This Quality Inn takes pets, there is a charge of $10. The entrance is inviting, We were just off the freeway enough to get a quite nights rest. Six pillows on a King is nice if you like pillows. Older Inn I think they are trying to update. Clean rooms. Breakfast room is huge and they serve the large breakfast. Waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit. They had omelets some with salsa in them. Staff was friendly. I looked at sights on the internet and prices were cheaper than we were quoted so may I sugge... Read more

We arrived quite late driving all day from Las Vegas. The area looks a bit sketchy, but once we were in the hotel, we were welcomed with large comfortable beds and beautiful wooden furniture. The free breakfast was good - hot and cold cereals, waffle maker, breads and bagels, omelettes and bacon. Good value for our quick stay.

We enjoyed a night at Quality Inn and Suites in Butte. The room was clean, roomy and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety and was very fresh and tasty. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful. If we are back in Butte we will definitely stay there again.

We have stayed in the Quality Inn and suites in the past and have had a good quiet room and good stay. This time however, we arrived and checked in only to open the door to our room and find the bed not made, and clothes in the closet as well as suitcase, and other personal items. It turned out that the person who was supposed to have checked out, actually did not. We did get assigned to another room away from our relatives that we travelled together with. That room had a noisy heat exchange... Read more

The king-size bed was fabulous and comfortable!! The size of the room was great! The room smelled nice, was clean, and had everything....fridge, micro, coffee maker, lotion, soap, friendly staff, etc. Good location, easy off-on the highway. The hotel exterior was being worked on so there was a lot of noise; they quit around 5:30, 6:00. After that, it was very quiet. Wasn't expecting a free, hot breakfast, but it was there and good. The place is older, but they're making changes. Good valu... Read more

First time stay here; usually book Comfort Inn on the other side of the freeway when we stop in Butte, but decided to give this a try. Pros: --rustic wood furniture was a nice change from generic hotel furnishings --big breakfast room --friendly staff --toilet and sink had door between them so both could be used at the same time Cons: --showerhead mounted too low --tub looked dingy --drapes let in fair bit of light under and around them

The young woman who checked us in was very friendly and efficient. Our room with 2 queen beds was clean and well furnished with everything we could want. Oddly enough, the hallway just outside the room looked pretty bad -- walls were dingy and in need of new paint, the the hall carpets needed vacuuming. But we were very happy with the room itself, which had very comfy beds, a table with 2 chairs, mini-fridge and microwave, hairdryer, and all the usual amenities. We were disappointed that the ... Nice Quality Inn with easy access off Interstate 15 or 90 . Rooms are decorated well and beds comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also Included is a Fabulous Hot Breakfast. I just spent 6 weeks on the road traveling across the country and this breakfast was one of the best. A Good Value Choice Hotel !

When we arrived, the power was out. They said it should be on within an hour, so we went to dinner and exploring. Still out when we came back. Maintenance let us in. No flashlight or anything. Ended up breaking my toe on the bed in the dark. Power out until after 1am. Only gave us a $15 discount for our "trouble". Pool and hot tub closed our entire stay. We chose this motel because we were traveling with kids who wanted to swim. Breakfast was barely edible.

The room was a bit shabby but was clean. The TV didn't work, maintenance was called but didn't arrive before we went to bed (45+ minutes). The bed was comfortable and quiet and the staff were friendly.

We had a great stay at the Quality Inn in Butte. We got in a bit late, but they were quick to bring us a roll away bed. The pool is quite nice, as is the hot tub. They had a nice breakfast with a lot of choices. Get a map, the hotel is huge and a bit confusing.

Traveled over the Fourth of July weekend. Checking in for one night and quick stop only for sleep before hitting the road for another long day of driving. The professional photos showed updated, well furnished rooms. The reviews talked of a remodel, was hoping the entire property had been updated. The Quality Inn is nothing to look at. Matter-of-fact, we had a good chuckle at what looked like duct tape covering former amenities on the sign out by the street. First thing my husband commented on... Read more

Turned out to be a nice stay here for one night on our way to Glacier National park. Comfortable beds, fairly quiet for a summer holiday week. Very busy check in time. No air conditioning in the lobby so kind of warm. (But they did offer us fresh cookies and coffee). Had to wait a bit to get 2 rooms close together on the first floor. (No elevator) So we went to dinner while we waited. When we returned the rooms were ready for us. Good hot breakfast. all in all a nice place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here on two different dates because of early flight times and very late arrival times out of Butte airport. On our first night we had a room upstairs. The outside door leading in to the hotel had a big sign that said door sticks pull hard. I believe this door did not even lock. I noticed the mats at the entry were all frayed and very worn. Though out the hotel there were pieces of what looked like plaster all over the stairs and hallways. There was no ice machine on the s... Read more

Everything was perfect, but the young men who checked me in get extra praise for taking the time to get me oriented to the city and the Montana Folk Festival. They spent at least five minutes answering my questions. By the time they were done, I was already half in love with Butte.

I will look elsewhere first if staying in Butte again. There are other hotels that are much newer nearby that would likely be better. The floors were nasty in this place. One of our beds had a box spring shaped like a canoe, it would literally rock side to side. The whole place had a myriad of odors that weren't pleasant. Hot tub and sauna were out of service. The staff was decent but I suspect they are woefully understaffed. Also it had rained earlier that day, the lobby had water intrusi... Read more

We spent a good amount of time at the indoor pool. It is nice and clean and we all had a really good time swimming. I'll start by saying that Leah at the front desk was fabulous! The full breakfast offered many options for our picky kids. The beds were comfortable, the water was hot and had great pressure. If I couldn't sleep at home after a long day in the car, this was a great second choice. The pool was a bit cold for this wimpy mom, but overall, this is a place we would stay again.

Some idiot had the bright idea to have the parking lot seal coated on the cities busiest weekend of the year. They hired some moronic contractors to do it that were absolutely rude. When asked the hotel staff to address it they did nothing. They solution was just to give me my money back, cancel my reservation leaving me with no place to stay because all the other hotels were sold out. The sold called manager was a moron too. We had a group that needed a place to sleep, with a free breakfast, that's all. We never used the pool or hot tubs, we literally just went in and slept. Beds were updated, paint, etc. Carpet needs to be replaced, but looks like they are in the process of doing more updates. For our purposes, it was perfect. Bathrooms are TINY, but there is a fridge and microwave if you need one.

The ice machine didn't work at all in the three days we were there. When we complained to the reception staff the response was "I know, I'm out of here in three days myself." The Quality Inn in Butte Montana is a nice affordable place to stay. The Staff was very friendly and the room clean/comfortable. Medium... in service industries, it's not the problems you have that define your quality but how you respond to them. Problem here was there was no water for the 1st 3 or 4 hours due to a main break. That happens, no problem. The additional problem was there was no hot water, including the morning after. There was no notice given, no updates on when hot water may be restored or any communication at all. The part that really sucked is there was no compensation offered for the lack of hot water. ... The night we spent in Butte, Mt., was comfortable. The room was small and decorated in a rustic look. We had a king bed, an over stuffed chair, desk. . .and that was about all that could fit beside the dresser for the tv. The room did have a microwave and a mini fridge. It was fairly quiet and clean. We got lucky and had a jacuzzi tub, but we didn't use it. A hot continental breakfast was included.
