Just stayed here last week for a business meeting. Pros: lobby was nice, staff pleasant, meeting rooms of various sizes, breakfast options plentiful and good quality. Rooms are typical Embassy Suites size. Cons: Rooms are a little dated and could use some updating. Ceiling in bathroom was peeling bad and shower door would not move well at all. There is constant "creaking" in walls that would keep a light sleeper awake. Overall, this a good hotel for business if you don't want to be bothered... Read more

I have to go to Vegas once or twice a year for conventions. Stayed at the Embassy Suites for the NHS in May. This is so much better than a casino hotel for business people. No lines to check in. No resort fees. No charge for WIFI. Clean. Desk for work. Breakfast and afternoon drinks and finger food. It could use a little upgrade but I found the employees very accommodating and very friendly. This is so much better than that dreadful Westgate I used to stay at.

This is our go to hotel in Vegas. Tad and Sue in the bar are phenomenal. Friendly front office staff. Denise Lund is great Hotel manager. Spencer and David were awesome shuttle drivers for us. David in particular had a gift basket made up for me since I celebrated a birthday during our stay. Many long time staff members here which is always a good sign.

The hotel was what I would expect from an Embassy Suites. The interior space was nice and the rooms were spacious and clean. The location might have been good for the convention center (two blocks away), but otherwise, it was sandwiched in between apartment buildings and the back side of a golf course (all you could see was the green wall). I was working in a couple of locations, and it wasn't that far to them, but just not a great place to run around the hotel. Breakfast was awesome (omelet... Read more

Embassy is the only hotel my family chooses to stay at for all events. The value is excellent as well as the accommodations and services...Usually. This past visit, our room was not available right away. My family assumed the high volume of guests from the holiday weekend was the issue. They said they would call us when the room became available. That never happened. When we finally came back to check in, the guests in front of us were greeted and welcomed with 2 goody bags. We came to Vegas for a family reunion. We were not looking for the typical Vegas experience and were given just what we were looking for at this hotel. The lobby was beautiful and quiet - no ringing slot machines or cigarette smoke like the other hotels. The happy hour and breakfast are such a bonus, especially since this hotel is priced so well!

We have been staying at the Embassy Suites Convention Center for a good many years and this last February we realized the guest rooms have become in need of an update. Being Hilton Diamond we were upgraded to a corner room with a great view of the back of the strip and a huge balcony which was nice but that did not help with the overall appearance of our room. I've been staying at the Embassy suites for about 25 years and this property has to be the worst. The people who work here are very polite and friendly. The hotel itself needs some improvements. The automatic front door that allows you to enter the lobby needs to be worked on. If you walk up to the door too fast and don't stop, you can bang your face into the door. My family and I stayed in Embassy Suites for two days. Our room was very spacious, hotel staff was very pleasant however the house keeping service was below average. The comforter ( which was white ) had a blood stain. We were out the whole day and the housekeeping service came after 5 pm when we were getting ready for dinner. The hotel situated off the main strip and provided a quiet and comfortable night , away from all the action. It was helpful since we were traveling with kids.

Maybe this is between "average" and "very good" - the front staff is very good and helpful. The breakfast quality was average and the room was fairly clean but the bathroom seemed to have low budget fixtures. I am sure that an Embassy Suites in Las Vegas gets more than its share of wear and tear - this property works hard to keep up at least. It is a good value for the price.

Was sent to Vegas for a conference located at this facility. Generally, I am excited to spend a few days in a Hilton hotel... but this was one of my least favorite, least rewarding experiences. Assigned a room that had not been cleaned... at all... (dirty linens piled on bed, used soap in shower, trash cans over-flowing), and had to wait 2 hours for room to be cleaned by staff. Conference room was a steady 60 degrees the entire week, so bring your jacket!
