"I stayed at Aria April 16-20. The hotel was outstanding! I had a corner suite on the 25th floor. The suite was great, clean, big, and so hi tech! The staff took care of me from the moment I got out of the car until I left. I ate at 3 of the hotel restaurants: Sage, Blossom & The Buffet. All were outstanding. Pricey yes, but this is a 5 star hotel and with the great rate on my room I didn't mind paying for a few expensive meals! I also enjoyed cocktails at several of the many bars. The casino was fine and the location is excellent, right in the middle of the strip. It was easy to walk to nearby hotels and casinos and for further away ones I simply took the Deuce or a cab. I had contact with the front desk, bell man, concierge and maids, all treated me very well. I have stayed at the Encore, Trump and Golden Nugget on previous trips, but when I return I will go back to the Aria!"

"Hotel was great very nice and I am very very picky. Nice rooms big bathrooms, clean and we had a city view which was cool at night. Everything in the room is electronic from the curtains open and closing to the TV and lights. Very pleased compared to the other hotels, on the Northern end. Its also a good location. But make sure your ready to walk.
Only complaint was check in was some what slow and you'll die of thirst before you get a drink in the casino.

the poker room is great-very comfortable, minimum wait time and fantastic bar service. (and won $1500). They also have a low tolerence for anyone being disrespectful to another player gets warned, then kicked out. (i saw it first hand-it was awesome)
However, they did not have our reservation (for 16) confirmed at JAvier's (which i booked over a week in advance) once they realized my extreme frustration, they seated us in an unbelieveable room and made us feel like VIP's. The food was also great.
I highly recommend Aria and will definately be back"

"A long walk to the Strip. Pool closed at 4PM.. 5-10 bucks gets a taxi for you and your passengers to most strip destinations. We went during spring break and March Madness so lines were long for everything. Taxis, buffets, check in, tickets, and events. Great hotel but very expensive used one bottle of room water and it costs 8 dollars plus a 50 dollar restocking fee. Make sure not to use room refrigerator stuff. Resort fee of 28 dollars /day seemed excessive. Room refrig only had room for hotel stuff and if you moved anything you are charged for it plus the restocking fee. Hotel restaurants way over priced for quality and quantity of food. Spent 180 dollars for meal for two with no alcohol and left hungry. Hotel gaming ok but has no good payout. Our room is electronic the tv remote controls everything. It was a little slow to respond but one button shuts off everything, lites, curtains, tv. Beds were extra firm. Room charges are not totaled but individually expensed. Hard to determine what you were charged for. Had to call front desk to check out and avoid the long lines at the lobby."

"We had a great time. The hotel and its amenities (pool, state-of-the-art rooms, dining, etc.) are incredible. The only potential down-side is that, no matter which exit you take, it's a walk to get to the Strip. Given that we needed to walk off the fantastic food we ate, we didn't mind that. However, if you have walking problems, don't want to take taxis or public transportation, and aren't confined to a wheelchair, you might want to consider another hotel that's closer to the strip."

"Basically a fantastic hotel!
The temp was off totally, as far as outside temp, cannot go by that. I loved the Electronic curtains, lights and such.
Would prefer 'in room' coffee, because we are used to getting coffee right away in the morning.
Had trouble printing out my boarding passes at the 'kiosk'. The computer was difficult to use, and I ended up paying $10 and did not get a print-out of my boarding passes. I was very frustrated but the hotel refunded my $10.
I'd say 'Resort Fees' are exhorbitant, and I did not understand what they were for really...
Next time we may stay at a less expensive hotel, or if we stay at Aria, we will be eating somewhere else, because the prices for food are ridiculous, esp. in this economy."

"Computerized lights/thermostat/curtains/alarm clock didn't work. The console always froze up. It told me the temperature outside was 90 degrees, when really it was 30. It is a hassle.
Instead of giving me fresh glasses, housekeeping took my old dirty glasses and put a cover on it to make it appear new. Old toothpaste residue was still in one glass. The other glass still had water in it. Makes you wonder what other corners they are cutting when cleaning your room.
Room is dark and bed is very soft. Not good for my back. Hallways are very dark as well.
We checked in on Sunday with a short line, but every other time I passed by the front desk, the line was extremely long.
At check in, they forgot to give me my gift certificate to the Crystal Center, which I was supposed to receive with my reservation. A hassle waiting for them to straighten that out.
Loved the spa.
All in all, not worth the money. The control console is a hassle, cleanliness was questionable.

