Beautiful space--from the colorful hallway carpets and brightly painted room doors to the peaceful classic rooms, this Hilton is an especially inviting place to land! Great property and staff here in Omaha. Large open layout in the main floor - plenty of room to relax or meet your group and hang out. Had lunch at the bar and tasted great. Rooms are some crazy color and style combo's that work nicely. Exec lounge is large and had treats all day Long. 5 min from the airport. Will definitely return in my next trip to Omaha.

This is a nice well equipped hotel. My only complaint is that the thermostat is basically useless unless you call the front desk and get them to override "there" setting, of course they don't say that when you check-in. You can press the thermastat all you want and it won't really do anything. The hotel policy is to keep everything about the same temperature (72 degrees?). So if you like it cold when you're a sleep, like I do, you just shed covers until your comfortable. I really don't like ho... Read more

Everything about this hotel was fantastic from check-in to check-out. Bartender Doug was friendly and very professional, staff always smiling, rooms clean, restaurant food and waitresses great, and shuttle driver both prompt and cordial. Stayed 5 nights at the Hilton by the Convention Center for a recent Professional Conference - the facilities are outstanding and the people are so welcoming and friendly. My only suggestion would be to include makeup mirrors in all of the rooms. I heard some had them and some did not - having horrible eyesight, it is challenging to apply makeup when you can't see!

paid $800 for 4 nights, RIDICULOUS!!! For the price I paid I should have had free food and my feet rubbed DAILY! the hotel should give a better rate to large group events, and if they think $149 a night plus parking fees is a good rate they are high.

I was in for a convention, and this is really a convention hotel. Check in as a Hilton Honor member was smooth. The 600 ft walk to the room was ridiculous. I knew that no one would design such a folly, so as it turns out, the hotel added an extension which created the hall of laughs (Every time walking the hall, clients made all kind of remarks) The room was nice and good layout, though missing a hair dryer which was promptly furnished. The check-in process was a breeze. I selected our room on-line and wanted to be away from the usual noise of a hotel and close to a stairwell. It was a long walk to the room and come to find out the stairwell led you to only one exit, the outside of the hotel. All around a nice place and convenient to walk to the old market and other points of interest in Omaha.

The 2016 CWS Opening Day was held on a sweltering day. Left and relocated the open ari patio bar for some refreshments and finger food. Perfect idea and executed this plan to perfection. Paid over $400 a night for a very poor property. Dirty and minimally maintained. Location to events is the only reason to stay there and it's just not worth it. This place caters to big events like the College World Series and does not have the staff to do it well.

The hotel is conveniently located for sports & special events and access to downtown, i.e., a short shuttle or cab ride to the historic district, restaurants and the highways . The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly & helpful. Perhaps room rates vary with demand, i.e., College World Series & Concerts, but nothing special was scheduled when we were there, so the room rates were well under $200. If you've stayed in a Hilton geared to business and conventions, you'll know what to expect from this hotel. Large attractive lobby and six blocks or so to the old market area. Free shuttle to and from the airport. An amazingly long hallway with a psychedelic carpet which can make for about a block and a half trek to your room from the elevator if you are on the far end. I frequently stay in Hilton hotels and this had to be one of the nicest. From the friendly check in, to the beautiful executive lounge overlooking the baseball stadium to the quality of the rooms and beds. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is we had two minor hiccups. The first was we went to use the hot tub and someone put too much chlorine in it and they had to drain it down. The property is relatively new and very well-maintained. Staff was helpful, and the proximity to the convention center made it an easy two-night trip for a conference. There is a shuttle to take you downtown, to the airport, etc. And if you are there for an activity in the stadium, it's an easy trek across the road. The only downfall of this property is the LONG (...long...long... long...) hallways.

We stay at Hilton hotels when we can't find a Hyatt or Marriott.... mainly because we find them over priced & fairly standard for a luxury hotel & their loyalty program takes three to four times the points to earn a free room compared to those other hotel chains. Pros of the Omaha Hilton is that they offer long term parking for a fee through "Snag my space". We were gone to Asia for a month & for $190 we could park there & catch their free 24-hour shuttle to & from Eppley airport (OMA) ... we ... Read more

It's a Hilton. I expected a higher level of service. I requested early check-in as we were preparing for an event at the hotel. We got our room 30 minutes after posted check-in time. I requested a roll a way bed for my daughter before check-in had to call for it at 9:30 p.m. and wait over a half hour for it to come. Bathroom needed a momma's expecting company scrub down. (Mold in the shower grout and toilet rim.) I'll try somewhere else when I come back to Omaha.

We love the Omaha Hilton. I've stayed there twice, once with a view of the TD Ameritrade baseball stadium. The lobby is world class and the location is superb. The Executive Floor breakfast is tremendous. Overall, it's a great Hilton.

Front end staff is very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were kept clean and housekeeping staff was efficient. The bridge to the convention center across the street was very convenient. The attached parking garage was affordable, since our group negotiated a very favorable rate.

Brilliant staff, great location, clean well-appointed rooms, fantastic restaurant - what more can you ask for? The food is excellent - the restaurant is one of the better restaurants in the entire city. The rooms are clean, quiet and up-to-date. The staff is among the most friendly and helpful that I have encountered in my travels. If you stay here, be sure to head over to Old Market! PS The Bread Pudding is amazing!

We arrived at 11:45am and we were told they only had a limited number of rooms ready (understandable) and if we wanted to check in then there would be a charge of $35, otherwise would have to wait until 1pm. We have been travelling for years and have never encountered this "money grab" at any other hotel. I am a Hilton Honors member but that did not matter. Either my room is ready or it is Not! The Omaha Hilton is in such a great spot for attending concerts at the Century Link...just across the street. You can see Ameritrade Park, as it's just across a parking lot to get there. (Home of the NCAA Men's College World Series) There are some good restaurants in the hotel and the Executive Lounge is quite nice. Another lady checks me in, offers no water or room options, speeds and whispers through her spiel. My room is farthest from elevators, literally, even though we checked in before the rush. We spent six days here. The hotel extends for what seems a city block. The rooms are nice but not necessarily spacious. There were a few things "wrong" (burned out bulbs, a faucet needed adjusting) and when I mentioned them to the desk clerk they were repaired immediately - good service!
