I just needed to be in Las Vegas area as I would be passing through several times in a 2 week period and chose this hotel for it's location. It has good road access and is only 10 minutes drive from the airport. There are a few places to eat nearby and Eastern Avenue is only 5 minutes drive away and has a large selection of shops and restaurants. The hotel is a standard Hampton Inn, not much more to stay. The second room I stayed in could have done with the carpet cleaning but otherwise no comp... Read more

Overnight obligation required us to be in Henderson, NV for one night and the idea of a large Resort/Casino check in and parking in a large parking structure sounded like a huge hassle. This was a very quick and easy check in process with a very friendly staff. Room was large, clean and comfortable. King size bed was excellent and comfortable. Complementary breakfast was typical for this type of hotel: Make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy (no potatoes) Pastry selection was v... Read more

Want a quiet stay in Vegas? If you're just passing through, or just don't like dealing with the hubbub of The Strip, this hotel is perfect. It's the closest one to where my daughter lived for a year, so I've stayed here several times. Much easier than staying at a big resort on The Strip, where you have to walk about two miles from your car to your room. But you can drive anywhere in Vegas Valley in under a half hour.

Rooms were larger than other Hamptons we've been to, with higher ceilings. Immaculate rooms. The staff brought us extra pillows and tended to the coffee kiosk diligently. Pool was lovely with a shade awning and upscale outdoor furniture. Spent an extra day. Good location for family top stay, quiet neighborhood and close eateries.

Wanting to avoid all the crazy that is Vegas, my family and I planned on not staying so close. But the Hampton Inn and Suites in Henderson was just want we were looking for, no clinking slot machines, no smokey lobby, just a friendly staff, a welcoming warm chocolate chip cookie, and because it was mid-week, happy hour that included hot food (Chicken Alfredo) a very nice mixed greens salad, and an icy cold Tecate for me and a glass of Yellowtail for my wife. Selected this location for convenience for our business. It is a newer Hampton Inn and very clean. I arrived at 2:41am and only slept 5 hrs before leaving again. If you are a Hilton Honors Member then you know what to expect in general and I have been a Diamond member off and on for over 15 years. This location is a newer one and in great shape. Safe location off the strip! Plenty of food options close. Was a bit disappointed in our room cleanliness for a newer hotel. Our bedsheets and bedspread had many pieces of hair on it. Needed a Hilton Honors reward room that accepted our dog in Las Vegas area, and this Hampton was available. Room was great -- spacious room with excellent air conditioning (needed in the 115 degree weather). We used the app and were able to check in and select a room. The room was very clean. We arrived early and were able to check in. The personnel at the front desk was helpful and pleasant. Great location not too far from the strip.

This is a good location far enough away from the freeway but also close enough to get to it quickly. The bed was nice and firm and my issue with the noise in the adjacent room was resolved. I will likely be back next year.

Don't look for a relaxing chair in the standard room, to rest in. They feature dining room chairs. Maybe borrow one for your next Holiday party. So you can't just relax! Except on the bed! The Manager a good guy made it right.

We come back to this property again and again when we travel to Utah and points north of Vegas. Staff is wonderful - very personable and caring, rooms are comfortable for a restful nights' sleep. On Tuesdays-Thursdays they offer a "managers reception" and it is much more than that! Besides the regular reception type food (beer, wine, chips & salsa, cheese & crackers) they offered basically a full meal! One night we had a yummy lasagna and a another night we had Chicken Noodle Soup, both serv... Read more

My family rented two rooms that were adjoining, and we stayed three days. The rooms were fresh and clean, the staff was accommodating and professional, and the complimentary breakfasts were delicious! I would gladly stay here again, and I'm thankful that took the chance.

we came to Vegas (Henderson) for a 24 hour obstacle course. the staff were so super helpful and accommodating. they couldn't have been better if they tried! we had 7 people in two joint rooms stay. costa rica, alberta canada, saskatchewan canada, Cochrane Canada. We all arrived at different times and the hotel ensured each guest was individually greated, welcomed and helped in. thank you

Roughly 30 minutes from the airport, this pet friendly hotel has all the conveniences you need to see that your accommodations are met. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is genuine. Each associate I passed made a point of eye contact and a greeting or salutation. Although I had an AC issue in the first room I checked in, the gentlemen at the desk attended the situation and brought up a set of keys in the event that I needed to move and saved the hassle of having to wait.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location for family event. Would recommend this Hampton Inn. Skip the local pizza place though. 711 near by and fridge in room was helpful to store snacks and late night goodies. Recommend Copper Keg for a meal.

One of our best hotel experiences ever. Quiet, clean comfortable room, hotel staff at all levels was attentive and helpful . Breakfast was very good, and excellent variety, which they varied day to day, a treat for multi day guests! Absolutely nothing negative about our stay at this hotel. Although away from the "Strip", access is good and only 15-20 min. to the downtown . Highway access is very good if you attend the other attractions in this area. And the "no smoking " is strictly enfor... Read more

Staff was very friendly. I had made the reservation on my computer and didn't realize I had an old credit card on file. Upon check in the hotel staff said they would charge room to card on file. We had a huge room and it was very accessible for us. The next morning the hotel staff very politely said I needed to update my card for payment. They were very kind and made sure I wasn't embarrassed by the situation which I appreciated. Would be glad to have my family stay here again.

I've stayed here 3 or 4 times this past year when in Vegas for work. It's pretty average for a Hampton Inn. Nothing sticks out as being extra great or special at this place. On my last visit I waited forever to check in because they only had one person working and 3 people in line so it just seemed to take forever. I was only given one bottle of water instead of the 2 I usually get for being part of their rewards program. I noticed the two people in front of me both got 2 bottles. That was anno... Read more

Had a great stay at the hotel. Accommodations were great, staff was courteous and very helpful. Free breakfast buffet included eggs, waffles, etc and was great. Nice pillow-top mattress...slept fantastic. The free shuttle was nice to have although it would have been more useful if it would run past 9pm.

I was attending a conference at the Green Valley Ranch, and the hotel was full, so opted to stay at Hampton Inn as the shuttle goes by the Ranch daily. I checked in online, as i did not want to spend time at the check-in desk after a long flight. This proved to be quite convenient and on my arrival, the friendly front desk staff handed me my room key and a goody bag for Hilton Honors members. There are 2 lifts serving up to 4th floor (top most floor), and are centrally located. I had selected... Read more

This hotel had very friendly staff. They were accommodating and warm. Room was standard. Nothing to rave about but couldn't complain either. Hampton Inn Breakfast was pretty disgusting. In fact the eggs looked so old and "just defrosted" that I left and went to IHOP just across the parking lot. Nice idea to serve breakfast but quality was low. Other thing that turned me off at this hotel were the other guests. Seemed like a haven for white trash. Obese people with unruly kids. In fa... Read more

This hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport in a quiet local neighborhood. They have a typical breakfast, fruit, waffle, eggs, sausage. It is very clean, room was comfortable. Walls a bit thin, but was only bad on the weekend. One morning at 5 a.m. there was some type of construction or garbage truck. That was frustrating. Doors are locked except for entrance which was safe. Easy access from the parking lot. Big refrigerator in the room for a mini. I would stay there again.
