The room and staff were great. The pillows were awesome! The location is right next to the interstate, which made access easy. It also had a little more traffic noise due to the nearby off ramp, but not enough to keep me from sleeping like a baby!

Hotel was $30 more expensive a night than other properties on Las Vegas blvd. The staff is polite, friendly, and took care of most problems I had during the trip very quickly and efficiently. The hotel is ok, small pool, no hot tub (so don't assume or be fooled by the typical profile). The workout room was small, had no pull up bar, and in this case, was out of service. Overall, was not blown away...and found cheaper options with better rooms, pools, workout facilities.

We stayed here on a Sunday night and we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and clean the hotel and especially the rooms were. The internet also was very good and the television worked very well. We had a fridge and a coffee machine and the coffee was actually very good with real paper cups of grande size and real glass glasses as well. We only stayed over night so we only interacted with the staff during check in and check out and they were both very courteous and professional. We wou... Read more

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and have no complaints. If you want to stay away from the the casinos, this is it. Close to the airport and if you have kids, they will enjoy it much as they get lots of cookies! Good for a family with kids and no casino traffic. They provide shuttle 24 hr and being so close to the airport, it was very convenient. Of course you will love their pillows! We enjoyed our stay.

Our room was extremely clean. There were no cover up odors from cleaners or sprays. No cigarette smell. This is about as important as it gets for us. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. The staff and the shuttle van drivers were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean. We felt safe and secure. After a busy day on the strip it was nice to get off the beaten path where it was quiet.

Room was clean. The staff was exceptional and very accommodating. Plus let's not forget the cookies. and the value was right there. I would stay there again. The only issue was with the air conditioner was not working and it was extremely hot. They swapped it for another in about twenty minutes...and it cooled the room to a comfortable temp. All was well. I had a good experience when I arrived, very friendly morning staff, took the shuttle to Tropicana to visit the strip. The shuttle was late on the pick up and drop off but I didn't mind. My second day there I signed up for the shuttle service again and walked down at exactly 5pm only to find the shuttle was full, my spot unsaved and they were ready to go. Brittney, at front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked for a can and she called one and told me that I should have been there ... Read more

The hotel is close to the airport with a convenient free shuttle. The hotel has no casino or slot machines on the premises and is separated from the strip by the freeway, so it's a good family hotel. Nice outdoor pool. Applebees within walking distance across the parking lot. A good, clean quiet hotel.

Lovely, clean and smoke free hotel! Not far from downtown Vegas and near the airport. We didn't even hear any jets as close as we were. Stayed in room 202, bright lights from pool side, noise from exit and near by intersection throughout the night. Room still lit up with pull down shade. Request one of the higher rooms on the Pollock Drive side. Otherwise nice hotel with normal Hilton standards. Close to airport, and also to many offices in the area. Taxi/Uber ride easy. The hotel is located in a quiet location in Vegas. Rooms are perfectly clean but low maintenance. I had an issue with a broken AC where the temperature in room was over 80F and 105F outside. Old hotel, dirty. Close to the LAS airport with free shuttle. Booked weeks in advance as a Hilton Honors Gold but still reserved the 4th floor in a outdated room. 5 and 6th are the Honors floors. Room and amenities met our expectations. Only downside is the outdated AC which is noisy and litterally blows you away.

I was in Vegas for a trade show and stayed at the DoubleTree. Great choice of hotel. The hotel itself is decent, but the staff is amazing. And they have free cookies at the reception!!! From the hotel to the strip will cost you approximately 15 USD, and is real quick. If you want to stay in Vegas for a reasonable price, this is your hotel.

Outstanding value, excellent and caring staff. Weight room, room cleanliness , food quality terrific. The staff went out of their way to make the stay feel like you were at home. Highly recommend, if you are not looking for the flash of the big casino.

If you're waiting on the shuttle to pick you up, just get a taxi because they'll never show up.We waited for over an hour for the shuttle, only for them to never show and offer little to no apology or reimbursement for the taxi fee we had to pay.

The staff team members excel in customer service. There is no lingering Heavy Smoke smell in the Lobby and the hotel is Family Friendly. There is a shuttle that takes visitors to the strip every two hours, plus there are shopping outlets nearby. This Double Tree is close enough to everything. I highly recommend it for any type of travel business or for Friends & Family.

My honey had a conference that I joined him for. Hung out at the pool and enjoyed the beach cafe along with the shops and casino in the lobby during the day waiting for him. Rooms are clean and the property is very nice. It's been updated beautifully, and the pool grounds are so nice.

very clean and comfortable. lived up to Hilton standards and more. Highly recommend this hotel for those who want to stay off the strip. Quiet. Staff was efficient and courteous, and made check in effortless. Food upon arrival was fresh and hot, milk was cold and cookies fresh. We will stay again.

The host at check in was brilliant, check in was smooth and our warm chocolate cookie was delicious. We were handed our printed boarding passes which had been organised by our holiday counsellor. The room was well presented, comfortable and clean. The free shuttle into the city was more than appreciated so we didn't have to do anymore driving. before we went out we enjoyed an excellent meal at Appleby's located behind the Hotel. Our included breakfast was plentiful with a wide choice of optio... Read more

We stayed here one evening after arriving at Airport during night and not wanting to pay the rate of a strip hotel on Saturday evening. Picked up a car and from rental car facility to hotel less than five minutes. Staff very welcoming and we had our fresh cookies and we're off to room in a few minutes of arrival. 6th floor room clean and quiet. Late dinner at nearby Applebee's that is a walk across Doubletree parking lot. Plenty of free parking in front of hotel. Free coffee in reception but usu... Read more

Today has been one of those days. Overslept, just didn't even hear the alarm. Rushed to the airport. Just made my flight. I was so happy with my hotel selection. Peaceful, quiet, comfortable, a marvelous staff, clean and fresh room. PERFECT. Did I mention the free shuttle. This hotel is definitely on my return list. Thank you Doubletree for everything.

If you're looking for an alternative to the casino hotels, this DoubleTree is a great option. Has a free airport shuttle, and Uber from the hotel to the LV convention center is around $12 to $15, and maybe 15 minutes. Mandalay Bay convention center is even quicker and cheaper. Very quiet, clean, great staff. Really great staff. Decent rooms. Bit utilitarian, but all the amenities you'd expect. Good (free) Internet access. They do have smoking rooms, too. Perfect for business travel, conventions.... Read more

Me and my friend decided to stay at this hotel because first of all we were flying in to Las Vegas and second all hotels on the strip were sold out and the remaining were too expensive. So we got to the airport and called the hotel for a pick up. It took them like 20-25 min. It was alright i guess (waiting for the shuttle at LAS). Don't get me wrong, our driver was nice and offered water and the signature doubletree cookie. It was delicious. But this hotel has more downs than ups. They do provid... Read more

I have stayed at this Doubletree a number of times over the last several years, and they never fail to exceed my expectations. From the warm welcome and even warmer cookies that you get when you check in to a beautifully maintained building to spotless rooms, this hotel is consistently among the best! It's in a nice neighborhood, very close to the airport (and the rental car pickup/return), and convenient to everything in the middle of Vegas. I'm frequently there on work, so being able to w... My room was way too noise you. I had delivery trucks under my room delivering all hours of night. Too close to freeway, for noise also. No breakfast included or to go bag. Room was so so, nothing special. Staff was very helpful, professional, and courtesy.
