"My two friends and I went on a Vegas girls weekend and we were so lucky to stay at this hotel! The staff were all AMAZING and always there if you needed anything. To our amazing bellman and the wicked shuttle driver, thanks guys! The room was beyond what we had imagined. No other hotel I have been too have I been able to get ready for a night out while watching TV in the mirror. The view was GREAT. Ask for a view looking over the strip and pool! So gorgeous. I can't say one bad thing about the hotel. I love that it was non-smoking and there wasn't a casino. Easy to breathe and didn't spend a dime. People who are complaining about the resort fee obviously did not take advantage of the awesome shuttle service (goes to the Wynn and Caesar's palace), free bottled water, internet or their spa credit. We will be back to this hotel soon!"

" All style with no substance.Everything was big , but no quality.Lobby was big and empty.Shower was big and empty.Shower water turned cold halfway through the shower.Air conditioning got warm during the night.Towels were heavy but not large.Bathrobe was very heavy and awkward.It reminded me of Trump's long coat.The appliances were big name but nothing special. The kitchen came with 2 dinner plates,one soup bowl , 5 glasses ,no dish towels.JUST NOT IMPRESSED.I have stayed at the VENETIAN,FLAMINGO,TROPICANA,GOLDEN NUGGET and the VDARA.This was the worst.I have never had to call the front desk before. The pool area was just plain ugly.It was not a 5 star.for $ 20 more I could have stayed at the VDARA (which is 3 times nicer).For $40 more I could have stayed at the ENCORE.It was no bargain. Also the location was TERRIBLE.It was in the middle of nowhere.Also the resort fee is a joke - IT WAS NO RESORT.A lot of hotels are giving it up.I personally don't like TRUMP ,and this is typical TRUMP."

"The staff was amazing especially the bellhop personnel the room was very nice. some reviews mentioned the train but we left the fan on and that helped drown out most outside noises the occasional train did interrupt us but its was not a constant problem since its a freight train line. There was a also a slight problem with the TV but who needs that in Vegas. One quick stop at the Concierge desk and that was taken care of as we played. a lot of reviews talked about how far off the strip the hotel was as a negative but we did not find that to be true. Last time we stayed on the strip it took us just as long to get from our room to the strip due to the sizes of the mega casinos and the shuttle service the offer alleviates most of that at least till midnight only down side is that it was a non smoking hotel which we loved while inside but they put a smoking section right in the middle of the shuttle wait line so the 10 minutes you are waiting for a shuttle can be very long if the ashtray is popular..We plan on using the mystery extraordinary elegance next time we vacation."

"Hotel was nice. Surroundings a bit odd as there are empty lots around. Pool area is just okay. Rooms are fantastic. Comfortable beds. Right across the street from a major mall (Nordstroms, etc)...which was nice. Food and drinks are incredibly expensive. A Starbucks latte (small) was 6.50... If you want to stay at a hotel and do it all within that hotel (gamble, etc). Had a guaranteed departure at 4pm....front desk agent argued with me for a few minutes on whether or not they could support it...they finally conceded. Overall, nice place."

"Let me just start off by saying we traveled with our 3 younger children. This hotel was really nice and our kids loved the hotel room. But the pool is definitely not a kid friendly pool. The pool is very small and it was packed with adults (drinking and wearing really revealing swimsuits). But if you are planning on spending the day out and about around Las Vegas and don't care about swimming, then this is definitely the place to stay! But if you are looking for some family time at the hotel and swimming with your kids, this would not be the hotel I would recommend. And I know some others have complained about paying the resort fee but I have to say I loved it.....it included free valet parking which was wonderful! It included free wi-fi which alot of the hotels do not. And it is very convenient for GREAT shopping (right across the street I must point out!)."

"Loved the early check in and late (4pm) check out that came with this deal. Beware, they will put you in the lowest floor facing the ugly north side unless you speak up. I asked for a room NOT facing 'the A/C, garage, dumpster, parking etc' and I was first put in a room facing the north side which included all of the above and the skeleton construction site. So I asked for another room and ended up higher on the south side facing the strip & the pool. Bed was comfy, room was spacious, good shower and jacuzzi tub. NOTE there is a $25 resort fee tacked on (not optional) but it covers use of the gym, pool and internet so not totally a rip off. Nice helpful staff. It is a bit off the strip but just a short walk to Fashion Mall, etc and you're there."

