We stayed here for one night. The staff was very efficient and friendly getting us checked in and out. The room was clean and spacious. The grounds were clean and upkept with a nice feel with the foliage. The pool was nice and there is a hot tub as well which could be warmer. Overall I really liked it here and would stay again.

While the photos looked as though this would be a great stay, it was no where near. The first room we were put in was not cleaned, bed not made, tables not wiped. We were then moved to a clean room but next to a laundry room with trash piled out of it and so filthy we didn't dare use. We checked in at 3 pm that day and left the following day at 10 and the laundry room wasn't ever touched. The pool area was filthy and numerous children unsupervised. I won't even comment on breakfast. We will not ... Read more

We love everything about this place and stay here EVERYTIME we are in Omaha which is at least twice a month. Very comfortable beds, nice pool, beautiful atrium, great value, and super staff, especially Mikayla who is our favorite. We've probably stayed here 50 times and have NEVER once seen a cockroach and we keep plenty of food in our kitchenette everytime. That had to be an isolated incident. We love, love, love this sweet motel. Don and Cathy Kumm. Wausa, Ne.

I think we caught a great deal thru Expedia at perhaps a slow time, but we rented 2 suites for 2 nights for not much more than the price of 2 Motel 6 rooms but got 3 times the quality. Beautiful 6 story atrium view on the way up & down with windowed elevators. The bedroom was separated from the kitchen/living area (which had sleeper sofa) by separate doorway, which provides more privacy than a typical Comfort Inn suite. A dual entry from both rooms, rather than soley from the bedroom, would be a... Read more

This was a great place to stay. After going through a few websites, I found an excellent rate. Check in was easy and fast. The rooms were comfortable. They have a microwave, kitchen/kitchenette with refrigerator. The room was comfortable and I believe could sleep up to six. They had a free breakfast every morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was right were we needed to be for my daughters graduation at Baxter Arena. It is very convenient to everything in Omaha, with lots of... Read more

I liked the spaciousness of the suite. Bed was comfortable, pillows great. Didn't spend a lot of time in the room, but was very pleased with it. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. It was a very basic choice of cereal, rolls, toast, bagels and some fruit.

We were driving through Omaha and needed a place to rest for a few hours. We got an awesome deal on Priceline. Suite was clean and staff friendly. Hotel appeared dated in some areas and some attention to minor details could be addressed. For instance, vent was dirty and needed cleaning in bathroom of one suite. But, overall great value for what we paid. We would definitely stay here again.

Found this hotel online and booked it because of the great price! We didn't know all that we'd be getting with the online deal! A two-room suite, breakfast and wi-fi. The kids had a great time in the swimming pool.

I like staying here with my husband when it's our anniversary. The rates are lower during the 'off season'. I wish we could afford to stay here with our kids when we travel to the zoo during the summer, but it's just too pricey for us. I love that all the rooms are suites. There is the main bedroom, a kitchenette area and a living room area. The couch can pull out for another bed. I would definitely stay here during the summer if the prices were lower. I was greeted at my room door , by a very big roach. The room smelled awful. The man at the front desk was very nice and apologetic. However , he didn't offer any solution to the problem. I saw a vision board of proposed remodeling. They should make it happen as soon as possible. This place has the potential to become grand again. Without the indoor for rest this time around.

A/C was out the 1st 2 days we were here. Staff was not very accommodating with the situation. Called to complain tonight & Charlie @ the front desk said he couldn‚??t help‚?¶he had to check someone else in. Seriously! I asked if he was going to tell them if the A/C didn't work and he hung up on me. Unbelievable but true. Rooms are dumpy to begin with so wouldn't recommend this place to begin with but it just got worse and worse during our stay. Don't believe the we are remodeling hype. They... Read more

Possibly the worst hotel stay I've ever had, and I was a meeting planner so traveled extensively. Checked in last weekend with my two young children to find out we were given a room on the sixth floor that had no air conditioning. It was 95+ in Omaha last weekend. After checking with the front desk it seem most of the rooms had no air and there was no room they could move us to. We were in town with a baseball tournament so could not switch hotels and it was after 8pm. Stayed the night in a 80 d... Read more

This was a first time stay at this location and it was fantastic! The staff was kind, courteous and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. During my stay there was a baseball tournament in town and although there was a team of young men and their families in the hotel, I never heard any noise when in my room.

We were in Omaha from the east coast to attend my nephew‚??s wedding. We stayed an extended weekend for the College World Series and Slumpbuster Baseball Tournament. We had a first floor suite which had adequate air conditioning. We stayed here on our way to the Rocky Mountains. At $110 for a two bedroom suite on a Weekend, it was a really good price. That being said, the hotel is pretty gross. The lobby and atrium area have no air conditioning, it was around 90 degrees in there. No way you could use the bar or sit comfortably anywhere outside your room. The ceiling was leaking water onto the carpet, the toliet handle was taped on with white first aid tape, and ALL the balcony doors are sealed, wi fi doesn't work. ... Read more

Bodily fluids on the bedding and a box fan on the counter. For this level of service the room was extremely overpriced. Walked into the room, took a picture of the fan, saw the stains, walked back to the counter and expressed my concerns to the front desk. Really no concern from the front desk people on the state of the room. Opted to leave the hotel and go to a place that wasn't dirty.

This is an ok room for the location, rate through an online offer or groupon and the size of the rooms. Not recommended for the usual $120 or so per night at all. But they are 500 sqf suites, (basically 2 seperate rooms, awesome), and have a nice atrium area. The continental breakfast is also not worth the usual $120 per night whatsoever. No hot prepared food. You might want to get a drink before reading this review. I have a lot to say about this hotel and it is not going to be positive. I bought a coupon offer from another site for a double suite. The reviews on that site seemed to indicate that the deal was worth it. I was concerned that this hotel was going to seem old, I was wrong. The atrium was awesome! It was nice to stay in a hotel with some atmosphere. My kids 8 & 10 loved it. The continental breakfast was good, coffe was too. I think they are going to renovate the whole hotel, but I hope it does not loose it's character. Only complaint is that the a.c. was not great in our room. Also, front desk was pleasant, especially Michelle. The pool was nice, and the hot tub was huge.
