We stayed in Helena for 1 week while commuting daily to Craig for fishing. The breakfast selection was AMAZING! Changed daily, hot and cold options, so plenty of variety and the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. A the rooms were very clean and nice.

I travel to Helena often for business. Of the several local hotels I have tried, this one is THE BEST. Clean, friendly staff, and quality breakfast. I would highly recommend the Hampton in Helena. I won't stay anywhere else.

Great place to stay for Carroll College graduation weekend. Location is ideal as well as value and comfort. We had easy check in and our rooms were clean and welcoming. I enjoyed the fitness room for morning exercise and the continental breakfast always is good and has lots of variety. Staff are friendly and ensure quality service.

This was the first time staying, at this particular Hampton inn. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how big the rooms were. The rooms were clean, and the hotel staff was very pleasant. We would definitely stay there again.

The bathrooms did not have a fan installed and that made the hotel seem mediocre regardless of the other amenities they provided because many of those were not used. Staff was exceptional and the rest of the stay was very good.

Hotel was located very close to all of our activities. We were able to sight see daily and visit with our family, meet for dinners, Hotel was clean, front desk friendly, my Son and wife stayed there also and he had a problem with there Assessable shower arrangements.. they put the bar chair what ever you call it in the middle so my daughter in law had to straddle it to shower.. I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton inn in Helena. The room was decorated very nice and very comfortable. I loved the chairs , sofa, and spacious bathroom. One of the nicer Hampton Inns I have stayed at. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in town. I had a good cardio workout in their fitness center which is on the small side and does not include weights. A minor inconvenience, but still a great stay!!

Facility was very clean. Bathroom needed hard water cleaned from shower. However, hard water is a problem in this area I believe. Bed was very comfortable and staff were really nice. Breakfast was very good! People are very friendly in this town!

One night on the way home. Nice location - driving distance to everything. Coffee, tea and cookies available in the lobby. Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom. Left early, so can't comment on breakfast. Great place for a 1 night stay.

While this is not an old hotel, it seemed to be constructed with poorer quality materials and felt more like some of the other downscale hotels you see so often. The staff was less friendly than usual for Hilton/Hampton properties. We had to ask for our waters even though we are diamond members. The shower curtain was sour and the bathroom floor strangely sticky. The Beds were fine and all the linen was clean but it just didn't feel as nice as most of the other Hilton properties....sorry.

We had to do a reset. We parked in the small truck stop by the hotel. And walked over there. They have a shuttle service to the airport. I asked if they would take us into town. So we could walk around and see Helena. They took us downtown and told us a little about the town. Then picked us up when we were ready. That was awesome. Then we swam and relaxed in the hot tub And their breakfast was great. They helped turn a boring reset into a very enjoyable one. Thank you

Nice enough hotel. Room is spacious and bathroom also. The a/c will not respond to the wall control. No way to turn it off. Was 58 and still is now. Had yo place pillows over fan. Husband didn't want the v hassle of maintainance coming or switching after we'd already used shower before dinner out. Other than the mold under handle & around tub, with visable soap scum under soap holder & down the wall it's an older but nice hotel. I enjoy a bath after a day of driving. We were visiting family and booked a stay here. The place has easy freeway access and was very clean. The area isn't much to look at, kind of on the edge of town. The walls are a bit thin. The gentleman in the room next to us could be heard coughing up a lung really early in the morning. All in all it was a nice stay with cookies in the evening.

Stayed here on the way from Glacier National park to Yellowstone. We usually stay at Hampton if one is available for the usual things; clean rooms, unironed sheets (always a little disconcerting) , free parking, simple breakfast and all for a relatively low rate. Nothing different here.

This Hampton is offers no amenities. It is bare bones so it is not worth the price. It is clean. The beds are comfortable and the staff is super nice. But at over $150 per night, not worth it. Breakfast is awful. Gym equipment limited and they don't have weights. The pool area was 90 degrees so unbearable to sit and watch your kids play. The internet was intermittent. I travel a lot so my expectations are probably higher than others. But this hotel is worth $120 per night max.

I have allergies to many things but their shampoos and products do not bother me. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Easy to plug in my cpap near the bed.

This Hampton Inn had an extremely friendly and helpful staff. The hotel room was spotless and comfortable, and the common areas also were very clean. The fitness center was large, well equipped and clean. I will definitely stay at this hotel every time I'm in the Tri-Cities. The only minor drawback is the availability of more good sit-down restaurants near the hotel, which may be a temporary situation.

3 level inn. Older building. 1 elevator. Spacious room with good air condition, fridge, microwave. Large bathroom. Comfortable bedding. Breakfast area was larger than most and well maintained with friendly staff. Room was clean. Nice sized parking lot. Was a little more worn than most Hampton inns, but was a nice clean place to lay your head.

We had read on trip advisor that the third floor was the quietest with the lower numbered rooms being the quietest and farthest away from the highway. The even numbered rooms have a good view. Our room was a good size and comparable to other Hampton Ins we have stayed in. The staff at front desk is very friendly and helpful. We used the on-line check in and it was seamless and fast. Not the nicest Hampton I've stayed, definitely not the most clean, but the staff was wonderful! My room was clean expect for the dust in the towl holders in the bathroom, which made me question how clean my room really was; there was also black mold on the shower. The pool is TINY and not very well sloped into deeper water, it was also freezing. The breakfast was less sub part, and pretty sure the eggs weren't from a chicken.

Having stayed at Hampton Inns all over the country, this stop was a real downer. We had to have our roomed changed because the first one stank of cigarette smoke. Housekeeping should have noticed this (smoking is forbidden in rooms) and locked the room off to patrons until it was properly cleaned. The second room smelled ok but housekeeping had neglected to stock tissues. Maintenance has also been neglected. The sink took an age to drain. The shower mechanism was tough to operate because o... The Hampton Inn and Suites is one of the two best hotels in Helena. Being a Hilton Diamond Member makes it a natural place to stay. The staff is excellent. Victor recommended a cafe that was good enough that I ate at it both nights. Anthony was great at the front desk, giving me a lot of info about the area. Mary does a great job with the breakfast. This was one of the best experiences with a Hampton Inn we've ever had. Front desk, and breakfast personnel were super friendly and helpful. Really nice folks. Have had continued problem with not handling special rate I have for my company. Last two times told I did not have rate and last time said I did and was charged normal rate. When you travel little things become extra things to do when not handled properly. I look forward to having additional Hilton property in Helena to offset gouging that goes on during peek season. I get it but long time customers are forgotten and caught in flush.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn in Helena was nice and comfortable but our room was next to the busy highway and we could hear every vehicle that used that road all through the night. The front desk clerk said he would put us on the second floor where it wouldn't be so noisy. It actually sounded like we were sleeping in our car on the side of a freeway.