"Did a desert trip -time to relax and enjoy. Unfortunately, The Hotel in Las Vegas was a huge disappointment from the moment we drove up to check in. Having worked in the tourism industry for a number of years I know that sometimes things are out of the control of the tourism operator, but I also know that customer service goes a million miles to correct inadequaces and change the visitors view. I'm an average Canadian traveller who has been lucky enough to stay at some fine fine properties throughout The USA and Canada. Over the course of my four night stay I was apologized to over 17 times for a variety of simple to solve situations.- The Sorry I cant understand does not have any rooms in the hotel that have two beds except for the penhouse suites a mere $800 additional per nite. Kudos go out to the one staff member who was prepared to at least try to make a difference. he gave it his best shot by providing several duvets to try to make a mattress out of a camp cot hide a bed . he even convinced us to upgrade to a larger suite at an additional cost hoping the hide a bed quality might be better. All the other things we were apologized for aren't worth mentioning. Lets start with decent beds, then look at the deeper problems.I am sad to provide a poor review of a hotel that I thought would go the distance in exceeding customer expecatations and because I loved the slogan ' live life without boundaries, limits or compromise. Unfortunately I made a compromise. I probably should have cut my losses after the first night and moved to another property to finish out my awesome desert adventure."

"Very comfortable suites with beautiful views, at least on the upper floors facing the strip. Get a corner suite for a complete experience. For additional $40 they will upgrade your room to a suite. Very courteous and helpful staff. The hotel, although not directly on the strip, is very near. Further, its close to the best part of the strip. Only disappointment - poorly equipped and surprisingly small gym! Would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel was comfortable and clean. Only one issue I had was with housekeeping. I had to call for replacement wash rags every day and they didn't replenish the sugar and tea that we had used so again had to request for more everyday. Apart from that I would stay again and also recommend to others."

"after a long flight delay, i so appreciated the ease and friendliness that the desk got us into our room.. The bed was sooooo comfortable.... That is so important to me when i travel.. We also enjoyed the 2 bottles of water and the coffee supplied in the room. The fridge and stovetop was nice too. Everything was top notch.. Having the shuttle available was handy as it saved us a few bucks on cab fare.. The weather did not cooperate enough to use the pool, so we did not use that.. I, however did use the business room in order to print my boarding pass.. I cannot comment on the restaurant or the bar as we did not use them..I also really liked the non smoking policy..I really appreciate that in this town.. Absolutely we would return (especailly at this rate!!)"

"My 'Mystery destination Hotel'in Las Vegas was not so much of a mystery. Thank goodness I was correct. After confirming with the front desk that the room was paid for for my length of stay, Camile upgraded me to a strip view at no charge! Wow! I'm sure she could tell on the computor that I only paid $79 a night but she put me on the 57th floor with a great view of Belliago fountians and right down the South end of the strip. She did offer to upgrade me to a corner suite for another $50 a night but declined and thanked her for the freebie. I cannot tell you how much this Hotel feels like your coming 'home' after walking the strip and the other smokey establishments. They have a complimentary shuttle which runs every 10 minutes to the Wynn and also to Ceaser's Palace. A great way to get around for no extra charge. The pool also boasts lounge type cabana beds for no charge as well as a great heated pool. The upgraded room was bigger than anyone could possibly need. A huge 2 person jaccuizzi soaking tub and large stand-up shower. Included is a small TV embedded in the bathroom mirror so you can watch your favorite channel while shaving or bathing. I got sooo spoiled by it. EVERYONE from the bellman who brought up my bags and also offerd to fill the ice bucket to the shuttle driver were fantastic and made my trip a great one. It is the people who make this gem sparkle. There was not an issue what so ever. It saved me at least $55 a day by choosing the 'mystery extraordinary elegance' option. THANK YOUI will return again and again! "

"Loved this hotel! It's beautiful, luxurious & quiet with a welcoming and friendly staff. I will be staying at this hotel again. Love the fast check in and early check in and they offered a late chek out deal when i booked, which worked just perfect for us! This hotel is extremely clean and awesome. The room was spacious, the views were beautiful, the bathroom was huge and gorgeous and the bed was super comfortable. "This is the first time I've booked a hotel through Bookit and it will be my last! I contacted Bookit and asked to cancel the room as I was unable to travel due to health concerns and they refused to credit my account. They 'stuck' it to me with the same old excuse 'that's just our policy'. Well, I've got a new policy of my own. I've telling all my friends to never go through Bookit for any of their traveling needs."

