I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and LOVED it. The room was beautiful and updated in every way. It was immaculately clean, I was very satisfied. I would keep in mind that the oven is actually incorporated into the microwave if you're cooking. I stayed on the 10th floor with a view of the pool which was great! I called house keeping twice for detergent and hangers, both were promptly brought to me with no issue. The hotel is attached to the miracle mile shops which allows for easy access to the stri... So for my 38th birthday i decided to take a spur of the moment trip to Vegas. Got a great last minute deal and pulled the trigger. Here are some highlights of my second stay. The Pro: 1)Security takes there jobs very seriously. Key Card checks and when room guest make noise, trust and believe they are in the hallway monitoring activity. 2)Wifi, has greatly improved, the hotel was booked due to several conventions in town the lag was not as bad and i was able to work. 3)Non-Smoking hotel. We stayed in a two bedroom corner suite. Of all the times I've been to Vegas, it was the first time I have ever stayed in what I would consider a true "Vegas" inspired room. Not just a typical nondescript hotel room. Very sheik. Remote controlled shades, projection TV, excellent panoramic view.

This is our first visit to Elara and would definitely stay here again. We have a one bedroom condo for a family of four (twin 11 yr old boys). Be sure that who ever's name is one the reservation is the one who check ins. My husband was parking the car and because his name was on the reservation we had to wait for him. It probably wasn't a bad thing though because it was Friday night and there was not much of a selection for rooms. The gentleman who checked us in (Scott, I think) went out of... Read more

We started our stay in Vegas at another Hilton Grand Vacation hotel by the Flamingo but moved to the Elara after the first night. We wanted something a bit nicer and were very happy with our decision! The room was beautiful! Very spacious, floor to ceiling windows, huge bathroom with great lighting (girls, you know this makes a difference), mini kitchen, cool decor. Besides having to wait a bit to check in - the service was impressive. Text messages to see if we needed anything, attentive and p... Read more

This hotel is perfect for a Vegas stay - loved that you do not have to walk through a casino to get to the elevators, but Planet Hollywood is connected! Rooms are big and decorated with bright colors. A little pricey, but the rooms do come with a kitchen, not sure how much you want to cook in Vegas, but the option is there.

Rooms were not clean, furniture was missing/broken. Put towels down in shower or wear shower shoes as shower had old shampoo caps/ soap from previous guests, and slimy floors. Disappointed...t this was a Hilton Resort. Hilton usually means quality.

The check-in system is way too slow. The staff seemed to be trying, but the number of keys they have to hit seems way out of line with what should be necessary. Especially since most of us have already entered most of our information before we arrive. I'm a Hilton Honor member, but they had no way of looking that up. I'd say others in the line looked about as upset and tired as I was when I made it through the process. Twice, because the room wasn't available the first time through. No short ... Read more

The views are very nice, location is good, decor was good, the room was spacious and parking was ok but could have been better. More details: We arrived early and were able to do an early check in so that was great. We had a view of Paris and the High Roller, it was very beautiful at night. All the employees are very friendly and helpful - one of the waitresses at the pool even remembered my dad and mom from a year or so ago. I am in town for a convention at the MGM. Stayed at Elara because I trust Hilton and it is not a casino. I walk two blocks to the back door of the convention center. Checkin was a breeze. The property is gorgeous. I come every year for a convention and this will be my go to hotel from now on. Stay with confidence. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable and staff were amazingly responsive to all our requests.

Love the non smoking atmosphere. Love the smell of the downstairs lobby! Last year we stayed in a studio, this year we booked a one bedroom suite and it was beautjful. This was our first time at the Elara and it did not disappoint. We loved the room...it had everything you could want, including a washer/dryer and full kitchen, as well as a huge projection tv (which my husband loved!). The pool was really nice, especially when the temps were 110+, and we loved being attached to the mall. Very convenient location on the strip. We will be back to the Elara for sure!

Huge resort located a block off the strip, convenient to everything. Monsterous room with mini kitchen, only downside was very limited electrical outlets. We had what few devices we used scattered about the room to either use or recharge, had the outlets been more convenient I would have rated the room excellent.

Pool area great, Starbucks in the lobby, entrance to million mile mall in the lobby (OMG!). There was even a bar in the lobby. A first for me at a vacation rental. The room was spacious and well appointed but had a few draw backs. While it had a microwave, dishes and even a dishwasher you can't get a room with with 2 beds without paying for a suite. The couch does pull out to a bed but putting it back each day is work. Access to the hotel is through the Miracle Mile shops which is kind of a pain. I did like the security at the elevator but if you really wanted to you could get by.

My wife and I recently spend 5 nights at the Elara. This place was almost perfect for us. Well appointed rooms and a great location. No casino, but that was no big deal for us as we don't gamble much, and going over to Planet Hollywood was easy when we did throw away a few dollars. We stayed at Elara for 6 nights in a 2-bed suite. The suite was big. We have no complaints about the room, but it could be updated, as there is a noticeable wear and tear, for example, kitchen caninets don't align, sofa is torn in places, table and chairs have dents and rips in them. The pool was small for the size of the hotel. In the afternoon ot was packed. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear your neighbours. Customer service and housekeeping staff were nice, polite and helpful.

