"Everything was fantastic! Room was beautiful. Very clean. The only problem we had was the party going on the 3rd floor with loud music bumping until 2:30am. Other than that we had a great time. Pool is big and clean and open to use 24/7, which is really nice! Very nice place to stay for families."

"If you are flying to Las Vegas, try not to have the airlines loose your luggage. My wife lost her luggage on the flight. It was returned two and a half days later. But, the Staff at this resort certainly showed NO concern when we informed them that my wife had only the clothes she was wearing.
We told the Front Desk Clerk that since my wife did not have any clothes, we would be in need of trying to purchase clothes for her until the lost luggage was hopefully returned. The Clerk, showing disinterest and indifference, merely gave us a phone book to find a taxi for our selves and to somehow locate a shopping center nearby.
Instead of realizing that the rest of the free world has no idea what is located in Las Vegas, it would have nice of them to offer to call a taxi for us, and to let us know where to buy clothes. And, the Manager could have offered to have one of the Staff drive us to a shopping center or a mall of some type. The Staff member would have been paid for their time, since they were on the clock, and they would be assisting a time share owner. So bring an extra change of clothes in your carry on luggage.
By the way, the room are spotlessly clean. The Cleaning Staff does and EXCELLENT job of making the rooms and the kitchenette completely clean. Maybe the Cleaning Staff should instruct the Resort Staff that if you ignore your customers, they will go away.
If you decide to us the shuttle buses, plan for extra time to get anywhere. These buses are not direct route buses. They are locals. They have many stops between the Resort and the destinations on The Strip. And they are SLOW. And PACKED. Respectfully, the seasoned citizens do not move very fast, so almost ever stop requires extra time for them. Remember: SLOW and PACKED.
Also , we can not understand why the committees ask us to attend the Owners meetings they are holding a few days from the time of the call. Perhaps the Resort should consult a map of our entire country to see that we are on the Eat Coast. And that it is usually impossible to immediately take off time from your business and somehow find a plane flight.They do not even bother to offer lodging at a reduced fee.
Another observation. Can SOMEONE in maintenance put some sort of rubber pad
on the gate closing device around the pool? When you are trying to relax at the pool, it defeats the purpose when the gate constantly SLAMS shut every time it is used.
We will be booking our next trip to a Resort location actually on The Strip."

"I stayed at Club 1. Female staff was helpful and friendly but Male staff was not friendly. He answered a question but nothing else. No suggestion or advice to out of town customer about what to see and how to get there. Facility is not very well maintain especially gym room Both trademills are not level or constantly squeaking. There are multiple Club De Soleil resorts but I won't return to club 1 again. Tahati Village is also part of the Club De Soleil but newer. I went checked out its facility and it is very nice. I would go back to Tahiti village when I return to Las Vegas."
