Beautiful reception area! Hotel is two floors without elevator. Rooms updated as much as possible in older hotel. Restaurant closed for evening. Not sure if that was related to several meetings happening where it appeared dinner was served. Pool and jacuzzi area nice.

Had no problems except for no elevator , get a little winded going up stairs at 5000 feet since we're basically sea level people now! Great breakfast , cooked to order in 3 rivers restaurant! Good sleep , got a free newspaper too!

Clearly designed and built when land was cheap ~ and definitely not handicapped-friendly ~ this rambling vestige of the Kemmons Wilson original concept is aptly described by staff as a tear-down-waiting-to-happen. We have been regular visitors to Bozeman and lodging customers there for more than 20 years. And while we rate the Holiday Inn Express here very highly, this facility is very-dated, awkward to use (the straight-line from the check-in desk to our room is through the locked oversized p... Clean hotel, friendly staff, good location. The hotel seems very outdated, and no elevator to the second floor is a negative for older patrons. Bar was pretty good and the price was right. It would be fine for a overnight stay.

Front desk help was scarce and slow. They were not attentive to others requests such as a handicap first floor room. Sad because when we checked in the room they put us in would have been a good fit for the gentleman who requested an easily accessible room. Room was comfortable and clean with nice linens and variety of pillows. I did not pay the extra fee for breakfast so can not comment on it. Some soundproofing would be nice as you can hear everyone coming and going and kids running up and down... Read more

Kind of disappointed to visit a place without an elevator and the room rate was high for the room I had on the second floor. Really needs updating and I was surprised to see this in Bozeman. Other places stayed here much nicer. Only reason a said very good was for the staff who were very friendly.

We came to this location for the convenience, as is is the pickup and drop off hotel for the Yellowstone shuttle bus for trips to Yellowstone /Hot Springs hotel (no personal cars allowed into the park past the Hot Springs in winter. ) Stayed for a night on both ends of our weeklong Yellowstone in Winter trip. So beat having to rent a car for the 1+ hour drive, and leaving it in a lot in Yellowstone for several days. The rooms are very basic--clean but basic-- tho the lobby is an updated lodge fe... My family stayed at this hotel the night after flying into the Bozeman Airport. We arrived late and left early but altogether had a good stay. The front desk clerk was very nice. The room looked a little dated but no problems. If in the area we would stay here again.

Pretty basic hotel with nothing extraordinary to write about. Did have several significant issues though... 1. A 4pm standard check in time is a bit on the late side. 2. Our room had the smallest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel including ones in budget hotels. 3. $200 a night is simply ridiculous! I know Bozeman is a "resort" town, but I have stayed in much nicer rooms for that price and less right in the middle of downtown Denver.

Stayed here before going to the airport for an early flight. Reception staff more than helpful, very friendly. Room was clean with nice toiletries. Bit of noise in the corridor when we were trying to sleep but this can't be helped. Didn't sample the breakfast as my flight was at 5am- shuttle service took me at 4am to the airport free of charge. Would definitely stay again - just opposite Walmart if you need to pop out and get a few things. Pool was clean, jacuzzi looked like it could have done ... Read more

Allegiant air put us up here for a night when they had mechanical issues. It was ok. A bit smelly and old. Who doesn't include breakfast anymore. Holiday Inns are a bit antiquated. Rooms were fine and beds were comfy. With so much competition, they need to improve service or they will go out of business.

Arrived in town Christmas Eve, starving. About the only place open was the resturant/lounge. They were slammed! Standing room only when two stools at the bar opened. Decent prime rib at the inn, wonderful service from bar and kitchen staff!

We visited twice recently and ran into discrepancies in the price. The first time we were charged a higher rate for the same type of room and same mid week period. I found this frustrating. Also, when I made the reservations I particularly asked for a 2nd floor room but they booked me into a lower level. I chose to stay in this hotel for the shuttle to and from the airport but found out it was booked so had to arrange other transportation--poor service. Then to make it all worse our room sm... This is an older Holiday Inn which is dire need of a major renovation or IHG should pull their franchise. The lobby and rooms are well worn. The rooms are clean but certainly not worth the outrageous prices that hotels in Bozeman charge. Unless you get a "deal" stay elsewhere.

