As many times as I've been to Omaha and as loyal as I am to Hilton, this is the first time I'd actually stayed at this hotel. It was just one night as there was something going on the next night that caused the rate to shoot up to over $300. I checked in online and got a room on the 6th floor. I would have liked the 7th (less noise on higher floors), but it wasn't option, and it could have been because they were full. Arriving, I pulled my car into the driveway and told the valet that I was just... Read more

I always prefer to stay at an Embassy Suites whenever possible. The rooms are big and comfortable. The hotel itself is very nice. The breakfast was good and the evening reception was also good and the hotel was located in a great spot. Not far from the zoo and right across the street from old town. What I didn't like was the charge to use the internet, the parking fee, and the lady who was serving drinks at the evening reception was very unfriendly. She didn't seem to like her job much.

Nice pool, hot tub and outdoor patio in the sun. Managers reception every evening with free drinks and light snacks. Also free hot breakfast every morning with made to your order.

The Embassy Suites line of hotels has ingrained benefits. There is the managers reception where they serve free drinks and snacks. All the rooms in this location are suites and they have an unmatched breakfast in the morning with eggs made to order. The room was very comfortable, well apportioned and quiet. The one thing I must say about this location is that it hasn't changed much. I last stayed at the ES Omaha in 2005 and they haven't changed really at all from '05 until 2016. They don't look... My husband and I stayed at the 7th floor, Two Room, Premiere Suites, last weekend. It was a wedding gift from my in-laws, who are HH members . We just got married and everyone from his side of the family (total of 5 families) came to town and stayed at the ES. We chose this hotel coz it's in a great location and near the spots where we want to be for the wedding. It was a decent stay. My recent stay at this hotel had really great and really terrible aspects. I'll start with the positives. The location is excellent, next door to numerous restaurants and an easy walk to the ball park and arena. The complimentary shuttle is convenient if the weather is questionable. The drivers and everyone at the valet parking stand are great. The price is very fair for rooms also. Self parking is close by and worth the savings if you're staying for several days. There were plenty of negatives ... Read more

I spent one night there over Memorial Day weekend. The entire staff was great, especially the Front Desk staff. The rooms were standard Embassy Suites rooms. Our room was very clean. It had a great shower. High water pressure and plenty of hot water. We arrived too late to partake in the Manager's cocktail hour. On Saturday morning, the breakfast area was packed. However, the two gentleman working the omelet/pancake station were very well organized and moved the line well. The only reaso... Read more

Absolutely loved the staff and room was great. This was the first weekend I truly got to relax with my kids. For happy hour the bartender fixed the little ones Shirley temples just like the were as important as everyone else all weekend. My 5 year old love being able to run around and freely feed there fish. House keeping took care of everything and shuttle service made it great for not having to drive around town all weekend.

Location to Old Market is convenient. Every night we were able to walk to a different restaurant. Then walked around to all the other shops in neighborhood.

Clean room with plenty of pillows, comfortable bed and lots of space. Excellent breakfast bar--fruit, oatmeal, yogurt bar, hash browns, sausages, biscuits and gravy and more. The best? The omelet and pancake bar! Fresh and delicious with about anything you could want in an omelet. Super friendly shuttle drivers. We haven't met one employee that wasn't helpful and friendly.

Hotel and accommodations were fine, but don't stay here if you're planning to work and use the internet! The WiFi/internet access at this hotel was horrendous and did not improve after 2 requests to the front desk. I gave up after the second request and was not able to work all week.

Hotel rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. This hotel is in a great location, besides that, it needs some work. Happy hour is OK if you like free, house liquor and don't mind waiting in line for over poured drinks. The bars inside were lacking in choices of beers. Breakfast was also just OK, very crowded and slow to restock buffet. We stay a few times a year. The hotel is in the absolute best location when you're planning on spending time in Old Market. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast is outstanding. The rooms are starting to become outdated. The carpet in front of the bathroom was worn away and I stepped on a rusty nail. Needs to maybe keep up on rooms maintenance.

The staff from the desk staff, kitchen staff, bartenders/waiters, to the housekeepers were all very comforting and welcoming. Each staff member I can across had a smile on their face and greeted us with a hello, or good morning. The bed my husband and I agreed on was one of the comfiest beds we have ever slept in. Our stay was for two nights on Labor Day weekend with about 50 people in attendance for a family reunion. We had the use of a hospitality room and our dinners on the two evenings were catered. My stay was a great stay this past weekend. Amazing lobby and I loved the idea of social time you give the guest between 5 to 7:30, I think it was. The only thing I really dis-liked for my stay was that, housekeeping tried to get into my room at 8:30am and clean the room. I told them we will be checking out later, then they came back and brought there supervisor.