"We stayed at Aria for 3 nights and it was a good experience. Rooms are roomy great views even though we didn't have the strip view. Beds are comfy bit soft but good quality bedding. Enough space in closets for him and her. The only thing I can see that I can fault with the rooms is the lighting as a woman you want a space to do your makeup in good lighting and you definitely don't have this but luckily I don't need to pile on the makeup so was not a majorissue. Rooms were also very quiet considering it was NYE you don't hear doors slamming or other guest. We were on the 34 th floor and hallways, elevators all clean.
The casino is very nice but as with all of Vegas the smoking in casino is horrible but you have great bars and restaurants and beautiful shopping at Crystal. Another plus is that it's less than 5 min walk to The Cosmopolitan (my fave) but will say Aria came in a close second."

"The hotel was okay. The outside was beautiful. We were not too impressed with the inside and the rooms. We were disappointed that everything was so expensive. We were treated to chocolates and slippers at other casinos in our room, but not at the Aria. Our room wasn't cleaned until late in the day. We had to pay $140 resort fe which is outrageous, especially when we didn't use the pool, cabanas, weight rooms and had no intension of using them. I must say the staff were very pleasant and extremely pleasant."

"The Aria is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are very modern and comfortable (even the pillows are awesome). Be prepared to pay for everything though ( not even a coffee pot in the rooms) The Casino is very dim and I think the waitresses must hang out in the high roller section, because not once in 5 days did I get offered a drink or did I even see a waitress. We went to many other hotels and were offered numerous drinks even when we were not gambling but not at the Aria. Lots of security around so make sure you carry your room key with you at all times. You will be asked to show it alot. All in all our stay was enjoyable, but I don't think I would spend the extra money staying there again. Most of the other hotels offer free show tickets or free club cover charge when staying at their hotels, we had to pay for everything at the Aria."

"We got a great hotel and travel deal. You can not beat the Aria for it's Strip location. The rooms were very nice and there are great restaurants both in the hotel and the Cystals Shopping Center next door. The casino is the most tasteful in Las Vegas. The pool area is large and unintimidating. There is literally no need to leave the property.
We enjoy trying out the various hotel properties in Las Vegas, and have stayed or been to most, but the Aria will always be a top three choice from now on. Our only complaint was regarding the length of the line at check-in (and there is always a line-even at midnight) and the time it took to check out. Some of the problem seemed to be with the computer system, but more staff would have helped."

From prior experience, I wanted to check out the night before - and again a line and a very slow process.

"The hotel is beautiful, but the service was very sub-par, and they charge for every little thing. We asked if they could bring us or if we could simply get a bowel for cereal and 2 forks, and they said it would be $10. I think that's just silly.

" Everything went according to plan and very pleasant until I arrived at Aria. "While the property is stunningly beautiful, we experienced a very poor level of service... with lines, lines, lines everywhere we turned. A line it check in. A line for breakfast (no matter the restaurant) every morning. A line at check out. We even had to wait in 'line' 25 minutes to talk to the front desk from our room. It was hard to tell if it is a process issue or a staffing issue, but for a luxury property we felt there was a pretty high level of frustration. Another thing to be aware of - cell phones barely work within the property. Much of the time our AT&T cell phones had no service, even texts would rarely go through. Again, for a luxury property a big frustration and disappointment."

