"It was my first time staying in the HRH tower and I was very excited to do so. Unfortunately though, when my friend and I arrived at 3:30pm, the room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour for it to be prepared; even though check in was at 3:00pm. The room was quiet amazing with the lay out and the view, although it was very dusty and we were missing some towels as well as a sign for the door to request cleaning service. We had to call twice to have the turn down service because our room was skipped over. Both nights that we went out it took us an hour to 45 minutes to get a cab in the taxi line around 9:00pm. Besides those things, the staff was friendly and quick to respond and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made up for it, but we will probably stay in the regular rooms next time for the price difference."

"The room was very nice. Huge bathroom with a beautiful shower / tub and double sinks. The room seemed quite clean, however the cleaning service while we stayed seemed to leave things that I expected would get taken care of (for instance, a nearly finshed broken bar of soap was left in the shower and not replaced and they didn't clean / replace the drinking glasses at all).
The resteraunts in the hotel were awesome! Lucky's 24/7 for breakfast... I got the huevos rancheros [Delicious]. We went to Culinary Dropout 3 times... you have to get the pretzels with provolone fondue. We also got the Winter salad which was phenomenal.
The light switches were really confusing. There were a lot of light switches and several lights were impacted by more than one of the switches. It made it really hard to use the restroom in the middle of the night without waking up the other person in the room while fumbling around trying to figure out how to just get the bathroom lights on.

"The only room available for early check in was a handicap room. The tub and the shower seemed smaller than the other suites. The room was run down with stains on the furniture and curtains. Also, housekeeping didn't replace the shampoo and conditioner. The food at culinary drop out was great however there was poor communication with the bartender and kitchen staff as both meals were severely delayed."

"We stayed in a suite in the towers. The room was lovely with a very nice view. It was very quiet with several extras, like televisions in the sitting area and bedroom. What we didn't like is that there is a refrigerator, but if you MOVE anything in there, you pay for it. It is packed full, so you are not allowed to put anything IN the refrigerator. There is no coffee pot, so you have to order coffee for around $15 tip or walk all the way through the entire casino to a coffee place. The maid service was marginal at best. The room was never dusted and was dusty when we got there. They didn't leave any lotion, etc if they saw you still had some in the bottle. Corners were dirty, the carpet was dirty, the sofa had stains, etc. That was the worst part. I would definitely not stay in a suite again. I think it is better to pay less and get more than have the luxury. One more possitive thing is that the beds were very comfortable. That's always a plus!"

