My husband and I just got back from spending 4 days here. Our room was very spacious, clean and I loved the Jacuzzi Tub! We were fortunate to be able to sit by the pool for a few hours and soak up some sunshine, although it was too chilly to get into the pool, both pools and the hot tubs looked very clean and well maintained. We were with 3 other couples and we rented one of the larger outside cabanas to watch the Super Bowl on Sunday night. It was nice to be able to do this as we are from Ohi... Read more

The best feature of this place is there are no resort fees. So, it does save you some money. The location is good; walking distance to the strip (15-20 minutes.) There is also a free shuttle to the strip and downtown. The outside and pool area is pretty, as are the lobbies. Parking is also free. The one-bedroom unit is ok; small kitchen with a tiny, tiny sink. Bathroom is ok, but could use an update. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable and pillows are awful. For a little more money, you can s... Read more

Stayed 3 nights at the end of January 2017. Property is well kept with attendants present throughout. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Amenities include 2 large pools, 1 exclusively for adults, and at least 2 hot tubs in the interior common ground between Tower 1 and Tower 2. There is also a general store, deli, theater, game rooms, etc. on the property. My 1brm Tower 1 unit was large with an adjoining 2 person jacuzzi tub in between a separate adjoining bathroom. Outside the maste... Read more

Spent a week at the Wyndham Grand Desert resort. We had reserved a two-bedroom unit that had a king bedroom with a huge Jacuzzi bathroom, and a double queen bedroom with a separate bathroom. There was also a completely equipped kitchen, living room, large dining area and a stacked washer/dryer. Everything you could think of and needed was provided. We stayed on the sixth floor of Tower II. The unit was very clean and stylish. The floor we were on was quiet and private. We were scheduled t... Read more

When my co-worker booked this for our trip to Las Vegas, I was unusually initially skeptical, expecting a small room and I was either going to be sleeping on either the floor or the pull out couch if I was lucky. When I walked in to find four beds in three rooms, a spacious front room and a fully furnished kitchen, I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was comfortable. The view of the strip was good at night. It was close enough to walk to the strip, but a shuttle was provided. Staff was mo... Read more

This apartment was amazing for our family of six. Clean, huge and modern with great views. The regular shuttle to the strip and the pools were a highlight. Don't get sucked into the "free" breakfast though as this is just a ploy for them to get you to listed to their promotional talk about buying into time share, which can go for hours. It it not worth time time. Lovely stay enjoyed by all!

Stayed here while in town for a training. Nice, big room with a kitchenette. Would be easy to save money by doing breakfast and lunch in the room then going out at night. Close to the strip, only a short walk away. The hotel shuttles to Harrahs, which was a good location to start when exploring the strip. Lots of family activities at the hotel as well as inexpensive shuttle to Ref Rock Canyon and Freemont st. Uber rides arrived in under 5 minutes to take me anywhere else I needed to go. I know... This facility is beautiful. Loved it for our family vacation, except... I felt pressured into attending the Time share sales breakfast. All I wanted was the parking pass and it felt as if I didn't say yes to the breakfast I was going to get it. Ultimately signed up so I could get and my husband had to go down to the customer relations and tell them we were not going. Pools were beautiful, we got the 3 bedroom unit and it was a great space for my family of 8. The pack and play could have used a n... Read more

The location is beautiful. It may be a short way from the strip, but the shuttle runs regularly and the advent of Uber and Lyft makes getting home a breeze. The staff were mostly very nice, but some of them seem to forget that they are in the hospitality business and could do with a few refreshers on customer service.
