"I booked 2 rooms last minute at the Bellagio for Halloween weekend. I knew that booking so late in advance would require that I pay more for the rooms, but I really wanted to stay at a hotel that had quality service. I called a few days ahead of arrival to ask about the room deposit and the staff at the Bellagio informed me that I had only reserved only 1 room. We also were able to be upgraded to a standard room with a view which I appreciated it. The hotel staff was very nice when we asked them not to clean the room but just provide us with additional towels, glassware, etc. Also the concierge was helpful in finding last minute dinner reservations during the busy weekend. And they gave us the extended check out at 12pm instead of 11 am, since everyone knows hard it is to wake up in the morning in Vegas :) Although the hotel is a little pricey I would stay again and recommend to others."

"The Bellagio was really nice. Great service, clean rooms, great view. We asked for a room upgrade and got it. Wen't from a mountain view to a fountain view. the curtains were push-button to open and the tv played music during the fountain show, which was nice. The bathrooms are large. We were given a box of choc truffles by the asst manager, which was really nice. The hotel get very, very crowded so you find your self avoiding sholders most of the time. I was surprised that you could smell smoke, even in the casino. "

"i had very long journey my last trip , because of the fog our landing took forever , therefore we lost our connecting flight from vancouver, we stayed 6 hours delayed for next available flight to vegas , because canada does not have like the usa busy flights in and out often.
Best of all at5am in morning they tested the fire alarms , very nice , especiallly after our long journey ,and need badly to sleep.
They only compensated us with one meal breakfest , and with arguements they removed the resort fees of 25.00
this trip i was not happy because i miised out on my show to attend ,all because of the flight missed out of ottawa."

"Everything about the Belagio was great. They gave us an upgrade to a room with a view of the Fountains also a pass for the Buffet which allowed us to go to the front of the line and the lines were long both at lunch and supper. Well worth it, many choices and many desserts to experience. We had tickets to Viva Elvis at the ARIA and got a pleasant surprise when we were told that a Tram ferried between the Belagio and the ARIA. Saved us a from long walk. Staff Friendliness, I wish you had a higher rating everyone of them greeted you with a smile and Hello whenever they crossed your path wether it be the maid, electrician, painter, supervisor etc... The only reason VALUE was rated a little lower is that we know we could have stayed at a less expensive resort and expect the same kind of service. We chose the Belagio because we wanted to knock that off our bucket list. (staying at a very POSH resort once in my life).
An overall great experience....oh yes, we stayed withing our budget when it came to gambling.. that was nice too."

"It took 4 hours to get a room. When they finally got us a room it wasn't cleaned yet! Didn't seem very organized. They did upgrade us to a better room. We were tired from travelling and just wanted to get settled into our room. Bellagio is a beautiful hotel, but very busy! Lineups for everything! It is in a good location on the strip. "Hotel was great, we always stay here. However, when we checked in, our reservation was entered wrong. I booked 2 rooms for 4 days and they only had ONE. My confirmation had us listed as multiple bookings(meaning more than one room) but when we got there they only had ONE room. The hotel corrected the mistake with no problem. On a side note...since our last stay the hotel had a NEW CRAPS video game which was a HUGE hit with my husband. The game had individual touch computer screens to make your bets and then dice in the center of the game that bounced around until the designated 'shooter' hit the the button. This took the pressure off the shooter and you never had to worry about the dice hitting chips or a drunk persons hands getting in the way. The only downfall to this game was that you did not get 'rated' on your players card. When we asked about this we found out that this was the ONLY GAME in the casino that did not rate your play. Other than the check in mess-up, the trip was tonz of fun!"

"My whole life I have wanted to stay at a 5 star hotel but never had until we stayed at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. It was an experience of luxury, comfort, elegance, pure pleasure beyond what I had hoped for. EVERYONE who worked there had an unusual high standard for being patient, polite, very nice and extremely helpful..EVERYONE. from the valet, front desk, maids, room service, bell men, drink girls, players club reps, all did such a wonderful job in making this vacation the Best I ever had.Considering we usually stay at properties that comp our rooms due to our play, my husband was not too keen on the idea of us actually paying for a room, and since I opted to upgrade to penthouse upon check in, there was definitely a price to be paid, but even he has to admit it was worth every penny we paid. The room was so nice. And there was 3 bathrooms his hers and guest. I could have lived in hers. seriously. The room service was EXCELLENT, the buffet was the best I have ever eaten at..and I have ate at them all. AND we had actually expected the slots there to be tight. How wrong we were. The slots were so friendly we got to play the whole time we were there and even extend our stay for a few days. I would recommend this property with all my heart. Best place I have ever stayed all the way around."

