Just stayed and was under impressed. Our room was cleaned but there were whole almonds on various places on the floor. The door was malfunctioning and we went through about 10 key cards. Staff were responsive to changing the lock. We could not have caffeinated coffee because they "ran out". They told us to come to the lobby in the morning for coffee. We were very disappointed because we expected more from a Raddison property.

We stayed at the Radisson for the first time and it will probably be our last. The staff at the front counter were not too friendly, just business like so hesitated asking for directions for dinner. The room is a good size, one king size bed and 2 chairs. Bed was comfortable and pillows really too soft. Air conditioned was blowing at us all night. We came back a little late and wanted to take a quick shower as had been very hot all day. The shower was broken with a piece in the tub. Thought we w... Read more

Not as pleased as I was hoping to be, desk clerks were awesome, opened the door to our room and there was a Dirty pillowcase on the floor, no shampoo, only 1 bottle of water that had already been open, also AIR CONDITIONER did not cool the room, went to the bar/ casino it was fun but ROOM is still HOT!! Hotel needs UPDATING especially when we pay $150. A night with a discount! If they would put some money into fixing and cleaning it would be nice!!

Pictures need updated. Halls are dirty and room stinks. The beds are not queens. More like fulls. Very outdated and over priced for what we received. Thought breakfast was included, but there is a restaurant instead. Will never stay again.

Unless we kept air conditioner on high pet urine odor was terrible(I do own dogs but choose not to have them travel with me.) The room stunk. No shampoo in bathroom front desk said they had none either, 2 towels in room for a party of 4, desk sent a young native american guy with more. He had a cart full of towels he was taking to other rooms short of towels. However if you like sleeping in the center of the bed this is the place, you will roll right to the valley in the middle of the matress.

The hotel was nice enough. It was a clean room, and the hotel staff was friendly. the check-in process was very slow, but other than that it was OK. We were put in the area in the back of the property. The kids played in the pool, and it was clean too.

Just passing through and stayed 1 night. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was told this recently changed hands from a Grand Hilton to Radisson. It appears maintenance was neglected for quite some time. New owners/staff are working issues, but it will rake some time to get this back to a 3 star hotel. The structure is good, nice features, options, etc. It just need some TLC. Bottom line it's currently struggling to meet a 2 star rating, but will soon be back to a 3 star (hopefully)?

The hotel entry and lobby exceeded our expectations! Price was very good, found online. The room was clean and beds were acceptable. Bathroom was a bit small but its a hotel bathroom. The pool was on the cold side but was fun for the girls after hours in the car. Restaurant was nice. The newer section looked nicer than the older side where we were at.

This facility is in need of a lot of work in order to come up to Radisson standards. We had to change rooms because the A/C didn't work. The restaurant and lounge are only open part time. The staff is working hard to make you happy but they can only do so much with what they have. They are running VERY thin on the staff. We were there for a wedding and everyone was pretty disappointed.

Needs a overhaul. Bathrooms are dirty and needs maintenance. Hard to maneuver through the maze of buildings like a road map of NYC. Breakfast voucher is worthless when there is no one to wait on you. Not even to seat you. 5 minutes waiting for anyone to show up. Left and went to Cracker Barrel. I WILL NOT stay here again. This place needs torn down and a Holiday Inn Express in its place. Have a great day.

I would not go so far as to say that this place is awful, but it's pretty close. From the shoddy exterior, the smelly, rancid standing pools of water in the lobby (clearly was a cascading waterfall when this was a Holiday Inn or maybe an Embassy Suites before that), to the outdated carpet, air conditioners, and plumbing. There are not good restaurant or social settings within reasonable walking distance, and in fact all the convention buildings nearby look like they have not been used in a decad... Read more

Well where do I start! FIRST we booked a room for a half a day so we could rest before getting on a plane. The Radisson has a half a day rate and had billed us for the whole day. My other half had attempted several times to speak to a manager and she kept getting blown off. Finally after a few weeks was able to speak to someone who knew what they were doing. This used to be a good motel. On a recent stay the carpet was dirty, we had erratic room service, got just one tiny bottle of shampoo and were greeted with two thin, scratchy towels. Our non-smoking room frequently smelled of smoke due to cigarette smoke somehow blowing in through the vents. The motel is evidently transitioning from Holiday Inn to Radisson ownership. Until they get their act together, look elsewhere.

