The room was small, our air conditioner made tons of noise, but when your out drinking and you come back its a clean room to fall asleep in! We stayed for 3 nights 4 days & each day our room was cleaned by room service, i would stay again!

Sincerely placed me in a convenient walking distance room near the strip. Always bring your hard copy of your reservation. It appears the cross reference with your name only is flawed. Best value for budget minded people.

The only issue I can complain about is the smell of humidity in the room. I think they need to remodel with new carpet. The smell was awful. My husband got sick from this. The hotel was a three minute walk from the strip.

Our stay at the America's Best value Inn was average. The room was clean and the A/C worked great! There were some issues with the electronic key but they fixed the problem. For the price we paid the place was great. Right across the street from the MGM and practically in the Hooters parking lot....

Notice that I did not say "Cheap, Five-Star Motel" but if you are looking for a great location, a good bed and a great shower this is the place. It was 44 bucks and the staff are friendly and helpful. The free coffee in the morning wasn't bad either.

Basic budget motel layout with dated rooms & not the quietest setting, but local to the strip. Rooms could have been cleaner but for a budget hotel I can't complain too much. No food on site so be prepared for takeaways. 15 minutes easy walk to MGM & all the sites.

The best part of this Cheap Establishment is that it is close to everything. If you want low cost this is the place, I have stayed here twice the first time the room was ok but it was closer to the office. Last year I stayed there and the room was dirty and so small I could hardly put my luggage there. If you want cheap expect this. If you want better go up to the strip. If you want clean go somewhere else. I could tolerate this place myself but if I brought my wife or any family member I would... Read more

Good points.... 1. It's 5mins walk from hooters, 10 to Newyork Newyork. 2. It's cheap and reasonably clean. 3. It's got laundry and ice machines. Bad points..... 1. No safety deposited boxes, we were on first day of 3 week trip and had a rather large sum on cash, credit cards, passports etc. With nowhere to leave them we found ourselves carrying it all on our person, which made us feel really uncomfortable whilst out and about in Vegas having a drink. 2. Location is in a little rough part of ... Read more

This is a nice option for you to stay for ONE or two nights due to a flight delay or something like that. Is not that cheap, but in An emergency momento, it will be nice. The room has a clean private bathroom, clean and neat sheets and AC. Very nice pool also! Close to MGM and Las Vegas strip (5min walking). The area surrounding seems safe. On the other hand, the TV is very old and don't have a remote control and the WiFi connection in the room is preety bad (not even be able to connect).

Don't pay $149 for a room or you'll be bitterly disappointed. The rooms are so tiny. One side of the bed needs to be pushed right up against the wall to provide enough room on the opposite side for gear. Good WIFI, NO SAFE.......parking at the door ......if you're lucky. Shower is over the bath and we had a very noisey air conditioner which we had to turn off. Fridge, microwave and hanging space There's a Coco's on site which offers a good breakfast. MGM Grand and Hooters are close by and not fa... Read more

Small, old, dingy room. Smells like wet laundry you forgot to dry in the washer. Skin crawls/itches (literally) when you walk in but no bugs were found. Weak old A/C unit that couldn't keep up with the 100+ degree Vegas heat. Furnishings that looked like they were put together by an 8th grade shop class (rough edges and bad paint). Old school small tube TV. Plenty of sketchy loiters outside so you never feel lonely. Other than that, everything else does suck. Tried to check in slightly early... Read more

First impression was not good, when I walked into the registration area, there was a funky smell. The check in personalle was ok, not too professional but nice. The rooms were average, the soap dispenser had fallen off the shower and was all over the bathtub thus the bathtub was very slippery.

Cold water, mounted dial yogurt and shampoo in shower high, not for short people and no safety mat or strips in tub/shower. I had to hustle as the water was cold and I slipped, falling on top of tub. I reported to desk clerk, she had me filled out form and I said I was hurting but wanted to iced and took aleve to see how I would feel later and will decide. The desk clerk took it to the manager whom never bothered to come and show any concern or talk to me but had her tell me to sign where he ... Read more

This hotel is very close to the strip and you don't have to pay for resort fees. Fancy people may not like it because it is not fance, but when you are in vegas, you are just in your room a little time. Beds are somewhat comfy. This trip we had a very noisy ac., but since we were not there in the day, we turn the a.c. down, so that it was very cold, then at night we could turn it off. People are very nice there. Also there is a cocos rest. Right out front.

This was the worst room ever. I stayed in a smoking room. The bed was so close to the a/c that it froze up & stopped working. The room was infested with roaches. I left after a couple of hours. The area is filled with shady people. The liquor store had hookers & pimps hanging out in the lot. Stay away if you have a family. Its cheep but not clean or safe.....

It seems in Las Vegas, you might be better off staying at an Air BnB than staying at a budget hotel. The cheap hotels seem to be semi-perm residences for people between accomodations or 'workers' of the city. Tacked inside your hotel door is a rate sheet that entitles you to a vast discount if you live there for four weeks. Why did I stay here? I can't really say much for myself, other than my partner had heat exhaustion and we needed a quiet place away from the strip to stay that wasn't ludicro... Read more

It's a good deal for the money conscience traveler. You can book online in advance or walk in and get the same room rates depending on the day of the week and season. Helpful reception. 5 minutes walk to MGM Building, and a short walk through the air-conditioned building (it was 113 F outside) to the stops for Hop-on hop-off Deuce buses along the Strip. Rooms clean and comfortable. No fridge as standard, but we hired one for $5.00 per day which was worth it. No coffee maker in room but free coffee available in reception. Convenience and liquor stores just outside. Easy access to interstate highways for getting in and out of city. Wi-Fi OK in reception but po... Read more

Just 2 minutes walk to famous Vegas strip. Centrally located. Rooms and bathrooms are okay. 24/7 Liquor shop is just few steps away. Breakfast is not included. So many food courts and restaurants are around the corner. Halal food is just 1.3 miles away.
