Stayed overnight on a Saturday with my husband and step-son. The room was very clean, I really liked the bed and the linen was very nice. My husband woke up with a sore back as he found the mattress too soft but I had a good sleep. My step-son didn't have any issue with the comfort of his bed either. The bathroom had a good stock of towels and face cloths and I really appreciated the wrapped disposable drinking cups provided with the coffee machine. There seemed to be a very varied clientele, ... Chose this place because we found a coupon in a local magazine, so ended up being very reasonably priced. Does not accept dogs, so ours had to stay in the empty horse trailer we were hauling. Big, clean rooms, with a fabulous breakfast that included a wide variety of foods and a wonderful breakfast area. Lots of amenities, but unfortunately we didn't have time to use them. Love the Montana décor in the lobby.

My daughter in law, granddaughter and I stayed here when we came to see family. The hotel is beautiful the staff is wonderful (especially our maid) I believe her name was Jackie. The rooms are very clean and the beds very comfortable. The duvet is changed with every guess, which that is a big plus for me. The pool area is wonderful, with fresh clean towels everywhere you look. They also have a hot tub and a shower where you can rinse off before and after. I can not tell you anything about the... This is a standard Hampton Inn no surprises, no disappointments except the foul coffee. Good coffee can be had in many places in Kalispell and most are local brews. In support of Kalispell small businesses and as service to Hampton Inn guests why can't the hotel serve decent coffee? The facility is nice, clean and up to date. Business services lack, as the connections to the internet have failed, and no one seems to know how to fix it. The pool and athletic facility are quite nice. But they watered my car. I had to run it through 3 car washes to get the spots off. I was parked next to the employee of the quarter, so I suppose they watered them, too. But wow - they watered my car.

The hotel has quite the friendly and attentive staff but seems like it is in dire need of an update given the funky smell in the room we were first given (the bathroom and room appeared to be cleaned well). We were given a replacement room promptly but there appeared to be an AC unit right outside our window which gave off a booming noise every 15 minutes. Internet service was spotty so if this is important for your stay, you might want to consider upgrading to premium.

We have always enjoyed our stays with Hampton Inn and this location lived up to our expectations. The breakfast was quite extensive with a lot to pick from. Plenty of protein and fresh fruit items as well. The only item that we should have asked the hotel about but failed to, our fault, was the choice of pillows. We stayed here 1 night. Our room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were pleasant. They have a nice indoor pool and hot tub that is open 24 hrs. That's really nice if you get in late after a long day out and about. They have a nice selection for breakfast and plenty of room to sit.

A good hotel that is quiet and comfortable. Amenities are very good, including Internet service and complimentary breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. It would be a positive step if they would offer "breakfast in a bag" on the weekends, so travelers could get an earlier jump on Glacier National Park activities.

While Kalispell does have a lot of higher end lodging, you would have to go to Whitefish just a few miles a way for that, there are a lot of places to stay. The Hampton Innn there is well located and just what you would expect from this well respected national chain. Rooms are clean and quiet and there are a lot of facilities for the traveler. Breakfast is included and it is a decent one for a hotel of this type. With a pool, business center , gym and conference rooms this makes for a... Read more

We debated on where to stay while we toured the area. This was the right choice. It is on Hwy. 2 and provides easy access to highways in all directions. Beds were great, very quiet and has a nice place to launder clothes. Good indoor pool and exercise facility also. Recommended for those who travel to this area.

The location of this hotel was easy to find and easy to get around. Glacier National Park was about a 45 minute drive. Registration was friendly, quick and easy. Room was clean, roomy and comfortable, with a view of the back parking lot. Breakfast was significant with waffles, eggs, either bacon or sausage, fruit and both hot and cold cereals. Only negative comment was the noise on our floor. Someone in a room nearby kept going in and out of their room, and having a loud discussion out in ... Read more

We stayed two nights at the Kalispell Hampton while visiting Glacier Park and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was ultra-clean, modern, and the king sized bed was very comfortable. We were amazed at how quiet it was. The hot breakfast was delicious and the front desk staff was efficient and friendly. The entrance road to the hotel was stunning, with several trees in autumn red. They were also in the process of completing some amazing new landscaping, including a large sculpture. We highly recomme... Read more

I've stayed at a number of Hampton Inns around the country. Most of the time experience has been well above average. In this case, it was a bit of a mixed bag. Good, even Great: 1) The front desk staff! Very accommodating, friendly, helpful at all times; 2) Ease of parking, lots of places close to the door; 3) Pool and workout room; 4) Coffee bar open and easily accessible all day. Since we had already paid for lodging in Missoula we didn't want to spend too much more. I was truly disappointed that the housekeeper knocked on my door to clean the room at 8:25am when there was a Do Not Disturb on the door. Later I heard her say to another staff member that she cleaned all her rooms early so she could get done and go. The bathroom had a surprising amount of hair from a previous guest on the floor and in the bathtub. And the rooms have fairly poor sound control between floors; footsteps from guests above are very loud. Most of the staff is helpful and friendly... Read more

This hotel is not in the busy area around all the big box stores like Walmart and Target. It is an older property, but we found it to be clean and well maintained. We had a few issues like a leaky toilet, but the maintenance guy fixed it when we complained. Their ice and coke machines are in the central hallway . Be sure to request a room away from the machines because they were noisy.