The room was fair enough, but the hotel has some things it could have done better. We book thru hotels.com which said it had free wifi, which it had, but they don't have enough access points in the hotel. We ended up in a room which there was limited to no internet access. In 2016, this isn't good enough. You had to go out into the hallway to get online. It's probably because of the transition. Theyre trying their very best to make customer satisfied. We got a bedroom with king size bed but it was a bummer coz there's no smoking room, which I guess good for some people but for smokers like me, outside is too far since we are in the third floor. This conference center hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. If it hadn't been that our business meetings were being held there, we would have chosen another hotel. Located in an industrial section of town, there isn't much to see or do near the site and there's no public transportation to get anywhere else. Pool, spa, air conditioning all under par. Mix-up at check-in required fridge/microwave to be brought in later. Wouldn't stay there again.

My single King room had black mold in the bathroom, my room did not have a fridge or microwave. Staff didn't seem to care about it when we told them we had mold. The railings around the walkways had a thick layer of dust on them, as well as did the walls. I travel a lot for business and this has been the worst hotel our company has stayed in all summer. The room had a nice layout, and the bed was the perfect hard medium.

The Radisson in Billings has a big job ahead of them as they renovate an old hotel. The price was right, but the rooms need updating. The staff was friendly. I don't believe there was free breakfast. The Radisson has recently taken over this property and I'm hoping they plan to clean things up. The carpets and curtains are stained and there is obvious wear throughout the building. Front desk staff were friendly, but clearly overwhelmed during our 5:30 p.m. check-in.

There was hair in the bed that did not belong to me. The heater did not work. There was gum ground into the carpet. The carpet was filthy. The toilet had to be manually manipulated to stop it from running (had to get into the tank) and the employees talked about the next beer they were going to drink from the 1.00 tip that was left in the room... Photos are next recent. The room decor was dated and old and bathroom was dirty. There were only two towels and one wash rag. It took two separate calls to front desk to finally receive the 4 towels our family needed. We I called to speak with manager there wasn't one on duty that evening. Upon check out, I asked to speak to manager. She was nice but only offered that they were just recently purchased and starting a three year renovation. I suggested that they should update their website to ref... Read more

If your going to a meeting or conference, the food and staff were awesome, The pool was good and the bed was comfortable. The cleanliness lacked, you will have to get your own towels. Stay at another hotel and come to the conference

Although the staff was friendly, the hotel is in desperate need of updates. Bedding and curtains were stained. Armchair in room was dirty and there was a bunch of hair on the floor in the bathroom behind the door. Multiple excercies machines were out of order and the whirlpool/hot tub was not very warm. In addition, the restaurant did not have a few items that were on the menu.

This hotel is old, and sorta down at the heels. Fast internet was good. Checkin was sort of lackadaisical. Room was clean but dated, no 110V outlets handy on lamps or at bedside, a major omission in this "connected and recharge" time in our society.

Forced to stop on our trip because of heavy rain. Room was comfortable. Restaurant was closed so we ate in the bar. Good but not great. Mostly fried stuff. The little casino was fun. Staff was friendly. We paid $167 for a room with two queen beds.

Wow, where do I start? If you can stay anywhere else, do it!!! At $119/night for a queen bed, you'd think you'd get a semi-clean room, clean bathroom, etc. Nope. I travel a LOT and here's a list of improvements they could make. 1. If you have a restaurant, have it open 2. Pick up the phone when someone calls the front desk 3. Update your HVAC room systems from the 1970's (so dirty) 4. Replace shower curtains with holes in them 5. Clean the grout (super dirty) in the bathroom 6. Fix the towel b... Read more

This is "supposedly" a 3 star hotel. I would give it maybe 2 on a really good day.It was hard to find. There is a teeny-tiny sign; the front of the hotel doesn't face the road so we drove by it twice. The room: thankfully the room didn't smell as bad as the hallway. It is obviously old and needs serious updating. The bed was comfortable but they need new sheets. They smelled like bleach, so I'm sure? they were clean, but where your feet are were very worn out, my socks were sticking to the... Read more

Not impressed... There is some serious remodeling needed. The carpet is so old it looks dirty and is very lumpy. The so called suites do not even have a refridgerator. The staff is friendly and very accomidating but the hotel is falling apart.

We were staying over for business just one night. We were looking forward to relaxing in the whirlpool and when we arrived the whirlpool was not working. The swimming pool was very warm and relaxing and someone came to fix it just as we were leaving. They accommodating and ready to take care of us.