"We went here around Christmas 2012 as part of a family vacation and rented three rooms for 4 nights each. We thought we were getting a good deal on the price through a 3rd Party online agent, but the overall experience was awful. I will list all the things that went wrong:
1) We were supposed to get a 'mountain/city view' room, but they put us in a room on the third floor which provided a terrible view of their roof, and industrial A/C fans.
2) Immediately after check-in, we realized that each of our rooms had some problem or the other: dirty bathroom floor, strands of hair on the floor here and there, broken/torn/missing furniture pieces, damaged wood, etc. We instantly mentioned this to the Front Desk agent who apologized and offered to move us into a different room. We had to deny this offer as we were super tired from a 10-hour drive with the kids and needed to get some rest. So, the hotel offered to send maids later on and offered to waive the 'Resort Fee'. We accepted that offer for the time being (however, we had to fight with them at check-out time because they conveniently denied that they ever offered this to us because the Front Desk agent forgot to make written note of it).
3) On day 4 (our final day), one of the kids got extremely sick with a fever and diarrhea. We had ordered room service breakfast earlier so we're not sure if that was related. Also, several people began noticing red streaks and small blisters of sorts on their legs and arms (this only happened to people who slept or showered in one particular room in our booking). We called Front Desk and mentioned this to them. Their response was to send someone to take pictures of the affected body parts and refer the issue to their 'Risk Management' department. We were told that a person would get back to us. However, she did not communicate with us, so we had to call her after the Holiday season.
4) We demanded some corrective action due to the illness people suffered which was obviously related to one of their rooms since it only happened to individuals who spent considerable time in that particular room. The woman (from 'Risk Management') flatly denied our request. She said they found nothing in the rooms which would cause our ailment. OF COURSE, she would say that. She works in RISK MANAGEMENT - not Customer Care! Her job is to minimize the company's risk, not ours. She wouldn't be managing much of a risk in the eyes of her superiors if she admitted that something may have been wrong with the room! Conflict of interest.
I asked her for at least a partial refund to which she replied that she can't because we didn't go to a doctor! We never claimed that the illness was anything major, but it did occur as a result of something in one of their rooms! We simply requested a fitting redress of the issue! We went there to have fun, not to make rounds of the doctor's office. Also, that factor is a moot point because the evidence was clearly visible. They have pictures of it, and she even told me she won't give us the pictures unless we subpoena her. That clearly implies that she has something to hide, and it shows that she has her company's best interest at heart - not ours, naturally!
All they had to do was to genuinely apologize for the issue and refund a decent amount of our money for this health inconvenience. Instead, she gave classic Corporate canned responses which shifted responsibility and blame away from her company. Job well done, Risk Management!
By the way, this doesn't even include the fact that their '4 Star' rooms were more like a '2 Star' hotel. As I previously indicated, the rooms had several pieces of broken furniture, torn or stained upholstery, super dirty sofas, and non-functioning plumbing (for example, the large shower head in my room didn't work at all). Does anyone expect that sort of stuff in the 'All Suites Tower' at a '4 Star' property?
I would highly discourage everyone to avoid this property. It's dirty and worn, it's too far from the strip to walk, and the Management doesn't seem to think that taking care of customers should be a part of their bottom line."

"Hard Rock and my travel agency make a great combination. Got a Great rate for two nights for HRH Tower Suite Room. Staff is great and Concierge service is the best there is. Mr.Luckys and Pink Taco are good dining options. Great to have a CVS across the street. And parking to checkin is always swift and quick not having to deal with going thru a casino. Have not consider to stay any hotel in Vegas since 2010."

"The room was nice and was what I would consider a good value. I did not get a king size bed as I requested so they gave me an upgrade to a pool view room instead. The room it self was very nice, and had a great view. I loved the bathroom layout. The staff was very friendly/helpful and the atmosphere around the hotel, bar, and pool area was very laid back. I do have 5 complaints about it. 1) There were some cigarette burns on the carpet. 2) When I moved the coffee table at one point there was actually trash underneath it. 3) The lighting was poorly designed in my opinion, switches were difficult to find and operate, and the light in the toliet was not bright enough. 4) I was charged an additional $20 a day room fee on top of my price. I was told it was for the pool and gym. 5) The refrigerator is already filled with food from the hotel with touch sensors on it. If you move it to make room for your stuff you will be charged for it."

"I can't provide a review on this hotel, because even though that's what I booked, I never got to stay there. I was given a room within the Paradise Tower, lower level room. When I requested the room I booked, I was told that they could not honor because they were sold out and instead offered to provide a food credit. NOT the same! Smoking ventitilation is the worse here than at any other hotel we visited while in Vegas. Although, I understand it's Vegas, this hotel is probably more suited for the early twenties -- spring breaker types. I will not stay here again."

"Our trip was a very relaxing experience. We stayed for three days the staff were super friendly, we booked a helicopter ride and it was fast and efficient. The pools were cold but the hot tubs were warm. The room was amazing. The casino did not eat our money, that is always a bonus. When we left the hotel and paid our bill we didn't like the $18.00 resort fee that we were charged every day that we stayed there, not every hotel does this. The hotel needs more cheaper restaurants, we don't like to eat big for breakfast or lunch and sometimes just want something quick for dinner. But overall it was a very nice relaxing place to stay and a nice leisurely 20 minute walk to the strip."

"We stayed for two nights, we booked the 2 Queens Suite. When we arrived there were only two staff working at the check-in. The line quickly grew longer and longer, customer service should have been the first priority at check-in. The overall atmosphere of the hotel and decor was great, did not mind the drunk party type because that is what you expect in Las Vegas. I found the lights confusing also it should be simplified it do not make sense. We had a great time."

