Very convenient to the arena and to the fantastic Old Market area. Clean and friendly staff. Very helpful and the shuttle will take you almost anywhere you want to go if you don't have a vehicle. The only downside is the breakfast...not complimentary and quite pricey.

There is nothing really wrong with this hotel - it's just an old dog from the 60s or 70s. It eventually will need to be entirely replaced. I recommend travelers find a newer place in Omaha. It is serviceable but old.

For a Hilton, this place is subpar. Key cards wouldn't work. Moved us to the next floor up. Charges for parking. Charges for breakfast. Vending area just had ice. No snacks or sweets at all. Towels on a rack IN THE SHOWER!!! We'll never be back. Stayed two nights for close to $400 & this is it??? Very disappointed.

Room was VERY CLEAN! Even under the beds. The fridge was clean! We were on the street side so it was a little noisy at night. Pool was warm, hot tub hot! Food was excellent! Fast and Friendly! I love the warm cookies and drinks available all day! Makes a difference when you are coming and going to kid events!

Was only there 8 hours awaiting a train departure. The room was clean and we had a nice dinner in the attached Spencers restaurant. The shuttle driver was the absolute best host, picked us up and got us to the train on time. Dave was always available with information about things to do around the hotel. Sorry we couldn't stay longer.

Rooms as you expect. Nothing too fancy. Plenty of room. Great things about the room: microwave and fridge. Free internet--in the room. Bad: Parking is $10/day. However, unlimited in and out of the covered and gated garage. Crown plaza is $7, but no gate and not covered. Breakfast--not included but is $11.95 for the hot breakfast and $6.95 for the cold. Always water, coffee, and tea available in the foyer. Location is fantastic. Minutes to the Pedestrian Bridge and minutes to Old Market. Nic... Read more

A flight cancellation required an overnight stay in a hotel near the airport. Since we wanted to be in the Old Market Area, and I am a Hilton Honors member, the Hilton Garden Inn was chosen. Everything from the shuttle from/to the airport, dinner at Spencer's, and a great breakfast made the unplanned stay a very pleasant experience.

The pool and hot tub are salt water which is nice because you don't smell of chlorine later. The hotel is within walking distance of the Old Market and the event centers which was great for eating and shopping. Room rates can really very depending on what events are being held in the area.

The hotel staff is friendly and the location is great with the parking garage attached right to it but the rooms were just average. As other reviewers have noted, there is quite a bit of street noise, which I would not have expected from a room on the 8th floor.