The building is out dated and completely filthy! The carets are stained, cobwebs everywhere and nothing works right! The sewer system backed up and filled the entire building with a sulfur smell for 24 hours, not safe! One of our beds was missing an entire leg so it was lopsided, half the lightbulbs were out, the shower was growing black mold and the room was disgustingly dirty. Do NOT stay here under any circumstances! Its not safe!

It is in need of renovation, but is close to great shopping and interstate access. It looks as if little is being done to repair tired carpet and shabby lounge chairs. Maybe they are saving up for a redo. The water fall was shut off and the plants were removed or in need of dusting. It is out of date and tired looking.

I will not stay here again unless a remodel is complete and the owners show some pride in what they are offering to people. Smoking rooms converted to none smoking with out a total remodel, mold on the ceiling in bathroom, stained carpet, dirty rooms. Very dissatisfied stay. Sadly, no rooms available in the area during the time I was there or I would have went somewhere else.

We stayed here for a dance convention last weekend and as we drove up it was hard to find the hotel because there's a tiny makeshift sign that's impossible to see at night. This place needed updated 10 years ago! Unfriendly front desk staff, disgusting hallways with stains and bunched up carpet, dirty entranceway. We were in a wing not in the main tower so had to haul our suitcases up dirty stairs because there was no elevator. Rooms were dirty, mold in bathroom, stains all over the carpet, not ... Read more

the room was dirty (finger/toe nail clippings on the floor at check-in), bathroom sink dripped constantly, tub did not drain properly. No wash clothes were provided for 2 nights of our stay. When we checked in the door to the room was open and the fire alarm cover was laying on the TV stand and the alarm in the wall was hanging loosely from the fixture.

The room was dirty, the furnishings are worn out and need replaced. The person taking my reservation did not know the hotel and although I requested connecting rooms booked me in rooms that were not connecting. This was also the problem with the desk clerk checking us in.

Stayed for work and opted for the Radisson. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, restaurant on site and close to the highway. However, the rooms badly need a facelift and some care. Stayed at a different Radisson the next night and it was night and day. An update would make this a great destination in Billings.

A large group of us attended a convention in Billings at this hotel. We arrived on a Tuesday, checking out on Sunday. The room we were assigned had no heat. The temperatures outside were 40-60. The warmest we could get our room was about 62. Finally on Friday the heating/ac was fixed. The room next to us had no hot water, the one on the other side couldn't get water in the shower. No reduction in price was offered us for the major inconvenience. In fact, their excuse was, that they had r... Read more

Four of us were in town for a Relay for Life event and the American Cancer Society booked this hotel for us. Shame on them. I looked @ recent reviews and was not looking forward to the stay, but tried to keep an open mind. We arrived to check in and noticed that the outside looked very old. At the front door, lay rolls of old carpet and padding. Inside the atrium was bare floor with new rolls of carpet ready to be laid. Obviously, the smell of the carpet and glue was overwhelming. Maybe they forgot to fix it up. No sign out front, staffers were MIA when we went in. Bizarre reservation episode on phone. Benefit of the doubt: maybe it was just flipped over to Radisson. Run down. Over-priced. Years ago it was a nice property--needs some TLC.

I temper this review with a caution--they are in the middle of re-doing the hotel and, while I don't know the extent of changes planned, please keep this in mind. Apparently, this hotel was once two hotels in the same area that, many years ago, were combined to create a very large hotel one learns to navigate by a lot of walking. It was about 450 feet from my room to the hotel restaurant...that's quite a bit of moving. Not bad, just it gives an idea the size of the place. Since it was two ... Read more

They moved me to a nicer room in the atrium but only half he was working in this room. The sink was dirty, microwave dirty, no remote for one TV, and one of the desk lights didn't work. I was told the pool was working, then found out it wasn't. I attempted to cancel my second night stay when I checked in and the staff member argued with me. The next morning, I informed a different staff member I would not be staying a second night due to the pool being closed and was told a credit had been issued, only to find out later that it hadn't and an additional $50 charge had been issued.

I appreciate Radisson for their efforts to improve this hotel. This was a Holiday Inn before Radisson purchased it, it is an older hotel that housekeeping and maintenance does a terrific job of maintaining. Friendly and helpful staff, good beds, fairly priced rooms, quiet and convenient location. I would recommend to anyone.