"stayed 4/1/12 to 4/6/12 for our vegas wedding. husband and i are in early 4o's and felt totally comfortable, our room in the hrh tower was excellent was on 10th floor corner suite room 1030 requested a suite with kiss pictures my new husband is a fan and had no problem getting it had a view of strip and pool check-in was smooth staff were friendly and fun we had to wait a few hours for room which was fine i was just happy to have request fulfilled purchased gift certificates from restaurants.com for luckys, pink taco, 35 martinis, and johnny smalls so food was very inexspensive but quality was great as well, went to strip a few times by the hotel shuttle as well as cab when shuttle full no big exspense 7 bucks even walked back one day weather was great my sister stayed at bellagio in a fountain room and ours was much nicer, more room nice couch better tv's she said they are totally stayin here next time, loved the music throughout hotel and decor , drink service was hit and miss at machines but waitresses always nice when they did get around to you we had to go to the bar many times to get drinks which was a little annoying because we played alot and werent trying to score free drinks just wanted them without having to leave our machines was there during week, during day casino not too busy average of eight dollars for drinks at bar and we tip 2 to five bucks to girls each time they would serve us so better service in that department would be great, one night we witnessed some girls basically being dumped of in front by a guy he just shoved them out of his truck, they fell on the pavement in the traffic pulling up to hotel obviously intoxicated the staff and security was excellent in helping the gals they got them out of the line of traffic quickly assured them they were fine and even put one in a wheelchair and helped them to check-in, my new husband has always said no tattos but it was his idea to have our ring fingers done, so we did that at the hotel as well at hart n huntington tatto, excellent as well they were busy but we were catching our flight in a couple hours so courtney got us an appointment quickly blanco did our tattoos he was amazing great sense of humor a true professional in his work we will totally be returning to hrh great time all around!!"

"City definitely caters to the 'bachelor party' and business conference group. Hotel is geared for that, similiar to Cancun spring break crowd. I am not sure we got the 'room upgrade' as dont know what that meant. The 'mountain view' was a barely visable peak as our view was the top of a roof and the pool. Bed was nice. They let our 12 yr old sleep on the couch for free and a roll in bed would have cost. In room fridge is stocked but has no price list and if items are even moved one is charged. The sound system is very nice. 60's through pop over 3000 songs and a port to play your own Ipod. Ours didnt work but they fixed it upon request. Hotel has numerous displays of guitars, clothes worn by rokc stars etc, like a museum. Hoover Dam and Red Rock canyon 45 minutes drive either direction nice day trips. The week end nights were loud and noisy in the halls, week days fine. Bring a white noise machine. Food very expensive and no buffet. Go out to Madalay Bay buffet there is $42 for on entire day of meals. I would definitely rent a car, unless just wanting to gamble and party. Lastly, the tile floor in our room was never washed the whole week, was so dirty my feet would be black. They did leave shampoo, etc daily but got new tubes on days I left tip. Our room was not ready until 4 30 PM but there computers were down and lines were very long to check in. Maid service is lacking but prob better if ones speaks up. We just put towels on the floor as we were gone most of the time. We love Rock so that , and the bed, made the stay fine for the price"

"My wife and I decided to go as I received a deal that I was content with. I couldn'thave asked for a nicer hotel. Unfortunately our first encounter was met with our suite not being available. We were given a King bed in the hard rock tower. This was not an unreasonable room and we were given a $50 credit to use for thei restaurants. We certainly enjoyed Johnny Smalls Tapas ( try the Mac n Cheese daddy) and the other amenites around. Our vacation lasted 6 days so we weren't rushed into seeing all of Vegas in a blur of booze and red bull. We visited all the hotels on the strip and while some were certainly more lavish, for the most part I enjoyed being off the strip and walking home a few blocks in silence away from all the hubbub. Staff was always friendly, music was always rock, and that made for an enjoyable visit. We don't need to have room service everyday, and when I stopped a housekeeper, I simply enxhanged my towels and went on my way. As well, being across from a pharmacy, a pizza place, and Subway subs certainly had its advantages for us for our 6 day stay saving us a few dollars over getting items from the hotel. All it took was a walk across the street. If you like rock, stay here, if you want uber glam go somewhere else. a 700sqft suite with 2 tv's a king bed, massive tub and stand up shower were aces in my books."