"I would agree with the person who commented about the $25 resort fee, it seems a little ridiculous! Having said that, it was a great deal overall so I am not too upset by the fee. Secondly, the room was nice for the price. They did offer us an up-grade, but we stayed in the room we booked. I felt it was clean and nice...though not heads and tails above a any other upper-scale hotel chain. Lastly, the food was underwhelming at best and the prices were WAY TOO HIGH. The buffet was roughly $17 per person and if you get there close to the switch-over from breakfast to lunch....be prepared to be VERY disappointed."

"a beautiful hotel and all of the staff was very helpful and polite. With that said.. There was a $25 resort fee. When i asked about what it was for they said free wifi.. ummm you mean $25 a day wifi?? not free! Also, the choices for eating during the day were slim. They had one cafe with so-so food and high prices. As for dinner.. if you dont have a reservation at one of the expensive restaraunts you can stand in line for the buffet for an hour or so.. or walk the strip to find another place to eat.. however expect the wait to be an hour for those places as well. Overall, so-so hotel.. everything is ridiculously expensive.. and for what?? not sure... id rather be somewhere tropical and not in the middle of the dessert."

"Upon arrival we had no idea where to check in because all of the signs at the front desks were check out signs once we asked where to go we had to wait in line with everyone checking out for over a half hour and then our room was not ready so they wanted to put us in an upgrade for more money. The resort fee is uncalled for when you have already paid for your room in advance. The attendent that finally waited on us put a deposit on my credit card to cover any additional charges that may use at the hotel - which by the way friends of ours stayed there during the same time and did not have because they gave them an option-we were told we did not have an option. No coffe in the rooms is a disgrace. This is the first thing most people do is drink coffee to wake up not get dressed and wait in line somewhere to get coffee. I just think that next time I travel it would be to a smaller hotel where you do not feel like a hurd of cattle and may get better service. Prices are outrageous and showing your key to the attendents every time you go the elevator is ridiculous."

"It is reprehensible that you get to the hotel and they tell you it is an extra $25 per night to stay there.....resort fees they call it. No in room coffee, everything is ridiculously expensive. Food was cold...we ate in the cafe twice. Service in the cafes horrible....The $25 per night is no extra value at all!!!!!,! You can stay at the holiday inn and at Ast get coffee. My husband was NEVER asked toroduce hos room key to get on the elevator. The one time i went to get on without him...and i tested it three times...they asked me. The next time around with my husband....they did not ask. The shower floor was filthy. This is the bellagio hotel"

"First off, let me say that the hotel is absolutely beautiful and it very luxurious. I was very impressed with the decor and amenities. The hotel is so incredibly huge that we didn't see all of it. Now, the first room we were in was beautifully decorated, but there were hairs in the bed, hairs on the toilet, and the robes had dried stains on them. We requested a room change and they had no problem moving us to a different room. As we packed our things back up, we found an old dirty shirt in the closet that was not ours. This made me feel like they weren't as concerned about cleanliness as they should be. The second room was clean but the air conditioner didn't work very well so it was a little stuffy in there. Other than that, we had no other problems with the rooms. the hotel informed us that they would be charging us a 25 dollar per day fee for the pool and what not. Not that the money was an issue, but I think that should have been included in the vacation package instead of sprung on us at end. Overall, the stay was fine, but I don't think we would stay at the hotel again. "

"This is a beautiful hotel, no doubt! However, when I first arrived they told me the room I had requested was not a guarantee. I requested a lake view with two beds and non smoking. They offered me a king size room no smoking. I was traveling with my mother and really didn't want to sleep with her. They then said I could have 2 beds, lake view but smoking. After flying across the country I was very displeased. They said check back later. So we wandered around for a couple of hours and when we checked back we got what we wanted. My first impression of the this hotel was a negative one. I will check out a different one on my next trip to Vegas."

