Stayed here in snow of course. The younger gentleman at the FD was kind enough each day to clean off cars. Again. Each day. Mary at the Breakfast Bar was wonderful. I will/ would definitely stay again if I find myself in Helena.

This is one of the best experiences you will ever have in a Hotel. The staff, and management are like your friends. I have stayed her for personal and business and every stay is the best. I give this a 10 all the way around.

We had an average stay at the Hampton. Everything was ok ie the room cleanliness etc but nothing truly stood out as great. Customer service was ok as well as breakfast. The price was a little more than I'd like to have paid but it seemed a lot of the hotels at this time were either booked or too pricey for what they were offering guests. We would stay here again but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Whenever we travel, our first choice of hotels is always Hampton Inn and Suites. We know what to expect and it always meets or exceeds out expectations. We will continue to make Hampton Inn, or Hilton products our choice when traveling - both in the States or abroad.

We have tried several hotels in Helena and this one is by far our best experience. The room had excellent d├ęcor, was very clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was mostly very friendly, and if you are lucky enough to have Anthony on shift you will be very happy with how well you are treated. The breakfast was a little weak but for me that is minor.

As with all Hampton Inns, I was not disappointed with this hotel. Staff was helpful, room was well kept and clean, and entire property was attractive. Plus I got 3x bonus points by booking through the HHonors app!

Nothing to really complain about. The lobby is clean, modern and inviting; the room was comfortable and clean; nice and clean looking pool and fitness center. It is next to the highway, so some traffic noise, but otherwise a convenient location.

The staff were friendly and very helpful in dealing with a problem with our reservation due to hotels. com. The room was very clean and well appointed with microwave, fridge, nice linens and a comfortable bed. The free breakfast and breakfast staff were exceptional. The pool and hot tub area were very clean. A very pleasant stay.

The hotel walls are thin, I could easliy here my neighbor's talking and their late night PT session. The hotel is close to busy highway which makes it noisy. I found it difficult to sleep due to it. Ah.

Best breakfast we've ever had in a Hampton....very friendly & helpful staff. Location is a bit odd, but we weren't there for the view. Coffee pots were always full & wifi was free. Plenty of convenient parking.