"While the Aria Resort and Hotel is a beautiful property, I cannot recommend it for several reasons.
(1) The Mattress
While the hotel is but 2 years old, the king-sized mattress in our room visibly sagged on the side nearest the remote control. (The Aria has a single remote control that operates the TV, room lights, blackout curtains, and window sheers.) This made for an uncomfortable sleeping sitaution for my spouse.
(2) Housekeeping
The housekeeping staff did not arrive to refresh the room until between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. each day. This is far too late in the day, and it is incredibly inconvenient to have to accomodate housekeeping while you are trying to change clothes in time for an evening dinner reservation or show.
(3) Billing
The Aria Hotel will put a 'hold' on the guest's credit card for the entire amount of the hotel bill at the time of check in, even when the room has been prepaid. Additionally, at the time of check out, the Aria Hotel will charge the guest's credit card for more than double the resort fee and any items charged to the room account. Both the 'hold' for the entire hotel bill and the charge for the resort fee appeared as full charges on my credit card bill. This more than doubled the amount I had originally paid for the room more than 45 days ago. I later discovered from the Aria's 'accounts' department that all MGM properties double-bill for the room and overcharge the resort fee.
I contacted MGM's accounts department and spoke with two different representatives. Both were incredibly rude. Both said I would have to wait 3-10 business days before MGM would (a) release the additional 'hold' on my credit card and (b) refund the overbilling amount to my credit card. A rep explained it was MGM's policy to overbill and double-bill every guest who prepays their reservations through a 3rd party travel agency because MGM properties cannot guarantee the company will be paid by the travel agency, so to guarantee payment they charge the guest with the promise to refund the amount later.
None of this charge-and-refund policy was explained at the time of booking. The policy was not explained at the time of check-in. And the policy was not explained at the time of check-out. To the contrary, the lobby desk said my credit card would be charged only for the amount of the resort fee plus and incidentals. Yet MGM properties affirmatively believes it is an acceptable business practice to charge twice for the room and overcharge for the resort fee (with the promise to later refund any overages once the company collects its money from the travel agency). I disagree that this policy is acceptable, I have never stayed at any other hotel in the nation that engages in this type of fradulant business practice, and I will never stay at an MGM property again."

I found that Aria was very contemporary compared to some of the other places I have stayed. Everything is digital and it can be super annoying at times (such as trying to figure out how to turn on a light or open the curtains when you walk into your room at night).

"Upon arrival, the check-in line was a monstrosity. However, it moved rapidly, and we were checked into a room rather early (I believe normal check-in is 3pm).
There is a $25/day resort fee, which includes Wifi and boarding pass printing.
In the three full days we were there, our room was NOT serviced even once. On one occasion, housekeeping was right outside our door as we were leaving. There was no courtesy offer of more towels or anything. We made sure our service light was on before we left, as we were to be gone the majority of the day. Five hours later, when we got back, our room was still untouched.
The room was nice and comfy, though I think the bed was a bit on the soft side. The 'city view' was nice/at least I wasn't staring at the side of another building. I liked the computer automation of the room: it was very user-friendly, though the controls were a bit slow to react, which is rather frustrating when you are trying to set an alarm. Some factors of the layout were strange: lack of accessible electrical outlets, very small vanity in bathroom, and uncomfortable chairs. The provided toiletries are also mediocre, so bring your own!
The often-mentioned vanilla smell is strong at first, but preferable over the acrid smell of smoke! The casino is 'classy', and the staff throughout the hotel is exceedingly accommodating.
Cafe Vettro is a great place to catch breakfast, and Jean-Phillipe Patisserie has yummy pastries and gelato. Lemongrass has great Thai food, but I think the impeccable service was better than the food. The bartenders at the bars were great, and serve 'em up quite nicely.
The pool was fantastic: more of a 'habitat'. There are four pools, one hot tub (that I saw), and an adults-only pool. The pools were nestled in among the palm trees, along a winding path. It was easy to find chairs, and even more secluded spots to relax.
CityCenter has some high-end shopping and varied cuisine. Todd English's PUB has the best Strawberry Lambic mojito I've ever had.
I would stay here again, if the price was right. The hotel is classy and laid back, with some great architectural points of interest."

The room itself was contemporary and the casino doesn't smell of old carpet like some other ones on the Strip as it is a new one (and its location was right in the middle of the party!). Even more, I have to admit the sugary smell at the hotel's entrance and at the doors was comforting after a long day of walking. Upscale boutiques in the City Center complex. Only turn off : 25$ per day resort fee (though it includes the access to wonderful pools, fitness center and WIFI access in the room). "The ARIA resort is beautiful inside and out. The design is clean and modern, not gaudy like most of the other Hotels. The rooms are fully automated, including the curtains which was neat. The Lemongrass restaurant and the Pastiere bakery were excellent. We did not get to try any of the other restaurants or bars in the hotel. The casino is fairly small compared to the other hotels on the strip, and we did not find the gaming experience very pleasurable there. We chose to do most of our gambling at Bellagio instead, where the dealers are friendlier and more engaging. The Bellagio, Monte Carlo and Vdara are easily accessible by tram from the Aria. The pools are very crowded on the weekend and they close at 8, so you have to get there fairly early."

