Our Tower 2,city view one bedroom was very spacious, clean, and modern. Great kitchenette: Large fridge, counter space, dishwasher and small appliances. Large TV in bedroom and living area. Washer/ dryer were a plus. Ample parking and close to Strip. Shuttle service a plus. Beautiful pool area and courtyard. There was a theater, but we did not use it. The drawback is the adjoining room noise. Could hear every sound made by neighbors, especially their loud TV, talking, yelling, kids screamin... Read more

Family Christmas vacation was amazing courtesy of the Wyndham Grand Desert. This place is very clean, the staff is very accommodating and friendly. The pool area was a plus for us. Especially traveling with four preteen kids! It was 50 degrees out but no worries the pool is heated so it made it worthwhile! Our suite had everything we needed so we didn't have to spend an arm and leg on eating out everyday. Only thing that was a drag was the Activity center. Children 14 and under have to be ... Read more

Pro's: Have 3 bedrooms so it's great for families. Full kitchens, nice for breakfasts, snacks. Clean rooms. Cons: high pressure sales people. Paper thin walls. Long walk to strip. Dirty pool and hot tubs. Helpful hint: have your groceries and alcohol delivered to you from Vons. Order online - don't waste vacation time shopping for groceries in Vegas.

This was our first time staying at our actual Time shared hotels. The resort is pretty large, a lot of walking. Check in was painless but long when you get your parking pass. Our 2 bedroom suit was 2 rooms together like a normal hotel. They were spectacular though! We had our family of 3 in one and a friend's family of 3 in the other. That is how you stay in Vegas! We loved everything especially the fully stocked kitchen. The food on the 3rd floor of tower one was awesome (breakfast burri... Read more

The location is beautiful. It may be a short way from the strip, but the shuttle runs regularly and the advent of Uber and Lyft makes getting home a breeze. The staff were mostly very nice, but some of them seem to forget that they are in the hospitality business and could do with a few refreshers on customer service.

An excellent retreat from the strip. A good place to unwind and relax after a long day or night at the casino. I would recommend this resort for those looking to be off the strip but not too far from the action!

We were on the 6th floor. When we booked we asked that we had our two (1bd rooms) next to each other so that we could enjoy Thanksgiving with each other. Upon check in, they informed us that even though they showed the request and that our room was actually on the reservation list, it didn't get cleaned and they had switched us to a different room on a different floor in a different tower. That would have really sucked. So we asked that they just get the room clean as quick as possible and we wo... Read more

I was in Las Vegas for EDC 2016 and I stayed at the Wyndham Grand Desert! We booked the 3 bedroom suite. I had 12 people in my group and there was 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and 5 beds (two kings, two twins, one pull out bed). I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days which cost up to about 1800~ dollars which ended up being 160~ dollars per person which wasn't that bad! The hotel room is about 1,400 square feet big which a full kitchen inside. The pool was nice and big. They have two pool, one kid, and one a... Read more

The hotel, grounds and room are all first rate. The staff is very professional and helpfu and is was pleasantly quiet despite being near the airportl. My only complaint is the lack of a restaurant. It has a cafe near the pool that has good sandwiches, pizza, etc. but as a business traveler, I needed more than that.

We are owners who booked a week stay over this coming New Years Eve. Recently on the phone the concierge told us there would be no shuttle or limousine service on New Years Eve. Can that be true? If there is any time we need the service it is then when all of the strip is shut down to traffic. The shuttle takes the back way to the strip so I don't see the problem. I know the resort is only a half mile from the strip but we were planning on going to Harrahs or another place to celebrate.