"We had a very nice room. You could tell it had been used before, but it was clean. A refrigerator for guests is available for a small fee unless you need it for medical reasons. A coffee maker in the room would be nice, too. I agree with other reviewers that better lighting would be helpful, especially in the toilet area. There is no buffet at this hotel. It is a long walk to the 'strip'. We also did not find out about the $22.00 per day 'resort fee' until after booking. :( That made our 'good deal' less than a deal."

"We have stayed here before. We always ask for a high room to have a good view. Have trouble ever getting this held for us. Very disappointing! We don't gamble so that is the highlight of staying at a place where you get a good view. May have to give up on the HRH! We've stayed here probably 8 or so times. Although, I am marking yes to recommend to a friend. This is more like a maybe."

"Booked the HRH suite at a great price. Hotel is clean and staff is polite and professional. The hotel is located off the main strip and is about a $15 cab ride to the strip. Pools are clean and well maintained. "

"Rooms are very nice but dirty and dusty. Crumbs On the carpet and bed, dust everywhere you touch, mold in the shower etc... Had to change rooms twice because the lack of housekeeping skills. The food in the hotel was not appetizing. Staff was decent, was comped $100 in food snd beverage to my room and resort fees were waived because of all the complaints we had. Would not stay there again !!"

"Our stay was mediocre. The location was perfect for us, as was the ease of getting into and out of our hotel, with the separate valet and entrance/elevator. The room was OK. Beds were VERY comfortable and the bathroom was large. Other than that, we would have been more comfortable in a place with a little more room in the living area. My boys hated the cold black/white theme. There was no minifridge, microwave, or coffee pot. The housekeeping didn't bother to clean under the coffee table and we found somebody else's MEDICINE under the coffee table!!! (probably just fish oil, but it wasn't ours!) The lights and phone kept going out, in spite of our telling the front desk that the phones didn't work. The casino was much cleaner and comfortable than any other casino we'd been in, however. The numerous pools were enjoyable, but the water was freezing, so my teenagers didn't like the pools much. They didn't offer me the complementary bottle of wine until I went and asked for it a couple of days into our stay, and I'm pretty certain we did not get the free 'upgrade' to our room as our view was mostly of the roof and palm trees."

"Im going to make this long winded but im not a complainer and I go with the flow of things in life. However, when we were treated with disrespect over and over again this needs to be said. Customer service was absolutely horrible. When we arrived, our room was not ready and they told me they would call me when it was. They never called to tell me my room was ready. Like other reviews, we were charged with the resort fee of 18 per night. we booked the king suite tower room. the room did not have a fridge or coffee maker, and no trash can in bathroom. When you have the tv on, it is very glitchy and it freezes. the room was very dusty and needed to be cleaned. The view was of the parking garage. ok positive things about the room......The beds are amazing and comfy I didn't want to wake up. The stereo in the room is good. It has good music but we wished it went louder than it did. We went to the dance club one night and we were treated like we were scum of the earth. Its free to get into the club if your a guest. all you have to do is show your card and before 12 pm. We had to wait 20 minutes before we were let in. I was dressed in a corset top, pants and heels. My husband was in a button up shirt and shorts. They did not let my husband in bc he had shorts on. They let me in and closed the rope behind me. It was very rude and my husband had to scream to get me to come back and try to let him in. They told him that he had to go change into pants in order to be let in the club. When we came back we had to wait again and they finally let us in. The club was very dark, hot and people were puking on the dance floor. The music was good and they gave out glow sticks to play with. That was fun. .... now onto my cousins getting into the club. My cousin was wearing a tank top, pants, and sparkly flip flops, her husband had on a sleeveless shirt and short. They let her in and refused to let him in. He had to go change when he got back to get into the club, they didn't let her in bc of her flip flops. They never got into the club and they went to the main desk to talk to a manager they were given a grievance form and told to come back in the morning to discuss the matter. The service desk was very rude to them and wouldn't listen to what was going on. The bell hop boy was very very nice and he deserves a raise. When ever we had questions about anything he would direct us in the right direction and asked if he could do anything else for us. My hubby and I were going to use their taxi service. When we asked the staff outside who help direct their guest into taxi's and the shuttle, they insulted my husband on being to cheap to get me a taxi and he should really spend more money on me. My husband had to bite his tongue and walk away from him or he would have hit him. The next day we got a taxi back from the stirp to the hotel. we had a fantastic taxi driver. He told us really good jokes and serenaded us. it was such a fun and wonderful experience I wanted other guest to get the same pleasure and experience. I walked up to a group and told them to take that taxi bc that guy is fun and amazing. The staff member was very short with me and told me to mind my own business. I know if I was 'someone' I would have not been treated that way. My overall experience of the hotel and staff was horrible. Do not stay here go somewhere else were they treat you with respect."