"I would stay here again, everything that was stated in the bookit description was true. I had an amazing time and will stay here again. The hostess was so wonderful that I bought her a gift, the first time I have ever done that. Also all of the staff was very accomidating. It was amazing to see them in action, jugling rental cars, valet, car seats & more. Worth every cent & now that I've stayed here I would even pay more. Giant jaccuzzi tub for two, shower for two bathrooms, just in case you don't want to share. AMAZING!!!!!"

"I would have to agree with some of the other comments. The Hotel was great and deserves the 5 Star award. The personal service you receive from the Valet Service, Doormen and Front Desk are second to none. The room and view were great, but having two Queen beds would have been a plus. Even though we were on the 26th floor, you could still hear train and other outside noise. The pool area was great and you could spend the whole day there. The only real negative was the fact that we did not receive our Shopping Coupons as promised by Bookit. I asked the front desk about it and they had no idea what I was talking about."

"Stayed at this 'Mystery' hotel. We went to LV for a friend's bday and was real surprised on how GREAT the service was. We just mentioned to the front desk staff that we were only going to stay there for a night and he took great care of us. He asked how our stay in Vegas was and upgraded our room. He also told us about the outside Shuttle service that they participated in (Bell Trans) to go from our hotel to the airport. It saved us on another expensive cab fare. Would definitely COME BACK !!"

"This was my first time to use Book-It and of course my first time to try 'Mystery'. We hit the jackpot (the only one we hit in Vegas lol). The hotel is very, very nice. The staff pleasant and the room oh the room - nice, nice, nice. Spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfortable and as good as that was that was not the best thing. The bathroom was. Huge jacuzzi tub, the toilet was enclosed with rain glass as the shower was and the mirror over the double sinks had a TV in it. Our view was not of the Strip and we did hear the much complained about train whistle. None of that was a problem for us. We would stay there again in a New York minute. The only 'problem' we encountered was we requested online and at the front desk the 4:30PM late check-out. The maid showed up repeatedly starting around 10AM and kept coming back. THAT was annoying, but not enough to ruin what was a lovely stay."

"This hotel has an elegant decor. It is quiet, no hordes of people or waiting in line. Nor is it necessary to walk your feet off just to get to your room. Only valet, no self parking. Our room was 500 sq ft. I believe their smallest room available. No complaints. Pool area is beautiful. Housekeeping was a little slow, maybe understaffed. Great value through bookit. Would definitely go again."

"Very friendly front desk staff at time of check-in and check-out. Received a free upgrade to a beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. The master bathroom was awesome. The gym was actually ok for a hotel gym. Lots of cardio theatre equipment, quality cable equipment and dumbells up to 50lbs. The pool was a good size, loungers were comfy and there were plenty to choose from while we were there. The 5 minute walk to the strip was a piece of cake. Location directly across from the Fashion Show Mall is convenient for shopping, eating, coffee, etc. Would definitely go back."

"I go to Vegas a lot so when I saw this special I had to jump on it. Be aware there is a $19.99 a night resort fee that you can easily make up for. We had plenty of water stocked in our fridge. I forgot my toothbrush the rushed me a dental kit no charge. The room was awsome we upgraded to the one bed room suite it was on the 30th floor and on the corner. I was able to see the strip and the mountains. We had two bathrooms the 2nd had a full shower. The jacuzzi was a life saver after all the partying and shopping. Its not on the strip but so close with shuttles going to Wynn and Forums shops. The guy at the front desk was awsome setting us up and letting us check in early. I think I will be using this hotel from now on!"

"Everything this Mystery booking states is the TRUTH!! You will not be disappointed!! We were put up in an amazing location, 5 minute walk to the strip, and we are talkin in the Ritz part....the pool and spa area were nice, didn't use but would have if time allowed!! Room Service was to die for and the room itself...OMG..if you are use to going to Vegas and stayin at the NY NY, MGM, Excalibur..etc..you will never stay there again after staying in this 5 star..and can I tell you it is a shoppers dream...entrance to the hotel..is exactly across the street from Nordstroms in the Fashion Mall...we can't wait to go again..Vegas is about leaving your room..our trip this time was we just wanna stay in this room!!!"

