas "strip" just past the airport turn off. So you are not in the center of things. We booked this room because it was advertised as a hotel "removed" from the Las Vegas electricity - it was great!! The location is close enough that we walked back to the Hilton after dropping off our car at the McCarran Rent-A-Car Center. We stopped on the way back and had dinner. It's a great location to get away from the buzz of downtown Las Vegas. Typical Hilton room - professional staff at checkin, professional housekeeping and great shuttle service back to to Airport. Although not on the strip, this hotel keeps the traditional quality of the Hilton Garden chain. The good thing is that they have a shuttle to and from the strip, which is nice. The rooms are clean, beds so so...too soft to my taste, and the breakfast a little too expensive, but overall it was a good stay.

Loved the room. The service was great. Food was great and well priced as well. Loved the workers in the hotel. Great hotel for families and so close to the strip. Shuttle picks and drops off every hour to the strip which was great also.

We stayed at this Hilton to avoid the resort fees of the big hotels on the strip, and it was reasonably close to the highlights of the strip. Shuttle van takes you from the hotel to Mandalay Bay, and from there you can walk, take the tram or monorail further up the strip. Hotel room was spotless, and the staff was great! A much quieter place to stay then on the craziness of the strip, and a relief from the noise of the casinos!

Booked a double bed Jr suite for 5. Loved I got to pick my room prior to checking in. Didn't like the excess parking was in the back and there was no rear entrance. Was given incorrect information about the shuttle. When I went back to request the shuttle the agent was a bit rude. Even though it is a non-smoking hotel someone was clearly smoking on our floor. Hotel staff didn't seem to care. Breakfast Buffett great value & highly recommend. Just note the staff is a bit slow so if you are in a hu... Read more

We've stayed at the Garden Inn at Riverhead, NY several times and was amazed that this Garden Inn was a carbon copy. the place was very clean but the service was outstanding. every staff member is friendly and smiling. I was so comfortable as I already knew the place. We were upgraded to a junior suite and the buffet breakfast is always welcoming and tasty. We're fans now and we always be pleased to stay at a Garden Inn when available.

This hotel was where I was assigned because of my conference. It was very comfortable with lots of amenities to take part in. I loved the free daily newspaper, the closeness to restaurants, the Strip and shopping. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a less expensive place to stay yet close to all of the glitz and glamor.

Recently I was at the HGI for a wedding conference and was thrilled by the service I received. I was met at LAS by George a team member who was driving the shuttle. What a delight, informative, professional and inviting! Thanks for making me feel so welcome George. At breakfast I had the pleasure of meeting Jenny, another team member who was on point and full of life and introduced me to the talented Sales manager Gabby. I had a great stay. The staff was great, friendly, kind, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was clean, neat, and tidy. I shuttle to Mandalay Bay was very convenient and the drivers were very dependable and polite. I traveled alone, and safety with me is an issue. I felt relaxed and safe there. I booked this hotel last minute as an overnight stop on our way home. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly. I really like that you had to use you room card to gain access to your hotel room floor. This made me feel really safe and I wish more hotels did this. The room was very clean and my mom said the bed was very comfortable. I travel with my own bed and sleep on the floor due to back and neck issues. I'm usually not one to review places but I had to for this location. Upon initially entering the room, it seemed decent but I quickly found out otherwise. I usually stay with the Hilton chain being an honors member, but may have to look elsewhere after what I saw today. I just drove over 1,000 miles and was looking forward to a good night's rest. The pillows and sheets were yellow and the bed was rock hard. I cannot sleep. I was curious to see what the mattress looked like underneath the fitted ... Read more

The mattresses are ridiculously firm. It's like sleeping on card board. I had to order extra pillows to cushon my night. Also a hold above the cost of room was placed on my card when I specifically asked to use a seperate card. Nothing was ever done to adjust that. Managment needs work.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for the first time on our last night in Vegas. What a pleasant surprise! I did not make the reservation, so I was not aware that we were in a suite, with a balcony! The rooms were overly large, with one and 1/2 bath. It was just my husband and I, but this would have been great had we been traveling with our three kids! We have stayed in suites before but the bathroom was always the issue. Usually there is just one bath for the 5 person family. There was a spa tub... Read more

I have been to Vegas approximately 100 times. This hotel is fantastic. No resort fee, a shuttle, peace and quiet, and a very new and fresh building. I would absolutely stay here again. The staff are friendly, attentive, and professional. There is close access to informal dining and fine dining (a mall close by). The hotel bar and dining offer specials and offer a great alternative to "going out."

We stayed at HGI for the first part of a week long trip and then moved to MGM Grand for a conference we were attending. The room, services & amenities at HGI were a far better value at HGI over MGM. Plus we didn't have to deal with loud music or smoky casinos at HGI. We stayed in the King Suite which had 2 bathrooms and 2 thermostat controls. It was a great stay and we'd choose again. There are eateries and shops in walking distance.