"First when I checked in the hotel downgraded my room do to overbooking,so the first night I was not able to enjoy the full amenities I was supposed to get. Then when I did change rooms the next day, I forgot my cellphone charger in the room I was in the night before so I called the front desk and was told that housekeeping had already cleaned the room and nothing was found, then when I started to ask a question I was rudely hung up on. My wife called down and got the run around to,so.we ended up going down stairs and confronting the manager about the situation. Then come to find out no one had clean the yet.about an hour later we got the charger back. Me and my wife are in the service industry and in no way do you treat a guest that way was very frustrated with inconveince with poor customer service , besides that we had a pretty good stay with what we had."

"It was a horrible experience. They gave our supreme suite away to another guest, didnt bother to call and tell us they gave our room away as a heads up. Put us in a smaller room above there night club making it impossible to sleep all night. After checking in and going to our small room we had to stand outside and wait until the cleaning crew was done as the front desk didnt realize it wasnt clean yet?? The hotel phones kept breaking. Both Tvs from both rooms were messed up freezing every minute or so disrupting the voice or music. They told us we would get in our new room the following day between 11-1. When I called at 12 they said it wasnt ready and theyd call us when it would be. They didnt call us till 3 that we could get in. So we came back from our sightseeing and couldn't get into the room until 5pm. The trip continued to just seriously disappoint us so we left a day early. The manager was not kind enough to allow your company to credit us back the nights pay because theyre apparently really greedy needing our discounted nights pay. They blamed giving away our reservation because we went through a 3rd party. But honestly why would they even offer doing specials with your company if they just give away the rooms and act like were not as good as the full price paying customers. It was such a nightmare and really ruined our 6 year anniversary. I'm never going back there, and am not sure I'll use your company even as your prices are wonderful, but whats the point if they're no guarantee you'll have a room when you arrive. It really put a huge strain on the time we took off, the money we spent, and the stress it created. The events happened between feb.18th-20th. We were supposed to check out on the 21st."

"NO SHUTTLE AFTER FIVE P.M.
NO COFFEE MAKER
NO EXTRA TOILET PAPER
I was suppose to have a city view, the view was a parking garage. Room was not ready when I arrived, they wanted to give me a roll away bed, so they comp. me breakfast.
Beds are extremely comfortable, but too far away from strip, no shuttles when needed, no coffee maker in room."

"My second stay here and I still love the hotel. Make sure to get your Rockstar Club Card and have all your play rated which is how I had my resort fees comped. Ambiance is much younger and hip crowd and not as stuffy as the strip. The room is fantastic and I had it all to myself and my date. Bed is a slice of heaven and housekeeping kept things immaculate (make sure to tip!). You do have to cab everywhere, but why leave when everything you need is here?"

