This hotel is located so that you can easily access The Railyard and haymarket district in Lincoln easily. We were able to park and then walk wherever we wanted to eat and have a few drinks. We also enjoyed a baseball game during our stay and the location of this hotel is near both pedestrian bridges that allowed us to walk over to the ball field. I utilized the online check in and it was also a great experience. Even though check in is usually quick, it did speed it up even more. And I was... Read more

My 4 day reservation on line became a 3 day reservation at the hotel. When the 4th day was added back in, the rate had changed, presumably because the staff did not note AARP membership or military affiliation in the folio. At no time during the reservation process was I made aware of an additional parking fee for this location. The additional costs incurred added up to approximately an additional day's lodging cost.

Our stay was in early June so the weather was perfect, with a large, comfortable porch on which to gather to enjoy seldom seen relatives in the fresh air. Every employee went out of their way to be cordial and helpful --- cheers for Hilton's training! Good breakfast, convenient location, clean, comfortable beds.

My experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Haymarket was exceptional. The staff was attentive to my needs, extremely friendly and welcoming. During my stay it rained every evening and one evening when people were out and about in the Haymarket and got caught in a downpour, the staff at Hilton Garden Inn put a table stacked with towels right inside the front door for their returning "soaked" guests...nice touch and very much appreciated! Ok I travel here for work but this hotel has it for me. The workout room is clean and amazing and plenty of TV and cool for the temperature. I get a great work out in. The door men and women are kind and helpful. The room is super quite ( away from elevator of course) and the breakfast is perfect. Grace the waitress is on her game look for her. I get here a few times a month and of all the Hilton locations I stay this is number one.

Overpriced. Thought this was a new hotel. Air/heat units -old school. Over priced accommodations. Noise from outside. It seemed like an old hotel with fresh paint. Should have stayed at the courtyard across the street

Excellent facilities. My only gripe is at almost $200/night for a room having to also pay for parking and decent wifi seems kind of petty. I can get free wifi at Super 8. Room was great as was the breakfast buffet.

We traveled to Lincoln for a wedding. The hotel is right next to the University campus and all our events were within walking distance which includes tons of cool shops and all kinds of good restaurants. The hotel is very nice and the staff is the most accommodating I've ever encountered - extremely helpful with information and assistance. Highly recommend. We will go back

Wife and I stayed one night on our family get away just to meet up with our sons to continue on with them the next day. We got there late and had to leave early the next day so time was of importance. We liked the clean comfortable rooms and the convenience to the local restaurants/bars where we met up with our kids. The next morning the chef made our breakfast and made it perfect. It made for a wonderful start that morning.

Excellent hotel except for the service provided by Valet Parking, I called ahead 15 minutes to have the vehicle ready as I was late for a meeting. Exceptionally poor effort by the valet on duty and moped along like he was on a leisurely stroll failing to get the car as if he cared. The poor service rating is due to the entire stay having a bad departure experience, the food was okay at dinner with good service, the breakfast exceptional with excellent service by Grace and the other servers.

Hotel is up to par with what you would expect from the garden inn chain. Only trouble I have had both times I've stayed there is the parking arrangement, they give you a pass for $9 which didn't work at either entrance so was a bit of a cluster.