"we arrived by limo (presidential LImo) highly recommended on sunday feb 19 the hotel is amazing very crowded though ! the rooms are not what i expected i have stayed @ the hard rock in hollywood, fl and the rooms are much bigger the rooms were nice though. Service was great and everyone really nice. The only thing we had happen was we had a dirty glass in our room that we left on the night table and it was left there for 3 days - i finally put it on a ledge at the entrance of our room where there is a mirror and it was gone that afternoon. The only other or complaint we have is that therer are not enough places to grab a bite to eat if you just want to grab something quick there are a lot of high end restuarants but sometimes you just want a sandwich or a burger ! We visited the Venitian and were very impressed with that hotel and the fact that there were some many places to eat."

"We arrived at 1:30 stood in line for 20min gave all our information 10min and was told that the non-smoking room would be ready at 3:00. Returned at 3:30 waited for 10min then redirected to another line and waited another 5min just to be told we would have to wait another 30min. Returned in 60min to another wait to get our room finally at 5:00 with an excuse that they were busy and short handed. We were also charged a $25 a day resort fee and when asked what that was for was told for the stay at the resort. Staff was very unfriendly except house keeping. Food was overpriced for the quality and they were 'out of stock' of some of there fresh fruit. They need to rethink their claim as a 5 star hotel. Two thumbs down on our stay."

"We loved our stay at the Bellagio. The room overlooked the wonderful fountain display and was clean and comfortable. We were impressed that we got 2x a day cleaning! Although the hotel was crowded, we didn't feel crowded. We didn't like the smoke in the casino, but that seems to be the same everywhere in Vegas. We would definitely go back!"

"Hotel is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are spacious plenty of hanging and drawer space for clothes and personal items. Bathroom is huge. I found it difficult getting in and out of the bath, but to be fair I could have used the shower which would fit the biggest of people !
We only used the buffet which was excellent with a huge variety. We were not told however that you did not get the choice over the weekend of having breakfast OR brunch. Price increased from $18.95 to $31.95. We wanted to eat early so did not want the lunch type food on offer at that time. I feel that you should have the choice of breakfast earlier or brunch later.
Water is very expensive bought in the room so take your own. Also no tea or coffee making facilities which I found astonishing for the price of the hotel.
Would I go again - definitely . Fountains made me cry they were so beautiful .."

"My experience was horrible. The room was ugly and run down, the was sporadic hot water. The hotel was too cheap to provide proper toiletries also. I would expect the hotel to attempt to compete with its rival hotels which provide more friendly service for a better price. We asked for a late check on on Sunday April 9th and they refused to allow us. We had to switch to a hotel down the street for less money and the rooms were much nicer and cleaner. I am a repeat traveler and spender in Las Vegas, I will never stay at this hotel again. "

"This hotel is amazing. The staff was courteous and very helpful at all times. I had lost my cell phone and they brought it to my room within 30 minutes. The room's were clean and very nice. I just cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was here.
The only drawback was the walls seemed very 'thin'. Another hotel guest was evidently on her cell phone at 5:30 in the morning and unfortunately woke us up with her phone conversation, so needless to say the rest on this one particular night was not plentiful, which was not a reflection of the hotel in and of itself."

"We were in Las Vegas for the first time to celebrate my younger sister's 30th birthday on this past weekend at the Bellagio. I really enjoyed my stay at the facility. There is so much to do and see in the area - plan for longer than a 3-4 night stay to experience as much as possible if it's your first trip. The Bellagio had every accommodation one could think of in their hotel, so there is no need to leave.
We tried their spa services and were beyond relaxed. Everything is elegant and top of the line. The hotel offers clean rooms, nice places to dine and shop and the casino was always busy. The buffet was great & the seafood was fresh. The botanical gardens, pools and the chocolate fountains in the hotel are a must see. We dressed up for dinner at Prime Steakhouse - this was an excellent dinner and we were able to view the fountain show while we ate. Great experience for our first time in Las Vegas. If you want to be pampered and experience total relaxation then this is your hotel. I will be back."