Checked in late and valet was full. That was a huge bummer bc I was tired. The rooms are super nice and decorated in a very chic trendy way. The bath tub had jets in it and the window shades were operated by remote.

Stayed two nights as part of a time share thing with Hilton. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite, which was very nice. Great view for being somewhat off the strip. The decor leaves much to be desired but they are changing it to have every room look like a Hilton. I'd definitely stay again.

We own a timeshare at the Elara. The location of the resort is outstanding. It is located on The Miracle Mile right on the world famous strip. Security is at a premium, you most present your room key to a security agent before you can access the elevator area. Being a former police officer I loved this feature because it keeps any undesirables off the premises. The rooms are nicely decorated and super clean. However, I expect more from a Hilton property and was disappointed in how tacky and dated the decor of the room was. The lobby and pool area's modern feel was not reflected in the rooms. The pool is really nice, but not heated, with cabanas for rent. For timeshare points it wasn't a bad stay, but next time we will spend the money and stay across the street at the Aria.

We had a great stay. Very friendly and very accommodating. The location is right off the strip and connected to the miracle mall and Planet Hollywood. They don't have a shuttle from the airport. But Uber or a cab is available

The room was fantastic. The view was amazing. Enjoyed time in the pool where you are able to walk up to the bar in the pool. The mall is right next to the hotel. You can easily walk the mall and shop in the many stores. Had an excellent meal in the nearby mall. With walking distance to casino and gambling. Hotel is extremely luxurious.

As an elite member I was booked into a junior suite. It was small and was no better than a budget room at a regular motel. Once we asked for a regular 1 bedroom the difference was like night and day. It was large and what I am used to in 1 bedrooms at top hotels. The staff was friendly. The hotel is in a great location. Go right through the mall and you are in the middle of the strip across from Bellaggio and within easy walking of Caesars. Once the room was settled the only negative is that t... Read more

This is my family's 2nd time I'm ,Vegas and it was great as usual. The rooms are always extremely clean, the staff is helpful and very customer oriented and my children love it. It is conveniently located in the heart of the strip. This is our hotel when we visit. I've always had an excellent experience. Easy check-in and out.

Just finished 6 nights in a fantastic 1 BR suite. The room was gorgeous and the bedding, which is very important to me as having an excellent night of sleep is key when on vacation, felt as though it were brand new. The mattress and pillows were perfect. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. The stovetop, fridge & dishwasher were all in perfect order and again immaculate. Loved the oversized bathroom and the 2 person hot tub! The view from floor 53 was out of this world stunning. The ... Read more

Many faulty equipment and high cost. Room is average clean. Service take very long time. Parking is terrible and not very convenient if you have a few things to bring. Should probably provide trolleys.

My brother is an owner & secured several Jr Suites for our Thanksgiving holiday. This is a time share hotel so it took a little getting used to, but its perfectly placed on the strip in the Mall which contains Planet Hollywood casino; makes it ideal for families or people that do not wish to walk thru a maze of a smokey casino. Its a very short walk to everything behind Paris Hotel. The staff are friendly & fast. Our rooms were on the 19th floor one of which was a corner unit with awesome views.... Read more

Our family loved staying here, so luxurious and spacious with excellent views and still reasonably priced! we got the breakfast package and every morning it was delicious and plentiful! We watched a movie one night on the projector which was a treat! Not to mention having a spa and washing machine/dryer were well appreciated extras.

The Elara, hands down, has the best rooms in Vegas. Not the cheapest, but fantastic furnishings, super convenient location, great security. Floor to ceiling windows with fantastic views. I have never regretted a stay here. There isn't a casino (a plus) and there are no hotel restaurants, but you are literally connected to the Planet Hollywood complex and all it has to offer. Pool is average.

The one bedroom suite included a full kitchen, living room and master bedroom with jacuzzi tub and bathroom. The floor to ceiling windows exposed a spectacular view of the Las Vegas Strip. The projection Television was amazing. With the flick of a switch the screen came down on our wall to wall ceiling to floor window and became a movie theater. Can't say enough about this Hilton. The location was also great, adjacent to the Mall and Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino. Easy walking distance to Be... Read more

My Husband and I spent 5 nights at the Elara over the Thanksgiving weekend. We had accepted 3 free nights in exchange for a Timeshare pitch and so knew that we would have that one unpleasant morning in exchange for staying in a great property. And we were no disappointed. The Elara was very nice. The room was a suite on the 25th floor with a fantastic view of the strip and high enough to see the mountains around Vegas as well. We really had everything we needed in the room including a large... Read more

I like the layout of the room and shared rest room. We were able to have privacy and still leave the restroom available for our 23 year old son. Not too far of a walk through Miracle Mile to the strip and Planet Hollywood casino. No resort fees.

I have been to Vegas at least 35 times in the past 10 years. Last few times I decided to stay at the Elara (Hilton Property) which is connected to Planet Hollywood. Great Location, beautiful rooms, quiet...connected to PH via shopping walkway.Very convenient. Clean. Great Pool... The only slight negative to me is that it can use more equipment in the gym. SMALL gym compared to other properties...but thats just me. Many people dont care about working out while in Vegas
