"Beautiful resort. Would return but the cost to go to the strip is prohibitive as cabs cost about $35.00 one way and hotel shuttle is not accommodating about time or location they take you to. "This was my 2nd stay at Green Valley and it definitely took a downward turn from my first visit. We had a wait to check-in, then the room was right next to the freeway and parking lot and worst of all it was not clean. There was a black hair in my daughter's bed and the bathroom foor may have been swept but not mopped and was still dirty. The room snacks were dusty (very) and the tv didn't work correctly (fuzzy stations). We did have good meals in the Cafe, which is unusual with great service by PJ but otherwise the stay was not up to par. Even the towell girls at the pool were kind of peevish and unfriendly. Too bad, it's a nice facility."

"The resurfacing construction around the pool area was awful, the smell and the loud noise was almost unbearible.the water in the pool was extremely cold not heated. 14$ margaritas at the pool was ridiculous. Grounds were beautiful and the staff was very pleasant."

"Everyone at Green Valley Ranch were very attentive and respectful, which is always a bonus. The room was comfortable and clean. I have not complaints about Green Valley Ranch.

The Bookit agent stated, however, he would request a suite room and apparently he never made any such request with the hotel. I understand obtaining a suite room would be at the discretion of the hotel and availability. Needless to say, if a salesperson clams they will attempt to request specific services it is good business that they follow through with their promises. This would qualify as a poor rating on Bookit services... since they should follow through with any clams, statements, promises, and/or attempts."
