This facility has some age, only one elevator, but cleanly kept and a staff trying very hard to make certain guests are accommodated. Our room was comfortable and some upgrading had obviously been done in our spacious bathroom. The complimentary breakfast flavorful and in good supply.

Accommodations at this hotel were great, staff was great, and quiet rooms. Upon arrival our key was already prepared and was give to us so that we could go to our room after a long day of travel. Staff was friendly as well, use of complimentary shuttle to pick up our rental car was great as well.

Checking in and out were good. Hotel guaranteed late arrival which was good. The downfall once again were the queen beds. I figured from making reservation at the Hampton Inn-Near Worlds of Fun the beds at that location was awful. I just knew the next Hampton Inn would be better. Once again, the beds were terrible. My husband woke up the next morning around 4 am complaining that his back was hurting. Its hard to give a review when your back is bothering you. Overall, the hotel room was okay, b... Read more

This is the best hotel we have stayed in while visiting Missoula. The price was incredible for such a great hotel. We were able to check in right away when we arrived, and thanks to the digital check in option, all I had to do was pick up my keys. The room was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was huge compared to most hotel bathrooms and it was just a standard room. The complimentary breakfast was hot and delicious and had options for everyone in our family. The location of this hotel is very convenient to several restaurants. Service has some to be desired. Breakfast was okay but very inadequate with the amount of guestss (i.e.: inadequate seating, serving area very cramped, attendant was very inefficient)

We were met by a very friendly Stephanie at the front desk. Our first inquiry was for a recommendation for a place to eat and she recommended a place that turned out to be a great place - The Montana Club. The bed was very comfortable after 8 hours of driving. The mirrors and lightening was the best we had gotten in 6 days. Kevin id a very good job making sure our room was fresh and clean. The breakfast menu was the standard offering but was hot and fresh.

This is a very nice property. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast area is kept up extremely well. We unfortunately had to do laundry at this hotel as we were on a long trip, but it was very cool and not at all humid in the laundry area. Normally at hotels they are hot and humid and miserable, so this was a welcome relief!

We stayed here for 3 nights in the middle of June 2016. The hotel was fine if a little outdated in it's decor. The price per night was high for what you get. There was nothing terrible, but nothing great either. Meh. We did not eat the typical free lobby breakfast because there are many amazing breakfast spots in town. (Like the Catalyst Cafe).

We reserved by App and all our requests were met as expected. Nice greeting upon arrival, good breakfast buffet, pleasant 'vaya con Dios.' This facility is close to the airport, and to Hwy 93 north to Flathead country. There is a lot of commerce on Reserve St (Hwy 93 S) and one great restaurant close, NARA KOREAN BBQ and SUSHI. Not to be missed on ReserveSt.

This is an older Hilton facility, and should be up for an update soon. Things are in excellent repair, and it's kept clean and friendly. The access doors are kind of strange, only at the ends of the building, which makes parking and loading a little more difficult. The pool is nice, the hot tub has amazingly strong jets, and is actually hot! Hotel is located in the NE end of town, which is the new business/travel area. Cleanliness is utmost importance to me and this property nailed it. We walked in without a reservation and the front desk accommodated our room request with a can-do attitude. She called a couple of hours later to inquire if there was anything she could do or if we would like anything. We've done a lot of traveling throughout the U.S. over the years, and that was a first. We could not check in until 2:00, which is standard, but when asked to check on available rooms he refused to do it, that was the first of many; however we did end up writing a Catch Me card and mentioned he was the only one who smiled and said good morning. We regularly stay at Hampton Inns on driving vacations. These hotels are not luxurious, but are clean, decorated nicely, updated, and well maintained. The Hampton Inn in Missoula does not match our expectations. We reserved a king bed room well in advance. When we arrived our assigned room smelled very badly. Somehow this just wasn't as nice as most Hamptons I've stayed in. Do not be deterred - it was a clean, quiet hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was acceptable. This hotel is just what you expect in a Hampton. It was just a place to sleep and get the included complete, hot breakfast but it really did the job for us. We came in without a reservation and we may have gotten one of the last rooms as the kids were all getting back to college. We almost stayed near the airport but there are very few restaurants there while all kinds of restaurants and services are right by the Hampton. Take a look downtown for some of the interesting old architecture.

We stayed here the first and last night of our vacation because it was close to the airport. This appeared to be an older property, and it was a bit dated, but clean. Despite it's location on a busy road, it was very quiet. The hotel was booked up one night but we didn't hear any noise from other guests. Breakfast was good and seating was in the lobby.