Except there was no ventilation in the rooms or bathrooms. The hotel is centrally located and shopping was top notch right around the hotel. Other than that, this is a gorgeous hotel with everything you need. Bring your wallet, everything is premium. Mens and womens clothing stores have top designers which was nice to see however two 32 oz pool drinks came to around $55, breakfast was minimum $50 and dinner for two was $200. Never made sense that the casinos give away booze, but the bars kill you on price. "

The bellman told us about this practice after we had picked up several items to see exactly what they were. We called the front desk immediately so they would send someone to do an inventory to prove they had not been consumed. They should post a notice if you pick items up you have bought them. There is a sensor on each one. Food there was very expensive but good. Overall, beautiful and comfortable resort and hotel."

"On arriving at the reception after a long flight with luggage in my hand was told that I will have to wait for 2 hours as the room I had booked was not ready. No other option was given. He also told us I can upgrade my room for 150$ per night for a suite which was ready. When I demanded to see the manager they said the room was ready the next second. "I definitely had a great time staying at the resort! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was friendly. The only thing that we had to pay extra was the resort fee of $20/ room; which I only vaguely remember reading about in the terms when my friends and I were booking the trip. The check-in was very efficient and the receptionist was very informative on what was included in the resort fee. More importantly, wifi signal was quite strong at the resort (even at the pool!), thus it was possible to utilize our wireless devices and allowed us to communicate with each other on our smartphones (definitely a very important element when traveling). We definitely enjoyed our stay! :D"

It was late and the machine flashed a message to go to Players Club. No one to help there - When I went back to machine a woman was there playing my credits and cashed them in.Back at players club a gentleman told me sorry...!!! .Airline... Very rude, inconsiderate staff, not to mention that all of the flights were late and we had to run from terminal to terminal we were unable to eat. They did not have enough food on the plane for all of the passengers on a 6 hr flight. By this time my blood sugar was crashing and I felt ill. On the next flight I asked for a pack of crackers. The stewardess told me 'its only a 44min flight.' I ended up being sick for the first day and 1/2 of my vacation due to not eating."

"rooms were great, very high tec and curtains, music, lighting all at the touch of key pad. I wanted the mattress which you can buy. I felt like I was sleeping on clouds. The gambline wasnt as fun, not really that scene. We walked over to sister hotel which had more of the atmosphere. This hotel is more for drinking, hanging out and listening to music. "We had a fantastic stay at the Aria and after having a wonderful time found that by using our M Life card for all our meals and using the pokies the majority of our expenses were covered which will now allow us to return within a year to try to get to see the rest of Vegas and take advantage of the Mlife card issued to us. I can highly recommend the Resort all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. We also received free tickets to one of a number of events - thanks again to all at Aria and to Book it for making our holiday hassle free. All arrangements were spot on and no issues with any bookings-what a relief as our tickets home were with Air Australia will ensure we use book it for all bookings in the future!!! "I booked this trip for my wife's 40th birthday. I booked the Penthouse Suite at the Aria and upon arrival to Vegas the Limo was not there and we had to wait 30 minutes for the Limo to finally show. After that minor mishap everything else was TOP NOTCH! The room, staff, restaurants, and service far exceeded my expectations. My wife was and her friends were speechless which made me very happy. "It's a beautiful Hotel, but the Management would do well to focus more on dusting the rooms... Also the $20.00 wifi fee should only apply if you are able to connect to it ( I was Not ). And one more thing.... When the Hotel Manager promises to compensate for the inconvienance; for instance refund the 3 day stay... That should actually happen!"

"I have just returned from the this hotel a and as this was the first time in Las Vegas I didn't know what to expect - the 20 dollar tax imposed on customsers is a bit OTT especially as some people will not use the facilities it offers and I found the hotel to be a little dirty and in need of some care - carpet was dirty and had stains whioch could have been washed ouit - glasses were dirty so got plastic ones from a shop and I also found some of the casino staff unfriendly and obviously not interested in their job or our custom - won't be back
I must also say that the taxi driver's we encountered all but one were almost rude and took us the long way round on several occasions"

"The Hotel is a beautiful thing to behold; But my experience was interupted by the rooms dust level is so high, that I had problems sleeping.( I sneezed most of the night) Also the charge for wi-fi at $20.00 per nights stay while I could not log on to it my entire stay was a huge disappointment, and if at the end of my stay...after the MANAGER was told of this had not promised that I would be compensated by a refund for my three nights stay( I checked my bill and only $20.00 was refunded). This could have been the best time in Vegas ever!! :("

