Stayed at the Artisan for a business trip - everything was fine. I was not planning on spending any significant time on The Strip; so the location (a little north of The Strip) was fine with me. The room was pleasant, quiet, and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Two minor complaints - the room was not well lighted; dark walls exacerbated the problem (the lobby is also VERY dimly lit, as if something spooky might happen). Also the hotel restaurant was closed, supposedly for renovations, but I d... Read more

Booked a last minute deal for this hotel. Seemed pretty cool online. Customer service was excellent. Kevin and Joanna were both super nice. We did get there really late and since it was more off the strip there were some very strange folks out front causing a scene and latched on to my friends arm and mumbled something about law enforcement. Decor is very funky and will not be everyones cup of tea. We went in with an open mind. Beds were oddly small and pillows were not that comfortable but the ... Read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE SOOO MUCH. If you want to enjoy the vegas sun but you HATE casinos and children this is the best place on EARTH. There is art floor to ceiling that you can admire forever. being able to sun bathe is so great!

We think the hotel is from another time. We love it here but research images so you know what you're reserving. We think the boutique hotel is sexy, romantic and kinda vampire like lol. You'll see! The staff is great and friendly. Remember this is an older hotel, don't expect a super new strip hotel..expect a quaint party hotel with an old school sexy vibe

A friend booked the Artisan for her wedding; the hotel has a really fun, artistic vibe. The walls are covered top to bottom in artwork, much of which is quite beautiful, other paintings are interesting, and some are downright disturbing. Our first night was Saturday, the same night as their after hours club - if staying on a Saturday, I would recommend staying on the side of the hotel opposite from the bar and patio area. The location of our room made it sound as though our bed was in the mid... Read more

Overall it has an amazing decor! Its very dark and artistic. There is so much art to look at. The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable. It is an adult hotel, so no one under the age of 18 is allowed which i think is great. I enjoyed my stay here.

The room sucks (bathroom is too small, room is dirty, and the mattress was the worst ever), but the environment is fun and intriguing, even if the kids play the music way too loudly in the lounge. Please note that a lounge is NOT a nightclub!!

Cons of staying at The Artisan: -You will get ABSOLUTELY ZERO sleep - seriously, if the CIA/ FBI is trying to develop a new type of torture technique, they should do some R&D at this place - horrible EDM blasting at all hours with absolutely no reprieve - so loud it actually shook the (pretty uncomfortable) bed - I know the weekend we stayed was Electric Daisy Fest and I have (some, not much) respect for lovers of this music genre, but my GOD, too much of any thing is... well, torture. -People a... Hotel is unique to look at but the party at the pool raged for 120 HOURS continuously. The mantra was Eat, Sleep, Rave, Repeat with slogan signs everywhere. Unfortunately you only get 2 out of 4 RAVE & REPEAT on a loop. There is no food service (seriously) at the hotel, and the music is so loud you can cross out the notion of Sleep. Then you talk about hidden charges. You pay an 11.95/daily resort fee only to have to pay again to use the pool, as taken over by a private club promoter. The good &... Read more

Great entrance and lobby, very impressive. In room however, basics such as tea&coffee making, blankets (sheet only on the beds), spare pillows, freeway noise block out, effective light blackout, and any food availability was missing. Want a morning cup of tea with your own tea bag? Water from the hot tap was all they could offer. I believe the kitchen was closed for renovations, but it would have been nice for them to notify us of that fact. Will not return.

With so many choices in Vegas you need to skip this hotel. At first it looks nice and interesting from the pictures. However, it's very dark noisy and dirty. You could hear every single noise from the neighboring rooms and I do mean everything. People were drunk sloppy and were slamming doors at all times of the night. The only positive about it was it was free valet.

Our stay at The Artisan was a disappointment. My husband an I booked a room with a king size bed. The bed was definitely not a king, a queen at best. The room: dark, with old and dated furnishings, the carpet very old and worn, not a very appealing environment. The attendant offered only valet parking, yet you can park your car other than with the valet. The air conditioning unit was so not good. I was uncomfortable all night. Our visit, was in mid July. Overall it felt like a gothic experienc... Read more

There was a lot of dust in my room. I'm not just saying that. I have a severe dust mite allergy and waking up with hives is not fun. It's not painful, but it just shows that places like underneath and behind furniture aren't cleaned. I'm sure if I wasn't a hospitality major I wouldn't care. Also. Don't tell people the rooms have iPhone docks. If they don't even have an alarm clock

We stayed at planet Hollywood but the two pools were rubbish with no shade and full of kids who had just discovered alcohol and music. Hence the need to find a relaxed pool, that had shade. After looking on trip we decided to give the Artisan a go. First of all you enter the hotel which is very dark and gothic and visit reception were you are met by the wonderful Anticha who explains how the place works. Two drink entrance fee, you can go topless and they have pool service. Due to refurbishment ... Read more

Easy check-in process, it is noisy at night because of the club (I didn't mind it, we're young, party on Wayne!). The one thing I did mind was the EXTREMELY LOUD jack hammer noise coming from the air conditioner every 20min or so, woke up scared/sleepy who knows how many times, lol! I was too drunk to move and do anything about it so just leaving this review. Everything else was fine, the decor is amazing but damn forget about sleeping, hahaha. This is no Caesars Palace but it's also not no Ci... Read more

Very inexpensive - $25 for room, lunch and dinner; clean and artfully designed with free wifi. However, rooms are dark, beds less comfy than desired and expect to wake early due to the noise of birds (a LOT). Food is ok. Good place to stop on rn7.