Very large, high end finished, room in a great location. Had complimentary shuttles to the Wynn and Forum Shopps (at Caesars) Winning $600 dollars for the 6 day trip wasn't too bad either. If your looking for a 'smaller' but very clean, well kept, and courteoused staffed hotel, Use the 5 Star pick with Book It. I would use and I would recommend it to anyone."

"Trip 10/15/11 The hotel was more then I expected. Elegant and staff were so friendly. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite which was beautiful, nice appliances, huge bath tub and bathroom area as big as bedroom. Quiet hotel which helped when returning from the loud strip. We enjoyed full use of the complimentary shuttles which were constantly running until 2 am to the Wynn and Cesar's. Front desk staff and Door men were efficient and pleasant. We were allowed to check in at 8:30 am and checked out at 4:pm with no additional fees. Did not get to eat there or use the pool which looked gorgeous. At our check out we required a mini van taxi cab for our large group since one was not available manager gave us full use of private SUV with driver whom we only had to tip. It was great! I look forward to returning in the next 4 months."

"Our stay was nothing short of amazing. With it being our anniversary we were compted a free upgrade to a luxury suite on the 51st of 52 floors overlooking the strip. I thought the trip up to the room would take forever, but the elevator was the fastest i've ever been in- 10secs at most to go up 51 floors.. kid you not. The pool and workout rooms were also great along with everything else. The bed was beyond comfortable as well. Best online deal for a room I ever had. Buy it, and don't hesitate. Was skeptical because I never heard of Bookit before, but everything went smooth and without a hitch."

"I LOVED our stay. We got a great deal on the Studio Suite room, and when they found out we were Honeymooning they upgraded us to an ever better view on a higher floor. The staff was always friendly, and any concerns we had were handled promptly and completely. The valet desk was the best- we'd call down as we walked out the door and our truck was waiting by the time we got to the ground floor. The views were spectacular from our 52nd Floor Room. We watched the water show at the Bellagio from our room, as well as the pirate show at Treasure Island. The free bottled water was nice, and it was replenished every day (2 per day)."

"Stayed at this location 10/11-10/15. Impressive lobby. Upgraded to strip view to avoid much train noise. Since we were on 57th floor, doubt that would have been an issue, though.
The Positives:
Room itself was spacious and well nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Ample closet and drawer space. Amenities in the room included a small refrigerator, cooktop, and microwave. A few dishes and silverware were provided. The bathroom was huge. All usual toiletries were provided. Wonderful plush robes are available. The robes were not in our room at check in but were promptly sent after calling the front desk. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast buffet.
The Negatives:
Nightstand shabby and scratched. Spots on furniture and floor. Hot water was inconsistent in the shower. Kept getting cold. Finally let the hot run for about 10 minutes before getting in to have hot water all through the shower. Room smelled like it had once been a smoking room. Not bad enough to warrant a room change, but noticeable. No self parking. Valet only. Self park in the mall parking garage across the street.
Location quiet since the hotel is sits off the stripl. Quick walk to the strip. Good hotel as a home base for day trips to surrounding areas.

"Just returned from a week out west. We were in Las Vegas for 3 days and stayed at at this hotel which we book through Bookit as a 'mystery hotel'. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very pleasant and efficient. We arrived at 11:00AM and they allowed us to check in and also allowed us a 4:00PM check out on our last day. I was traveling with my daughter and this location was perfect for all of our needs yet safe and restful. I had read other complaints about the train noise which concerned me but we were on the 30th floor and by evening the trains ran less frequently and were really no bother. Pool service was a little slow but that would be my only complaint!"

"The room was very nice, but the bed was not comfortable at all! It was very hard and felt like it sloped to the outside so I felt like I was going to roll off the edge all night.
The bathroom was awesome and we loved the jacuzzi tub; however the maid service was a little inconsistent - no bath mat one day, no refill on the shampoo, and they didn't refill the coffee creamers.
I also wish the shuttle to the strip went a little farther south than the Forum Shops. It was very difficult to find our way back to this shuttle pickup area.
All in all, a very nice hotel for the price and I would stay there again."

