King bed was supposed to be something special. Dials for blow up mattress difficult to find and one side was broken altogether. Mattress had huge dip in center and was so uncomfortable we were sore in morning. Not what we wanted for two nights and a special weekend. For the increased rates for graduation weekend we thought it would be perfect. It was not. Also, TV did not work first night. My wife and I are very pleased with the room! The service seems friendly for the most part, except at check in. The lobby was full and there seemed to be problems at the front desk. Bailey was short and demanding to a co-worker, which is always unpleasant to see. I felt bad for the girl leaving her shift, she couldn't leave the outside door before another co-worker (only remember "D" on name tag) tried to place blame on her. I only write this because I feel it's quite unprofessional, and creates... Read more

The hotel was very nice and took care of my track athletes very well. The onsite breakfast serve and big pitchers of ice water in the lobby were greatly appreciated. The location has easy access to the interstate, not a bad drive to the downtown area, but very difficult to get to south Missoula. A bit overpriced.

The hotel was great and nicely appointed throughout. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and comfortable and the wifi worked well. We were able to book using Hilton Honor points so being "free" made it even better. I noticed the rates were around $250/night so seems a bit pricey for Missoula but I'm not sure. It is definitely a wonderful hotel in an area with many dining options (you'll have to use your car to get to downtown, however).

Good people and a very new and well maintained property. While I never like "wall banger" type HVAC systems this is typical for limited service hotels. The place looks really nice and location is great but it has a few problems. The pool was closed in the first week of Aug. It had a great looking breakfast bar but we came to find out there was a $10-11 add on. There were no lights in one of the lamps in our room. For the holiday price I paid, I expected more. The cleanliness of the room was lacking in many ways. Hairs in clean towels, on the bathroom sink faucet and floors. Bedding had red stain on it. Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was very nice. My wife and I made a business trip to Missoula Montana and the Hilton Garden Inn was very comfortable, the staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this as a great place to stay. Thanks to Hilton for a wonderful room.

Stayed here twice now. Both times had a great stay. Friendly and clean. Location is great and close for airport service. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. It was excellent and again service was extremely friendly. Food was excellent!

If you want a good night sleep do not stay hear. They have those ridiculous feather pillows that look great when they make up the bed but are useless to sleep on. The beds are lumpy and have the crest in the middle, sure sign of wear and tear. I have stayed at the hotel several times over the year, in several different rooms and the beds are all the same. Stayed here for a seminar. Typical of Garden Inn brand, with very adequate rooms, friendly staff and clean. Internet a little slow. There is a restaurant for dinner and bar next door, which is not as convenient as some other Garden Inns with a bar in the same building. Offer a light breakfast as well as a full, prepared to order breakfast, which is good for those with a lighter appetite.

My stay met and exceeded any expectations. Room was comfortable. Location was perfect for my stay. The breakfast was amazing. The staff serving breakfast was amazing. Yes you have to pay $9.95 but well worth it.

Was looking for room quick off interstate for one night. This hotel filled our needs, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Although it is a for pay breakfast, the food was so much better than comparable chains. Would stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms are extremely nice. Wish we could have stayed longer there but it was just for an overnight. Read the reviews and it sounded beautiful with the river, but we never saw it.