Stayed here for two nights. $210 per night! Luckily my boss was paying for the room and not me or I would of stayed else where. Expected a free breakfast or atleast a coupon for the restraunt but was told there is no coupon for guests. For $210 a night they should atleast offer 20% off or a free basic meal for guest, what kind of hotel these days doesn't offer a free breakfast or a coupon!? This Holiday Inn needs a complete remodel! The photo they use for marketing purposes makes it appear like a newer hotel, but it's not. The rooms are very outdated. There is no breakfast, which you would expect for $260.00 a night (July 2016). The hotel doesn't even have an elevator, which means you carry your suitcase up the emergency exit steps if you're on the second floor. I would not stay at this hotel!

Was traveling through and needed a place that accepted pets. Room was ok, carpet was sticky and dirty, halls were dingy. My main problem was the price, $250 for one night and they put us on the second floor, seemed silly when we had a dog with us. Common sense tells me that people with pets should have ground floor rooms but maybe that isn't so. The lobby was nice and beds were nice. Overall it was ok but very overpriced for what you got so for that reason I won't return.

I've been traveling over the course of a month from east to west coast and this was the worst holiday in Ive ever stayed in. We got to the room and my daughter discovered and old opened packet of garlic sauce on the floor under the bed. The hotel did offer a new room but at that point I was disgusted and really wanted to leave. We went to the new room and a dead fly was on t... Read more

If I only rated on customer service this would be an excellent hotel because of the staff that I dealt with. The property itself appears to be a bit dated. I thought I was back in the 90's. Dark hallways and worn carpet. The lock to our room needed replacement. I had to go back to the front desk a couple of times to replace the key. The front desk manager finally had to come down and open it with his key and was very apologetic. This is one of few Holiday Inns which accepts pets. I usually have ... Read more

A place to stay after visiting Yellowstone. The staff was friendly, and the beds comfortable. There was a frig., microwave, hair dryer, and Keirig coffeemaker in the room. There is a restaurant for meals. My only complaint was low water pressure from the shower head only(maybe it was clogged with lime deposits).

I did one of those mystery hotel bookings on expedia and got this one at a great price! Hotel is fairly new. Rooms are clean, modern, AC works great! The pool on their website is claimed to be one of the larger in the area but it looks "ok" but it does have a small hot tub also and a gym. Bed is SUPER comfy. It's also right off the highway for easy access and w/I 5-10 min drive of restaurants & shopping. No free breakfast but there is coffee in the room and a small fridge.

Although this is an older property it is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Easy access from the interstate and to down town. The food is good and the staff is friendly. The room is clean but the bathroom is a bit cramped. The door only misses the commode by a 1/2 inch. I would stay here again next trip to Bozeman.

Seemed clean enough. No complimentary breakfast which stinks when traveling with kids. Close enough to town to drive to restaurants. Nighttime hall noises of people walking by was very audible and a problem for waking kids. Expedia had a great deal $. Hotel restaurant was slow but good. No cookies were offered at reception. Employees were kind.

As a road warrior I always stay at the Holiday Inn chain. We stayed at this property recently on a reward night during a vacation. The entrance lobby is quite western and the staff are friendly however the property is old and it shows up once you leave the lobby. The biggest problem is this hotel has NO elevator and they placed us on the 2nd floor with our large suitcases. Nice hotel. Wry comfortable. The rooms are very clean and comfortable the beds also. The coffee maker is a Keurig but would not work right. Could not get a hot glass of water for tea. Tried 6 times. The bar Is kinda a joke, they have a kitchen but it closes at 10 and they have no bar food, not even pretzels! Somehow they have to put some chips or something in there for the late people. We had to order pizza out. Prices are a bit high per night but I guess it's the going rate.

A very large hotel! Rooms were nice and clean and we have no complaints at all. The staff was friendly and they had cookies! Nice beds, and pretty quiet. We also did laundry there, good working machines and the front desk had soap and dryer sheets. This hotel had a nice lobby with a large vendor area, almost like a comvience center! Very accommodating place! Recommend.

The lobby is welcoming but then it rather drops from there. Rooms are pretty small could use an update. Check-in took a long time. Then when we got to the room the room key did not work. Returning to the lobby, we found many people whose room key did not work. One day we returned about 5 p.m;. from a day out and the room had still not been made up. They did come quickly when we called. Food is not bad.

After a longer Friday touring from Jackson, WY through the Tetons and Old Faithful area of Yellowstone, we were ready for a good night's sleep after a decent dinner. This hotel boasts 3 stars (while in fact it should be at best 2 stars). The rooms smell. The beds are slumps. Granted, the rooms are cheap. But the hotel is worse than most Holiday Inn's really A cheap motel (compared to Motel 6), not a hotel.
