We stayed here overnight on March 29, 2016 when we ended up being in Omaha at the last minute for business. The price was very reasonable and it fit our needs for the night. The staff--both in the p.m. and the a.m.--was very friendly. We stayed in a king room off the first floor lobby--it was clean and comfortable. There was a limited hot breakfast available in the off-lobby dining area the next morning, which we took advantage of. The key card offers a discount at a grill/bar right next door, w... Read more

Hotel is rundown, noisy. We were kept awake most of the nite by guests who thought they could sing, and needed to do so frequently as the exited the building to smoke every hour or so, and then felt the need to have long, and loud argumentative phone calls until 3;00 am. I definitely will not stay here again.

This is an excellent motel at a fair cost. The only drawback is it favors labor workers and teenagers and can become noisy, etc. However, if you ask for a different room they are most gracious to oblige as well as speak to the unruly people. This does not deter my going back. I've stayed here regularly for a few years and don't plan on making any changes soon.

You get what you pay for, the price was the driving factor in the decision to stay at this hotel. If the price were to increase slightly without a drastic improvement to the facilities and attitudes of staff, I would not return.

A nice, quiet stay here. Yes, it is an older hotel but our room was clean. Breakfast the typical type you find at most hotels for the price. Nothing to complain about . The staff was courteous and friendly both when checking in and checking out.

The staff was nice. The property was fine. There were some detail issues. However, they were addressed sufficiently upon request. In the event that you need disability access, consider staying on first floor as there is no elevator.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Nice selection of food for breakfast. Hotel staff was efficient and friendly. We stay here every time we are in the area and have never been disappointed. This has been for the past eight years!!!!Oh, the white towels are wonderfully thick and fluffy!!

The value was good, the room, ok. No fridge or microwave in the room, as was in the other two hotels we stayed at on our trip to Nebraska. Had to keep getting ice to keeo our trip food cold. Other than that, ok. You get what you pay for, as we payed about $30.00 more at the other two, But the ameneties were better at the others.

We reserved an "apartment" style room or quadruple 2 months in advance. Upon check in we were told it was already being used. The hotel did not offer any compensation for the mix up. The room we had had 2 double beds. The space was tight and confined. The continental breakfast was nothing special.

Selected this La Quinta Inn because it is just off I-680 which we use when travelling through Omaha, in this case on our way to Denver CO. Easy to get into from I-680, easy to leave. Resaurant next door a bonus. Prefer La Quinta because of pet policy although did not have them with us on this trip. As it turned out this was our 2nd free night.

This hotel is 20 minutes from downtown which is inconvenient especially if you are in Omaha for the College World Series.the rooms are clean if a bit worn and dated,Beds and pillows are comfortable. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. If you need an ADA bathroom with balance bars in shower you won't find it here. The breakfast is basic and filling . Waffles cereal no meats a muffin.

The staff was very friendly and helpful but the facility needs updating in the worst way. Rooms were clean but hallways and stairwells were not. Also, there is no elevator and getting luggage up the stairs was very difficult.

$139 per night, really?. This place may be clean, but the beds are small and suck and it smells a bit damp in here. Not at all worth the price. Looking at hotel prices, Omaha must think it is a cosmopolitan city. I am closer to redneck than pretentious city boy, but the prices in Omaha seem a bit steep. This place is over priced for tbe rack rate.

If you have visited a newer la Quinta property and expect this location to be similar, you are certain to be disappointed as we were. Corporate needs to either sell this property or tear it down because no amount of remodel will correct its extremely low ceilings and strange configuration. The management is doing the best they can and it was clean (though an odd "perfume" smell persisted). But it was overall a disappointment.

We stayed at this hotel, during the week of the College World Series. The price was about 139.00 a night. If you wanted a refridgerator in your room it was $10 more. The entire hotel smelled of smoke and mold. The carpet was dirty and old. The staff were very nice and they responded to our requests. The airconditioner in the rooms worked well, but the showers and bathrooms were in need of repair. The parking lot was like driving on the moon with several large pot holes.

First off, I have stayed at a different La Quinta in Omaha before and was more than pleased. However, this trip... not so much. PROS: The location is nice - right off of 680. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The outdoor pool was pretty decent (a little cold). CONS: Musty rooms -- the carpet was even damp! The breakfast was average, but nothing to rave over. No microwave or fridge. The window was able to open, but did not have a screen and the lock wasn't the most secure. There was a ma... Read more

When I extended my stay for a night, the service I used to make the reservation put me at the same hotel. I asked at the front desk if it would be possible for me to stay in the same room. Kyla, the woman working the front desk at the time, was able to arrange it. She was enthusiastic and helpful and a delight to work with. Thank you, Kyla!

Room was two queen beds, seemed fairly clean. My fitted sheet was worn out and would not stay on the corner. But plenty of pillows. A cashew nut was on the floor and we didn't bring them in. Breakfast the next morning was good and refreshed often.

We were in the middle of a cross country drive with our cats. because of the very favorable LaQ cat policy, we booked a series of LaQ properties for the trip.. And, most of them were thoroughly adequate - which is all we expect - and several (Kennewick WA, Bozeman MT, Rapid City SD) greatly exceeded expectations. On average, perhaps, these balanced out Omaha West. Which may give you an idea of just how far down the scale this property is. Let's set aside luggage carts that are so worn out that y... Read more

We stay at La Quintas when driving across country with our dogs so we have stayed in quite a few. This one is in need of the most work- updating and cleaning. The carpet was soggy with condensation, the floors/carpets were dirty, the whole place needed repainting and the halls smelled. I'm almost ready to write off the chain if there is this much variation in quality across units. When I provided feedback they offered to Comp us. I indicated that I would still write the review and the nice ... Read more

This hotel is kind of "tucked away" from a lot of the traffic & noise. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. We stayed in a king size suite and it was NICE!!! Would stay at this location again in a heartbeat!!!