"I made reservations months in advance for three and were given a room with a king size bed . we were very unconfortable , we entered our room late at night , tired, my grandaughter is expecting I have a bad back so my daughter put the two chairs together and tryed to sleep . When I questioned why I was'nt given a room with two beds I was told I would have to pay thirty- five dollars extra and was given a roll away bed as if I was spending the night at a relatives house . we could'nt move because the room was so crowled. I have stayed in many hotels sometimes you are given two beds and it's only two people . also our room was'nt cleaned the next day we slepted in the same sheets and had the same towels until we checked out . the view was outstanding the hotel gorgeous but my husband and I stayed at the mirage last year and that is where we were very satisfied ."

"It was my husband birthday as well as our friend birthday and we are very disappointed with fees charged upon checking. $20.00 per day plus tax for service that did not work. personally I think is cheepens the whole theme of the hotel.
Next was the spirit airlines took a day half to get home. We miss work, meetings and preformance review. A bad partnership for bookit.com to use. This was a bad choice of airline to use they charged arm and leg for baggage fees. Never again.

"This hotel is stunning - from the fountain entrance to the decorated eating areas around the casino. The room was spacious and welcoming. The pool area was relaxing as well as inviting. The staff seemed friendly, welcoming and helpful. The latest gimmic of resort fees are becoming standard at all hotels. It should just be part of the price since you have no say in the added cost. It leaves a bad taste at check out for many people. Even if you had knowledge of it from the start you question the value of an additional charge for something you may or may not use. It makes you wonder what they will tack on next - elevator fees?
Location was excellent on strip. Requires a lot of walking to reach outside of City Center area."

"From the parking lot to the reservation desk is quite an adventure. What a long walk to find out we could have parked in the 'City Center' area steps away from the front desk. Never had to wait for service at the front desk. I have stopped booking at certain hotels because of that alone. On return to the parking lot we got lost twice, very confusing. There needs to be some way to direct first time visitors. I heard more talk about this than the quality of the hotel from everybody that we talked to that knew of the Aria. The gym was remarkable, but I was in Las Vegas and did not have time for it. The restaurant where we had breakfast was awesome. Bathrooms impress me and this one did just that. The art was really impressive. I took a lot of pictures."

"Our stay at the Aria for 5 days was awesome....located right in the middle of all the action yet the 3 pools and 3 hot tubs are only a few steps away for peace and quiet. The staff was exceptional and the technology at the resort was awesome as well. The Elvis cirque was unbelievable....I cannot think of many bad things to say except drinks if not gambling were a bit pricey but that seemed to be the norm everywhere so maybe that was just Vegas... All in all I would absolutely go back"

"Overall the hotel was very nice. The room very comfortable. We tried the 24 hour restaurant and the food and service was horrible. They comped us a free meal after our horrible experience for lunch but the food was a disappointment. The gambling was fun, the front desk and bell hops were very friendly. "The hotel itself was ok, very large, modern, with all the amenities one could want. If you book the trip through this site or any site that offers a package deal, read the fine print. There is a 24.50 $/ day resort fee. That includes wi/fi and use of the gym, and it's NOT included in the package price. The bed in our room was the BEST bed I've ever slept in, and that is saying a lot since I travel all over the US and Europe. Stay away from the 24 hour Cafe Vettro. It is pricey, service was the worst and the food is bad as well. There is no hair dryer in the room, you have to call house keeping to have one delivered ( and they might bring you hair spray instead ). All in all, it was a good deal for the price, clean, and close to everything, but somehow off...a mixed bag."

"I loved this resort, friendly staff and everything so nice and clean. The tv features were very slow. Other than that the room was very nice and fancy with a view of the strip. We had everything close by. I just would not book my flight and hotel stay with bookit.com because the package I got was with a limousine ride and the limo never arrived. I called the customer service and never anwsered so I had to pay a taxi to take to me to Aria."

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Aria. We kept commenting on how wonderful and accomodating and professional all the staff was. We arrived earlier than check in time. When we got to our room and requested our luggage, it was in our room in less than 10 minutes. The whole hotel is very clean, the restaurants are lovely, and the rooms are beautiful and airy. We overlooked the pool and the view was very nice. It was a pleasure to stay in a high end resort and enjoy the luxurious features, such as the fabulously, crazy, comfortable bed.