"I enjoyed my stay but will not visit this hotel again: too far from the strip and main attractions so you have to use your car, but since the car is accessible only by valet parking than you need to think twice if you want the wait and the tipping or just give up and combine all your things to one travel to the strip.
No descent restauranteur or buffet on premisses and no grocery store in the area. I would rather spend $20-$30 more and get 4 star hotel on the strip with food choices around."

"Loved this hotel at first glance. Opulent, studio suite room. Ours came with one king bed and a queen-sofa sleeper. Microwave, refrigerator, and stove top (but no pots or pans, so not sure about that).
The main things that were lacking were - the TV in the bathroom didn't work - I am not sure it was a TV problem or remote problem, but it wasn't important enough for me to call and report. Also, no bath robes - most other hotels of this caliber ALWAYS offer robes? Also, no housekeeping service - no fresh towels. I am not sure if this is a hotel policy or just an oversight by housekeeping, either way, was a little inconvenient.
The location on the strip was a little inconvenient as well - far end, but overall, for the price, I would deal with the inconveniences again."

"I loved this hotel. The service was excellent and the rooms large, spacious and well appointed. Nothing was too much for the wonderful staff. The shuttle service to the Wynn and Ceasars made getting around really easy so the location off strip wasnt an issue.
The only small niggle I had was that the bath tub didnt appear to be perfectly clean when I arrived. I overlooked this small annoyance as the staff went out of the their way to sort out any issues I had."

"I was a little nervous about booking the '5 Star Mystery Extraordinary Elegance' at first but would do it again in a heartbeat. I ended up at the Trump Hotel for 4 nights and it was amazing. My suite was on one of the lower floors (17th) and I had some issues with the room: Broken cabinet pull, loose toilet seat, missing bathroom TV remote control, and a broken closet light. Once I called the maintenance service at the hotel, they took care of the problems immediately and I received a call from Front Desk seeing if I was all set with the issues. The pool was nice; there were plenty of chairs to go around. The deepest part of the pool was on 4 inches so it was nice not having to worry about drowning. Cons: *There's no self-park at the hotel, its valet only. At peak times, it could take a few minutes for the valet to get your vehicle. Key: Call a few minutes ahead and your vehicle will be ready by the time you get downstairs. *There's a rail track not too far from the hotel, so at night you might hear the horn from the train. Other than that, I loved the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others."

"I won the Trump International Towers in Las Vegas and I have to say that don't believe the hype of casino resorts. Sure they are easy access, but if you are looking for a place to stay that offers more than what any resort in LV offers, stay at the Trump. Every studio comes with a kitchen. Marble bathrooms with TV inside the mirror. Complimentary valet parking (only type of parking available!). Service was amazing. In conclusion, if I got back to Vegas, the only place I will stay again is Trump."

"Was only in town for 24 hrs so maybe if I'd been there longer I'd have experienced some negatives but my room was amazing, the bed was very comfortable, bathroom clean & beautiful, I had a partial mountain/partial strip view which was absolutely gorgeous at night & not too bad in the day either.

"It was great!! since we arrived the courtesy and attention they gave to us was great, we drove up there and had a hell of a morning and upon check-in they gave us a free upgrade to a 1 bed room suite, we got vip passes to night clubs and some other stuff i cant remember!! Hotel was very clean, with a great view, pool was cold but with the heat it felt great, pool service live music etc made our stay even greater!! Only downgrade was that its one block away from the strip, but who cares, no casino made it a lot more relaxing once you got back from partying!!
Never expected to get a great room for a cheap price with the Mystery Room option, next year we will do the same thing!!"

"I was skeptical about booking a 'Mystery' room. But since it had every thing we wanted in a room. We decided to try it. Lucky for me we have stayed at the hotel before so it was a pleasnt surprise to get such a deal with everything we wanted in our Vegas stay. "Wallpaper peeling from wall, shower head maximum height only 5 feet from you standing in from of it, I had to sit down while taking shower because there was no other way to do it......crazy stupid. How is this a 5 star hotel????? Please tell me the average height of their customers isn't 4 foot nothing, that's the only way people would be happy with that shower design."

"My husband and I wanted to spend some time to reconnect and this place surely helped us with that. We did the late check out at 4pm, the staff were incredibly friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. We had a great time at the pool, splurged and got a couple's massage there.