"When I made my reservation I was told by agent that I would have a 2 bed suite with a small kitchen small refridgerator for us to be able to store drinks or cold meats. That did not happened. Agent never told me that I had to add an additional 200.00 deposit only mentioned the 18.00 dollars a day for use of the gym or other amenities in the hotel that did not happened wither were charged 15.00 to use the gym even when we payed the everyday 18.00. Was given a room with 1 king size bed had to ask for a 2 bed room and it was a smoke in room which the linen did have the smell to tobacco. The shower had two shower heards one did not work the other was broken the small fridge has the mini bar inside of it so wasnt usable. I lost my car alarm and had to explain to the valet drivers that a code had to be entered and i had eyes rolled at me very unprofessional. When i was checking in i had to ask if i could be helped and I was also given rude service. I was there to work and that was stressful enough and to have unprofesional service that was the icing on the cake. House Sevice was amazing Friendly as can be if i needed towels she would bring me 3 extra towels sprayed my linen so it smelled great my trash was always thrown away they were on top of everyrhing. So overall i was not happy first and last time i would ever stay there. Hope next time i use your service full details are givien to me and i am told what i need to pay and make sure i am given what I paid for because that did not happened.
Thank you for sending this to customers hope you actually fix these little mistakes done by agents and hotels."

"The room is beautiful. The bed is awesome. The tunes are great, but be prepared to be nickeled and dimed to death. On top of the room rent, you have a mandatory $20 resort fee for the facilities, but the pool was closed at 5pm (when we arrived), no hot tub unless you want to pay another $25, no shuttle to mall after 5pm, no shuttle ever to or from airport, so you have to pay for a cab. Two big TV's in room, but you cannot hook up a camera or gaming device. I was so disappointed."

"Got an incredible deal on my week-long stay for SEMA at the HRH suites, and it was fantastic. Room is big, modern, ridiculously comfortable, and impressive to 'visitors'. Beds and shower were awesome. Downstairs, the Hard Rock delivers with a fun atmosphere without too much Vegas trendiness. I loved it!"

"I was very surprised at how friendly everyone was and the room was beautiful and very spacious.
My issue at every hotel I go to is that the cleaning crews at the hotels are always so loud and I'm always woken up by them at every hotel I go to and this was NOT the case at HRH! Extremely reasonable priced and I felt like I got such a deal.
The only thing I had a problem with were the light switches. They seemed to be wired together but we didn't realize that the 1st night and waking up in the middle of the night trying to go to the bathroom and flipping on all of the switches in the room to turn on the bathroom light was not very pleasant when you can't remember where half the switches are half alseep. That was my only issue besides that I loved my stay and would stay again!"

"We got a great deal and thoroughly enjoyed staying in the all-suites tower. Really nice rooms. Casino was just right--not too big and not too small. Food was good in the restaurant. Rock 'n Roll memorabilia throughout the establishment was fun to see. Too windy to enjoy the pools and lazy river, but we walked around the pools and they looked great. We walked to the Strip and it was fine, but a bit further than I thought. Probably would not walk it at night. The comedy show across the street at Alexis Park was lots of fun. Next time I go to Vegas, Hard Rock Hotel will be the first place I consider."

"I recently stayed at the Hard Rock while I was in town for a business meeting. The rooms were very dark (decor-wise) but they were very nice. The bed was so comfy, even more so than my own. The housekeeping staff was awesome and the room was always sparkling clean. There were lots of great places to eat and many things to do. It's also a quick cab ride from the strip. Do yourself a favor and stay here!"

"Ok, I have been to Vegas many, many times and I have finally found the spot I will continue to return too. Firstly, the beds are absolutely amazing....I had a hard time even getting up and I do not like being in my room. The resort itself ROCKS....the staff is amazing, the dealers are absolutely hillareous, friendly and very helpful with gaming tips. I went to the club twice.....what a party scene. I saw Duran Duran there at the Joint, too cool for words. The gym was free, this hotel makes a point to not nickel and dime you like the rest of the hotels in Vegas. I NEVER post hotel reviews...but this hotel deserves it!"

"What a great hotel. From the luxury suite product, to the staff and the hotel itself...everything was far above my expectations. The nighclubs and restaraunts were amazing and I found myself never having a want or dersire to leave the property. There was a good mix of age groups at the hotel, a fun younger demographic, but also a good mix of middle age adults and even some families. I will absolutely stay at HRH again on my next trip out."
